Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - College Street

I booked an appointment at this location and I have the email to prove it. It was booked Nov 30 2023. I received a call and voice mail saying, that they had to cancel the appointment and would give an complimentary massage on their end. I also have an email that the massage was canceled. Then I find out the manager Sajjad didn't put the note in my file.basically what I'm saying is false information and will give me 50% off.
This is not acceptable and bad communication on managements part. So I will not be going to this location anymore.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had massage recently on Dec 17 at 11am with a RMT that was suggested as a very good masseur, but I did not like his massage at all. Actually, it was the worst massage I have ever had till now. He wasted the time by undraping one by one arms and legs and remove oil after massage! I came here for massage but not for removing the oil!

Very amazing first massage experience. I will be back! I forget who I had, but all the staff were very helpful, professional and really great at answering questions. Calming environment too! High quality massage.
