Karla was so kind and gave a great facial. I am definitely coming back to see her for my skin care needs!

Always happy with my treatments with my go-to RMT at Don Mills Hand and Stone. She balances relaxation with treatment that’s necessary to release my knots. She also offers reasons as to why I have knots in certain places and ways to reduce them between massages.

I had my first visit to Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa at Don Mills last week. I will be going back over and over again. Why? I found their booking online easy and convenient. When I got in for the massage, I was welcomed in the reception by a friendly person who made my first visit feel comfortable. My first massage with them by with Christine was AMAZING! She made me feel relaxed. Didn't ask too many questions.just enough to make sure that I was comfortable. She made sure that my time at the spa was for me to rest and take a break from the world. I highly recommend Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa at Don Mills to everyone. I can't wait to go back next month for my next massage.

Amazing experience with Grace and the staff at the front desk as always. Some feedback on the "Christmas in July" promo. Bring back the option to have either a MASSAGE and/or facial. This year it was only a facial which was disappointing. Thanks!

Met Christine today for a full body massage and scalp massage. She was very friendly and did a great job massaging my shoulders which I realized I need to stretch out more! Thank you Christine. Hand & Stone is very lucky to have you! Will be going back soon and requesting Christine.

I had a 50 min Swedish massage with two add ons, additional 10 min and a hand treatment ($25). Few things I loved about this place: they work with a lot of hot towels, which I never had before in other places, they put a hot towel under your neck and on top of the eyes while you are facing up, hot towels on hands and feet as well and back.
They turn off the light when doing the “face up” massage, which in other places the light is till on, (keep in mind that you has complete darkness with the towel on top, so it felt really nice not to fringe when the therapist removes it).
The therapist Chin is very professional and his pressure is just what you need after a workout.
The hand therapy is not really worth it to me, it is just a massage with a scrub and finish with an essential oil. It felt nice, but I will do a longer massage next time.
The one and only thing I didn’t like, was the face donna or cushion, it is too rigid and hurt my face, so it was hard to relax.
Feedback for the manager will be to replace those with a more soft/cushion.

Clean facility. Professional and friendly staff. My RMT was Grace and she was wonderful. She found all my knots and provided really good pressure to try and work them out. I can't wait to go back!

The massage itself was absolutely incredible - I felt all of the tension and stress melt away as the therapist worked their magic. My shoulder is feeling sore but way better.

I have always found the quality of service exceptional right from when you step inside where the receptionists welcome you. Your masseuse comes out and greets you warmly right on time and takes you to your room and asks where my preference of treatment is. I have always had the feeling that my requested masseuse, Grace, waits until she figures out if I wish a quite massage or am talkative. This is a nice touch.as are her hands!

Great place. I had my massage with Lorena and she is really professional and one of the best one. Even the front desk and overall the whole team is very kind and comforting.

I booked an appointment with one their therapists the day before. But once I arrived, they had reassigned me to another therapist whom I didn't know and had not asked for before. They had changed my therapist without my knowledge and without giving me a heads up. When I asked them why this happened, they didn't respond and just say that they were sorry, and to compensate can offer me an extra 10 minutes of therapy time! Unbelievable! I'll never book any other appointment with Hand and Stone and won't not ever recommend it to anyone.

I had a Himalayan salt stone massage. The massage therapist put me in the room, I changed and then she started to massage, I realized that she was not about to do the stone massage and she insisted that I booked a Swedish massage but I booked the salt stone from the beginning. She had to leave the room to get the proper equipment, not a very good start to what is supposed to be a relaxing experience. The massage itself was just awful! She didn’t even use her hands to massage, she just used her forearm and only did the back side of my body didn’t flip me over to do the top of my legs. I literally couldn’t wait for it to be over cause it was just not a good massage at all. I have been for a facial and it was great but I will never return for a massage. Waste of money

My husband and I have been going to this Hand and Stone location for almost 3 years now, and continue to come back here even though we now live in Scarborough. My husband sees Judy and I see Lucy and we recommend both of them for anyone who has severe muscle pain. Both of us work physical jobs and we have to kids so our bodies take a beating and my husband regularly has knots form in his upper back and shoulders and I have had sciatic nerve pain in my right hip that started with my second pregnancy and the massages have been a huge help for both of us with managing the pain.

Nice and capable people. Visited once during a vacation in Toronto. Jet was awesome at deep tissue massage.

Had a wonderful Facial with Elizabeth at the Donmills location. She was very gentle and overall very relaxing. Products she used were very good quality. Can't wait to see her agian Booking online was easy until I had to call. Receptionist was too soft spoken and could not understand her very well. After treatment another man at front desk when i payed. Not a warm reception at all! Rushed and not very eager to answer my questions. Found reception both on the phone and at reception very unprofessional. Killed the vibe when I left. I am hoping they train their staff better with customer service.

Helen gives outstanding massages! I enjoy that this location is close to my home - just a brief walk home afterwards.

Love Grace for massage and Massasa for facials. I tried other staff too but didn't particularly like them.but these two are excellent!

I have been to numerous massage therapists within Toronto and in other cities. I appreciate Lucy's over 20 year experience in massage therapy who has helped me alleviate my chronic shoulder and back pain due to years working on a computer.

Due to her experience, she has learned my body type and assesses the cause of my pain and addresses the causes accordingly. If I request it, she will focus only on these locations for the entire session and each session she makes the environment comfortable (i.e. Using heat to promote circulation during the massage sessions) so that I can close my eyes during the entire session and relax/reduce stress.

I feel that her priority is customer safety therefore she will always check-in with her client on pressure level, and understands the various elements of risk and takes precautions/uses her judgment accordingly (i.e. Does not spend more than a safe period of time on each location especially for injuries, Himalayan salt stones are rough and can damage skin compared to the smooth volcanic massage stones so she is careful not to use Himalayan hot stones too long or at too high a temperature to avoid damaging a client's skin).

I highly recommend this Hand and Stone location (their reception staff are knowledgeable/organized/friendly compared to other locations) and Lucy as a massage therapist.

I had a massage with Lucy. I wasn't sure if it's because I booked an appointment for late at night but the service was SUPER SLOPPY and RUSHED! By sloppy I mean very careless, I did a hot stone massage for the first time in this location, at some point of the massage when I turned face up, oil splattered in my eye. (As you can see on the photo, my left eye is red because of irritation and now way smaller than its regular size - the other photo is how my left eye usually look) I was shocked of course but didn't feel the irritation until later. I made sure to take a picture of it to share. I thought it was fine and I didn't feel relaxed at all, more cautious actually. I was telling her during the service as well but no changes are made. She also finished way earlier than 60 minutes of the service. When she asked me at the end (before we even hit 1 hour) how I feel, I said I feel worse if not any better. She replied with ' oh because it's your first time'. I made it clear to the receptionist that I didn't have a good time at all. He was way better and definitely heard my concerns, he then told me to call the management next day to share my concerns and eventually get a refund (he is not able to provide it at the time). SO DISAPPOINTING!

Through word of mouth, I was referred to Lucy. She's superb and always listens to your feedback regarding pressure. As soon as she started, I immediately felt so relaxed. She even gives you a hot towel to wipe yourself down with afterwards, and places paper towel on the floor for your feet after you're done. She's the reason I'll keep going back!

I visited the 895 Lawrence Ave E Unit 4 location. The service at the front desk was fine, the massage was fine, but I was asked a question by my massage therapist, Helen, that was offensive. First she asked where I lived-that's ok-then she asked if I owned any property like a house or condominium. That was very offensive.

Chris Lochan has treated me from countless injuries from weightlifting and outside of it. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have always walked away feeling better and recovered just as quickly.

I booked a couples massage for my husband and I for our anniversary. I had arranged for child care and we do not live close by. When we arrived there the lady at the front desk told me there was only ONE massage booked. I told her that cannot be right because I booked a couples massage for our anniversary. The person I booked with the night before even asked me if it was my husband’s first time there and I had said yes. That will be the the only time he will ever go there. I am still really upset about this as we weren’t given any other options (for example: the lady at the front desk did not even offer to check for another time a couples massage can be done). I explained we don’t live close and all she said was “sorry”. I did not feel like she really cared that we weren’t booked properly and just brushed us off. It was very frustrating and disappointing. I chose to go there because I went there for my maternity massage with a friend and it was a good experience. Now, this is all I think of when I think of Hand and Stone at Don Mills. Poor customer service and lack of accuracy when booking clients.

I would recommend this Hand & Stone to anyone - conveniently located, and the staff are friendlier compared to other franchises. I have had 2 swedish massages done by Lucy - she listens to my needs and focuses on areas that I want more attention on. It feels so relaxing to the point where I feel like I could fall asleep. I would highly recommend booking with Lucy and at this spa:)

I walked out of massage feeling like i had no massage. The person thats was doing the massage didn't know what she is doing. Just some random pressure. I had to tell her where and how yo do the massage. She massaged my feet just at the back and didn't even massage the front part.
Very unprofessional and very unpleasant. I will never go back.

Receptionist really nice, massage wasn't good. I came in with a specific complaint and the area was only treated for five minutes while the Therapist worked on everything else, which isn't right. Customer care is the most important thing. I left with the exact same pain in the area I wanted focus on so it was definitely a waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Lovely place, clean, professional and modern. Massage was awful. 1 hour body oil session and at times just painful. It was like the RMT didnt know the difference between muscles and a tendon. I tried to correct by communicating what I would rather have her do but it just got worse.

The staff was very nice and friendly. I tried the hot stone massage and thought I loved it and it was very relaxing, there was very little of actual massage with hands and I missed it. I would go back.

I’ve been having trouble finding a RMT that provides the right pressure, speed and overall therapeutic experience for me. The ladies that I find good have left or available when I’m not. Those who are available and remain are not my style and like some reviewers before me said (a back rub). I was told I could visit other branches with my membership but that would require me to go out of my way. Not too happy with keeping my business there and can not justify paying 100 dollar including tip n tax each time.

Had Best Massage I have ever had with Cheng! I will be back to see him. He diagnosed and treated my tendonitis in my rotator cuff that no other consultants had noticed. Amazing customer Service 5 Stars!

Both my wife and I had an amazing experience. Ashley worked on my wife while Grace worked on me. Place was clean, receptionist was polite and we were received as soon as we walked in. This is now my go to place for getting a professional grade massage.

Had a wonderful massage with Lucy. She told me she’s been massaging for almost 20 years. She certainly helped me feel better after the session. This spa has a lot of RMTs. I think I’ll try others soon. The front desk staff are so friendly and professional. Thanks Hand and Stone.

Was referred to this place by a friend. Made aN appointment for today May 2,2019 at 10am for an hour massage. Was really looking forward to it. I was advised to come in earlier to fill out forms so I can use the most of my time. At 10: 08am the receptionist told me that the RMT was running 5 to 10min late. I told her I had a following appointment at 11: 45am. She called her to see where she was and the then did not answer her phone. Very unprofessional and very disappointed. They charge you if you cancel your appointment last minute and take down your visa information. So what do I get now for scheduling my day to come here and the RMT doesn’t show up to provide me a service?

First of all your $20 voucher is a joke and I’m insulted that my lost time is only worth $20 that I can use on top of my next next purchase. Second your RMT was not 15 minutes late because I got up from my seat at 10: 14am and said I could no longer wait. I work in the medical field and see clients everyday. I always get to work AT LEAST 15 minutes prior to the appointment to set up and be ready for my clients. If it was rush hour traffic I would understand but it was 10am and there was absolutely no traffic in the area. If she was running late she should have contacted you to inform her job and her clientele. Instead she didn’t call at all and at 10am you called here to tell her that her client was here waiting. You didn’t inform me she was running late until 10: 08 am. You are unprofessional and how dare you write in your response that I couldn’t wait because of my next appointment.

I've never been 'loyal' to a particular massage place or massage therapist, but I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now. Sam is awesome! Updated to add: Greg is fantastic too.

I have been to this place a few times, i usually see Ashley and she is amazing. This time she was busy so I booked with whoever was available, Lucy, and I had the worst massage ever. Firstly I felt rushed, secondly, it wasn’t even a massage, it was like a back Rub. She put a towel on my foot which was very hot, like burning hot, I told her it was very hot and she still put it again. The light in the room was never dimmed so it was not a relaxing experience, she gave me a towel to put over my head which I told her I didn’t want, she insisted I put it.
Honestly not worth the $115 i paid.

Was having severe anxiety when I went there, and they were very accommodating. Great couples massage.

Im writing on behalf of my sister. She went to this spa three times and tried different therapists. It was easy to get a same day appointment and this explains the kind of service you are getting. All three massage therapists are beyond terrible. The place is pricey and you are not getting what you are paying for. Not going back.

I had a great experience with Chris yesterday. He's super knowledgable and has a passion for what he does. Highly recommended.

Lovely atmosphere and front staff. However, the massage was a huge disappointment. I cannot believe that person is an RMT. She kept adding and spreading oil over my body, I could have done the same at home. I mentioned the pain in my lower back, shoulders and legs at the start of the session. This was a pre Christmas treat from my son. Unfortunately, I felt really irritated after, it was a total and complete waste of time and money. On the other hand, my son also had a massage and was very pleased with the RMT. I had a very long body moisturizing session. The absolute worst massage I've ever had!

I've read the reviews and a few ppl have the same complaint. Body oil session and NO massage. You need to communicate with that RMT
