I was in today for a 2 pm appointment with Sheriece. As usual, everything was on time and Sheriece again showed her expertise and professionalism. I have nothing but good things to say about Hands in Motion and will continue to avail myself of their high quality services.

Heather has been treating me for over 2 years. She is a wonderful physiotherapist and I am able to exercise and move now. She helped me with my bad back…bulged discs and I am so very thankful!

I’ve been going to Hands in Motion for a few months now and Heather Murphy has been amazing. I was in a lot of pain and my movement was restricted because of damage to my rotator cuff and bicep tendon. I had been to a few shoulder surgeons who gave me a poor outlook for recovery. The last surgeon I was referred to suggested I have physio therapy for a few months before she examined me and did X-rays. I went to the surgeon last week and she told me that my body has responded well to the the physio and compensated to the point where I don’t need surgery. I can’t be happier with the outcome and will continue therapy with Heather to further strengthen my shoulders and back. Thank you Heather!

Effective therapy and very comfortable and informative sessions with great advice to speed up my healing

2017 suffered from extremely painful frozen shoulder. First treatment (sports acupuncture) by Jeff, gave me enough relief to finally bear the pain. Each visit after gave me more & more relief and range of motion. 3 months later I was pain free and doing my exercises at home.finally got my full range of motion back. 2018 broke my fibula! Jeff worked on my pain and range of motion. The water buckets tip was the best! Lol
Visited today with neck and shoulder pain in other shoulder. Worried about another frozen shoulder starting. Had treatment with acupuncture. Jeff is very professional. So glad he is just around the corner!

Extremely knowledgeable about the body and how it works. My Mom has been going regularly and Jeff can always get the kinks out.

My mom had injured her back at work causing severe pain in her lower back and Jeff and the team were so incredible and accommodating with her. We received immediate attention and within a week we saw so much progress and pain relief. Though the office is small, it is very intimate and homely inside. The receptionist was friendly and inviting, as well as very informed and knowledgeable. It is clear to see that Jeff genuinely cares for his patients and wants nothing more than to see them progress and mobile again. He makes every patient feel special and gives his undivided attention to whatever the issue may be. HIGHLY recommend this practice and will be going here for any future problems that may occur with myself, or my family. Keep up the great work guys!
