Kevin was personable, knew his stuff, had next steps and recommendations. He persisted until the problem was solved, even though it was a more involved matter than anticipated

Mark was very efficient. He tried to repair my range hood however, it needed replacing. He helped me choose a proper replacement and came back to install the new one. The work was perfect!
He is polite and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a job to be completed 100%.

Was doing a hot tub enclosure with them. Extremely professional service. Good prices. All steps clearly communicated and documented. The result looks great. Will definitely use them again.

These guys were terrible at digging holes for deck posts.they didn't have a proper machine and looks like they rented one twice because they didn't choose the proper one and it took them almost 3 weeks to do 8 holes.also the guy brought his Grandfather to help who wasn't much help really.
I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

Bob does such an excellent job each time. He has done about 3 or 4 jobs for me now and each time I was very satisfied.

I have used this service 3 times and will continue using it. Everyone who has come out to my house has been professional, friendly, and very capable. All the repairs have been done to my complete satisfaction. And Lynn at reception is lovely to work witrh. Once when it was an urgent job she even got someone to my house within hours of my call. So glad I heard about Handyman Connection!

Five stars across the board! We really enjoyed having Mike out to our home to solve an ongoing issue we had with our awning. He also did some minor electrical work for us. Everything was accomplished fast and efficiently. This is not the first time we have used handyman connection and it won’t be the last. If you’re like us doing the small things (never mind the large ones) is getting more difficult, having something like handyman is just the thing when you need someone.

Set up an appointment for a quote and no one showed. I called and the person who answered said the person coming was running behind, but no idea when they would show up. No one ever showed up. No phone call or email to explain. Wasted my time.

Bob arrived at my condo on time, and took the time to assess the work that I needed here; gave an explanation of the work that he would do; picked up equipment from his truck; returned, and then started working. He repaired the damaged drywall on the ceiling of my window frames in all 3 rooms; caulked along the sides of the windows; then returned the next morning to paint the prepped areas. I was very impressed by his knowledge, his honesty, professionalism, and the excellent work that he did!
I would highly recommend him if anyone needs a handyman for any drywall or general home repairs!

So I booked a bathroom pocket door repair as the door was not smooth in closing and opening and got stuck halfway, after an hour looking into it, I was informed it’s fixed. After a week it started giving the same trouble and this time it’s even worse than when I called them! It’s literally unusable and won’t close at all, called them up and was informed our manager would call me back, however it’s been a week and I have not received any call till now.
Secondly, My refrigerator leaked from the freezer section. At the time of booking the appointment I asked do you work on leaking refrigerators I was told yes. The guy worked on it for more than an hour, informed it’s not level and offbalance etc hence it leaked and that he’s fixed it by balancing it. However after a few days it was still the same, had to call whirlpool and get a new part which fixed it.when I called and informed about the fridge I was informed we do not work on refrigerators, however the invoice they sent mentions they worked on refrigerator! Totally dissatisfied with the work they did! The two issues I called for, they were able to fix neither but charged me 700$. Avoid them!

Steve and Lynn have been so nice and accommodating. I feel like I’m their only customer.that is how good their customer service is! I have been working with technician Dave who is awesome! He has been doing this a long time and it’s so nice to have someone as experienced as Dave come and help out our business. Dave is punctual, pleasant and delivers high quality results. I would highly recommend Dave and the rest of the crew at Handyman Connection to anyone needing general repairs. Dave installed signs for us, repaired sinks and automatic soap dispensers, fixed our ceiling tiles, assembled storage shelves for us.the list goes on. Whatever you need them to do, they are capable and more than HAPPY to help!
