Really lovely experience! It’s hard to create a spa like atmosphere in a strip mall but let me tell you I forgot where I was! It was so tranquil and very quiet! The ambience was spot on and my facial was fantastic thanks to Tanya. Highly recommend!

Really nice staff, made me feel comfortable and respected requests about what to avoid. My massage therapist was great! I would definitely go back.

Staff is great overall we've just had some confusion a few times around appointment times and they need to hire more rmts.

There seems to sometimes be conflict between employees but we've always had a great service.

I was a client for a long time. During covid I asked that my account be put on hold indefinitely because I wasn't using the services. When I contacted them again I was told that I had missed 5 payments (so they didn't put it on hold and my card must have expired) and instead of rectifying this, I lose the approximate 12 massages I had already paid for, with no reimbursement. I can understand cancelling a membership for missed payments, but to also take the value of the massages I had already paid for and not allow it to be used towards services or merchandise at its regular price is unacceptable. I feel like they stole from me. Horrible business model. The manager said they would send me a copy of the contract but of course that was never received. I was told they tried contacting me which I do not believe is true, I have had the same number for 30 years. Very disappointing that a company like this can treat loyal customers this way.
