Purchased a gift card for my husband for a hot stone massage and they gave him just regular massage plus charged him some extra $$
Front desk staff super rude and ended up getting booked for the wrong massage on the second visit, waste of time and money
Will not recommend this place to anyone

Karina one of the best estheticians out there!

I have been following Karina for years now. From Markham to Scarborough and now Pickering, I do not mind the travel at all as long as I get to see her.

Karina is the only one who has been allowed to touch my eyebrows for (I think) more than five years now. I have recommended her to numerous family and friends - they are all very satisfied and only spoke great things about her.

Karina truly cares about her clients. Thank you for all you do Karina!

The place was clean. The receptionists were pleasant and even offered me water after my massage. Linda was great. It was my first time to have a hot stone massage. It was relaxing and will do it again.

Had a 50 mins massage with Joyce. Spa has a nice decor and has membership packages to choose from.

I had a stone massage with Nancy and she was best at it. Had trouble finding the place at first and the front desk was very kind and helped me with the directions.

Had a massage from Rose at the Hand and Stone Pickering location and it exceeded all my expectations. I work from home, so I spend a lot of time sitting. I discussed this with Rose prior to the massage and she focused on the key areas for me as well as taught me useful stretches I had never heard of before to help as well. I was very impressed and will definitely visit again.

Karina - the manager is by far one of the most wonderful people I have ever met. I have been to many hand and stones but this is by far my favourite! I love the staff there, they are so friendly and the services are top notch

Joyce is a very thorough massage therapist. My stone massage did not miss a spot on my body; Joyce was Fabulous. I can't wait to go back!

Martina is THE best. Any service with her is a dream but the classic facial she goes above and beyond.

Elizabeth Imoh is the best RMT. I had the most relaxing experience. Highly recommend her for your next massage treatment.

Rose was amazing! Did a great job and will be requesting her every time I go.

Only downside was the chaotic waiting room upon arrival. I felt they were running a bit behind as there were multiple appointments at the same time, so I didn't get started until a few minutes after my scheduled time. No big deal! Just found it a bit hectic.

My wife and i had an amazing massage at Hand and Stone Pickering for my birthday - Linda was one of the best masseuse we’ve ever had! It was an amazing experience. I had a wonderful time. The environment was perfect! The room was set at the perfect temperature. Very clean and high quality. Linda The therapist was really attentive. It is a great location.

Elizabeth was fantastic! My massage fixed so many issues in my shoulders and signing up for a membership was a no brainer after the experience i had. Will 100% be back - and soon.

I just had a massage & facial done today at Hand and Stone. The facial was great! Hammana was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. She made me feel relaxed and refreshed.
Unfortunately my massage wasn’t at the same level. I had to remind my male Massage Therapist to increase the pressure. He didn’t have a fluid range of motion. It wasn’t as relaxing or rejuvenating as most massages.
Also note that if you have multiple services booked you will have to change back to your regular clothes. If they had robes it would help keep you in the relaxation mode.

Ever since I found out I was expecting, I was very careful who/where I get my brazilian waxing. Laina from H&S Pickering is simply the best! She made me feel very comfortable the entire time. She doesn’t rush but quick at the same time. She is also very thorough. I’ve been getting braz waxing from others but nothing compares to Laina.

Had a stone massage done by Nancy and she was great she explained it very well and I felt amazing afterwards.

I just had the best masssge of my life with Jocelyn. She was so skilled and she had great etiquette and made me feel so comfortable. I am referring her to everyone I know!

I had a great experience here today, my massage was relaxing, the atmosphere was clean and peaceful, the massage therapist Elizabeth did a wonderful job!

I enjoyed my treatment with Elizabeth. She applied the perfect amount of pressure and massaged all the tension that was being retained in my upper and lower back. I highly recommend hand and stone.
