Always a wonderful experience at Hand and Stone. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Prices are reasonable as well. RMT Stefanie is fantastic! She works magic with her hands and is also a wonderful person. Cant wait for my next appointment

I had a massage booked with Keyosha today and it was the best massage I've ever had! She was able to tackle all the problems in my back. Normally massage therapists are able to tackle a few but there's always knots that are still in my back and I assumed it was just my back that was really problematic! But Keyosha got EVERYTHING and my back hasn't felt this relaxed in years!

Extremely unprofessional staff and management. Walls are thin you can hear everyones gossip.

Keyosha is professional, on time (and doesn't short change your time), asks how much pressure you would like, listens to you as a client, and applies the right pressure all the way through!

Nice place, but the walls are very thin. They need sound insulation. During my last massage I could hear loud conversations from the next room throughout the entire massage. Very distracting and not so relaxing.

I had the very best experience with Marjina! I got the Classic Facial but what it should be called is the Ultimate and Extraordinary Facial! Marjina not only gave me the best facial I have ever had but she was also attentive, courteous and made me feel like all my stress was melting away with the additional perks of hand and neck massage! Thank you for taking the time Marjina! I can clearly see that your goal is to provide a relaxing and exceptional experience for your clients! I will be coming back for sure and recommending you a 100%!

I booked an introductory massage at the Milton location for my mom as a gift. She said that the ambiance was good and therapist STEFANIE was really amazing with pressure. But 1 major downer was that the 50 min treatment did NOT include the massage of her legs and arms which I had expected to be a part of the treatment. I remember mentioning that overall body should be covered in the additional notes while taking the appointment. I will be trying other places now as this one didn't satisfy.

I visit Hand & Stone regularly for massages, but this time I went in for facials and glad I did. Marjina was amazing! She analyzes your skin type before going on with the treatment you booked. She’s very knowledgeable and expert of what she’s doing! I was pampered and relaxed the whole time! I can’t wait for my next appointment with her.

Came here for the first time for a hot stone massage, my massage therapist was Olivia. The entire experience was great, and Olivia was very friendly. She also gave me some great advice on how to improve flexibility, and how to improve my posture. I’d definitely recommend coming here to get a massage.

I’ve been coming to see Hassan for over a year here. He is always in a great mood, happy to chat tv shows or whatever you want to dish on, or will give you a peaceful space if you just want to unwind. The massages are the best I’ve ever had, perfect pressure. Never goes short on time, and it’s always the highlight of my week!

Came here yesterday for my birthday as it was a gift from my boyfriend and my goodness…. Hassan did a Himalayan rock massage. They were awesome! Before the massage they explained what was going to happen and then throughout also ensured everything felt good. I forgot how to breathe half the time because it was so awesome. The vibes this person had was so amazing and made me feel so good mentally and physically. HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMING TO SEE HASSAN!

Reception was also super nice.

*Poor Communication*
I went to a facial a few months ago and it was great. I wanted to go back and called them yesterday. A lady answered and booked me in for the next day. She asked have you been here before? And I said yes. That’s it.

Today I call a few hours before the appointment to have it moved to the next day.
1. NOW I am told about their policy - if you cancel with in 24 hours you, you have to pay 50% of the service charge.
Now my response was why was I not told about it?
2. They said I received an email - but I was not told I must look for an email with their policy. I don’t check emails in my spam - unless I am expecting something. I am told that all their customers know their policy. Yes, may be if they are visiting regularly. I merely going for the 2nd time, my first time being 6 months ago. So they assumed that I am regular and know their policy.
3. And then I asked how will your charge my card? And they told me they saved my card information. I was not advised that my card information will be stored in their records. I asked Did I sign a document authorizing them to store my card details? Mo answer. May be I did, may be it was part of the bunch of documents we are asked to acknowledge.

It is okay that they forgot to mention all this standard information, but when I called back and told that I was not advised of this information - there was no attempt to understand what happened. All I heard was ‘it is our policy’ that’s all. Even if they could not do anything about it, just being more empathetic and acknowledging what happened would have been a lot better experience. There was no attempt made to understand the customer’s point.

So firstly they could have communicated better; secondly (more importantly) they could have tried to understand and acknowledge the situation.

I will drop my plans and go get my facial done, because I don’t want to pay about $65 for ‘their lack of communication’ and will have them delete my card information.

This place is very unprofessional. They booked a massage for me when I was out of country and charged me for not showing up. Facials are also ordinary and the esthetician was constantly up selling me. I’ve received massage twice and at the counter they start to ask for tips and while the service provider is listening to me saying no. I don’t recommend this place

Generally really good, I leave relaxed, and certain pains have faded. I'd recommend springing for the eucalyptus essential oil.it really adds to the massage.

I would ask staff to please be mindful of how their voices carry, which can be distracting when a client is trying to enjoy a massage. This has been a distraction for me on several occasions.

Very disappointed! I called hand and stone Wednesday February 15th to book a massage. I was looking for a hot stone massage but was told I would have to wait almost 3 weeks for an RMT who performs Himalayan salt massages. That being said, I decided to go with a normal RMT massage as I could get in quicker. I spent half an hr on the phone trying to coordinate a date and time that worked for me. Being an Esthetician myself I work crazy hrs so I was looking forward to this apt. I was told by the receptionist my apt was Friday February 18th at 6pm. I was more then happy to take it!
I get there on Friday at 545 and they tell me theirs no record of my apt my apt is booked March 18th!
What an absolute disappointment. On top of that I caught attitude from one of the girls sitting at the desk. I'm so disgusted with this whole experience. As an Esthetician working in the industry I cant even fathem how this whole experience went!
I'll be sure to never return and share my experience. Clearly Hand and stone does not believe in customer care and I am glad to take my business elsewhere. Horrible horrible horrible experience save your money for a business that deserves it.

I've had a couple of facials here and they were INCREDIBLE! After my treatment everyone was amazed at how soft and bright my skin was. My pores are smaller and I have so many less blackheads. It’s not a harsh treatment, its actually relaxing and enjoyable. Most of all I see a huge change in my skin, it's firmer and gives me a younger look. Couldn't be happier!

Hand & Stone Spa is a great place to unwind. The RMT's here are very professional.excellent service!

I normally go for my messages, yesterday I went for the first time for my facial and I cannot express what an amazing experience it was. Charnyl was beyond phenomenal and took amazing care of my skin!

While the facial service was good, this
place has gone down tremendously in terms of customer service. I’m a member, when i took the membership my husband was allowed to use a certain number of services at the member’s price and he did that for over a year. Yesterday when he tried to do the same, they said there’ll be a credit transfer fee of $10. Not only this, overall this place doesn’t care about it’s regulars any longer. Anytime you complain about anything, they say well that the ownership has changed and so have the rules. I miss the previous owners since for them customer service was top priority. Won’t be continuing with my membership.

Stefanie Roemer, was my therapist and I never leave never satisfied with services. She is amazing, very knowledgeable, smart, friendly, positive and has a contagious laugh. I look forward to my appt with her.

Hardworking RMTs here. Don't be afraid to tell them exactly what you want. Even if that means telling them to stop talking because you just want peace lol. From the RMTs that I had Ping Shen is the best by far! Excellent pressure and great understanding of what is needed.

Very diligent with following covid standards which was great to see, I felt extremely safe as there were no other clients I while I was there, and I watched them sanitize all surfaces.
Ping was my masseuse and was very respective and vocal about asking what I needed targeted and what she was going to do.
Always a wonderful experience!

The massage therapists at Hand & Stone Milton are fantastic. I have had massages from four different therapist, and they all have been great. And they have very reasonable prices compared to other places I've been to, who charge over $100 for 45 minute sessions. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Dishonest Business! Beware!
I cancelled my membership and still getting charged. The first excuse was due to my account being "frozen" due to Covid although I sent a cancellation letter. But they did not bother to inform when my card start being charged again. Few months after sending my second cancellation, charges showed again in my card.

Stefanie R.assessed my issues and was able to give me some serious relief. Worked on the areas of most pain with great results. She is friendly and personable. Both she and the Receptionist were very “Covid aware” and the Spa was clean and tidy. I highly recommend! KS

Excellent location, parking and service. Personnel are polite and professional. I had been powering through sudden stabs of paralyzing pain all week, had trouble not only working but sleeping and overall existing. Relief was immediate and it has lasted. Prices are good and they have savings plans. Highly recommended.

Hand & Stone Milton is a great place to come in. They are very informative and professional with a friendly smile always! The waiting area is so nice and clean.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a full body massage. I got 2 services from Ping and she did an amazing job! I had one of the best experiences so far. She's never in a rush, she listens to you very calmly and focuses on the parts you ask her to.
Overall a very happy and a peaceful experience at Hand&stone spa.

This was my first time at this location. Everything was very clean. The staff are very friendly. Cristina was my massage therapist and she took the time to learn about my history and explained what she was going to do during the session. She also provided me with a few extra exercises. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

It was my first time visiting this spa and it was such a wonderful experience. Right from the booking process, to the warm reception at the front desk. I was fortunate to have had Natasha as my RMT and she was absolutely amazing. She focused her attention to my problem areas, checked in with me to ensure I was comfortable and even provided me with recommend stretches to help me ease the ongoing pain with back/neck. I've been too many massage therapists in the past and Natasha by far has been one of the best ones. She is the reason i will be coming back and I've already booked my next appointment. I've recommended this spa to my family and friends and they look forward to coming.

I have gone to a few massage places around town before. I was a little worried to try another place but am so happy that I did. I wss greeted by a friendly lady and thanked for filling in the form beforehand. Then I was directed to my room and asked to wait for my RMT. She came in and was amazing from the start, was just looking over my forms, asked about my shoulder and what the main issue with it is, etc. The massage itself was relaxing and worked the needed spots out. She then came to the front to tell me some after massage info (drinking water, having a hot shower, etc) to help since some of it was deep tissue massage. I will be back monthly for massages from here on in.

This was my first visit at Hand & Stone in Milton and certainly will not be my last. Extremely pleasant staff and excellent massage by Jonathon
