Iove coming here every fall and doing the corn maze! It's so much fun! Plus you get to see all the animals, pick up some pumpkins and stop into the bakery for a treat. It's a must do for me every fall!
07 October 2023 23:23
Giant. Corn. Maze. Prepare to spend a couple hours if you want to complete this entire maize maze
29 September 2023 16:51
Gorgeous maze, absolutely massive and actually quite challenging with the hidden checkpoints. We had a really nice time walking around and finding everything. Beautiful design that had us wondering how they cut the whole thing out as well.
24 September 2023 13:05
Good: quite a bit to do for young families at this one location. Pumpkin picking, corn maze, farm animals, play ground, pumpkin cannon, bakery, food truck, escape room games. There was a big shady tree and picnic benches to sit on. The staff were very friendly. Lots of parking on the grass

The not so good: a bit pricy to pay for the things all separately. Animal smells when you’re eating isn’t great. No scoop to feed the animals after it says they may bite and no price on the feed animal. The escape room was a bit underwhelming. If you have a little one watch out in the corn maze. There’s still old corn on the stalks and ground so the kiddos may try to eat them. The corn maze was exactly that it said it was and perhaps I’m just being entitled but I thought there would be more. Like a few cheesy scarecrows or fun Halloween displays along the way in the corners and nooks, maybe a few hay barrels to sit on when you’re tired of walking in the hot sun for 1.5-2 hours.
24 December 2022 18:18
A great family day out. I love that they have incorporated a game into the maze to keep everyone engaged.

Word of warning - pee before you leave the house. The port-a-potties can be quite the experience.
22 December 2022 10:03
Maze was a bit too long bit it was a fun time couldn't get any pies or pastries from the bakery because its made with lard and I'm a vegetarian but the scones were amazing!
18 December 2022 15:46
Very cute farm with a bunch of animals that you can pet and feed. Huge corn maze with checkpoints. There’s a bakery and a pumpkin canon. You can also purchase pumpkins from them. Staff were very nice and the price was really good. It was around 30 dollars in total for two people to go to the corn maze and to the petting farm.
09 December 2022 2:29
Maze was great. Have lots of fun looking for clue posts. Bakery items were yummy. Even served ice cream. Pumpkin canon was a hit with everyone.
08 December 2022 12:35
Visited the cut maze today. It was very big but must say pretty boring. After searching for clues displayed and hidden we found all after an hour plus & the reward was a 25 cents bag of chips! Ridiculous. My grandson figured out the puzzle before we finished and did not have to find the clues. The farm animals area is very sad abs dinghy. It would be much more enjoyable to have timed races through the race. I will not be back. Next year I will stay local in Durham which is much more fun
05 December 2022 15:11
Came with family to do the maze. I had not been in a couple of years. We solved the puzzle but we're extremely disappointed with the prize. Thought the prizes would have been better especially when you $17 a ticket. Please reconsider your prize choices.
04 December 2022 4:33
Such a wonderful experience, you can tell the owners really care about their animals charges. Highly recommend it! Especially at this festive fall time of year
01 December 2022 2:01
Alot of zaney family fun this year at Hanes Corn Maze! We spent a good 2 hours, working our way through the maze, getting lost whilst hunting for each of the check points
27 November 2022 2:33
Entrance fee to do corn maze. Cited as "Largest Corn Maze in the World" Took us about 1.5-2hrs. There are animals on the farm that you can feed bring your quarters! A play area for kids and a farm store to buy goodies - drinks, icecream, sauces, jams, baked goods, meat etc.
22 November 2022 22:01
Absolutely my favourite local fall attraction. My friends and I always enjoy the mazes and animals. The bakery is fantastic. It is a must for the spooky season!
20 November 2022 12:00
Such a great day trip! There were lots of families out and about as well as a few Girl Guide groups. Lots of parking and activities!
19 November 2022 2:53
Great way to spend the day! We grabbed a couple home made baked goods and apple cider, then off we went to the Corn Maze adventure!

It costs $17 per adult and was so worth it! They provide you with a map and codes to search for, that will ultimately lead you to solving a word puzzle. It took us just under 1.5 hours to complete. Oodles of fun!

And although we didnt partake in these parts, I did see a little kids playground, a few baby goats to feed, pumpkin patch, and blaster Canon on the property.:)
05 October 2022 9:59
A really welcoming place to take the family. Many little stations with fun activities like a pedal go-kart course, playground, massive sandbox and livestock.
30 September 2022 2:45
We spent two hours here at Hanes farm. We loved it so much. Definitely comeback here again. Here have lots of interesting things to explore with your loved ones. Recommend to come.
12 January 2022 12:22
Such a great day! The corn maze was challenging and fun. All the staff was super friendly and the bakery has delicious treats. Highly recommend!
10 January 2022 21:29
Very well done ; kept the kids busy, friendly people ; covid friendly (lots of space)
Animals to pet, kids play area and huge corn maze

Don't wear your nice shoes; it's very much so a farm
08 January 2022 18:57
I spent the afternoon here with my family and it was a lovely adventure. Time well spent. We pet the pigs and bunnies, saw cows, horses, chickens, ducks and goats.

The children’s playground had swings and a slide and a small climbing wall and some play houses. The bakery was full of goodies and we had the tomato soup with tea biscuits for a late lunch.

We tried the pumpkin blaster and picked out a couple of pumpkins. We didn’t do the big adult maze but hope to try it next time! Thanks Hanes for a lovely day out!
29 December 2021 15:16
The corn maze is a great experience!
As a family, being able to put your heads together and try to find the checkpoints, it is a fun challenge that will keep the group moving and entertained for a few hours. As a farm you get to experience the animals and despite things not being polished, it’s authentic.
Now, the pie line was far too long, but that must mean that they were worth the wait.
Also, pro tip: don’t miss the chance to fire pumpkins out of a cannon!
28 December 2021 12:15
Hanes corn maze is THE best! This has become an annual tradition each fall for us and truly appreciate the effort put in to change the maze every year. We prefer going at night but still go early enough to catch the bake shop and visit the animals beforehand.
27 December 2021 22:42
Very expensive to walk around in a field. We were told they would play scary music and they did not, hot apple cider was room temp.
13 December 2021 10:12
Farm animals and outdoor activities
Grand children and parents with little ones would certainly enjoy
10 December 2021 23:39
Very muddy and the corn maze was trampled through, so you could see through the "walls" and there were a lot of cheating paths made. But overall very cool experience, delicious and cheap hot chocolate and cute animals! But go before the fall season comes
27 November 2021 15:01
Corn maze is always fun every year! Pumpkin launcher was really cool aswell! Fun for the whole fam!
21 November 2021 23:01
Spent a great Saturday here. The maze is huge: so try to get out without a map! For sure they provide it, but if you wanna more extreme, go with the sundown and get your flashlights on.
Many activities to kids: cafe, pumpkin shootings, kids playground.
18 November 2021 13:45
Corn maze was huge. It was $17 pp and we spent like 2 hours finding all the checkpoints. You get to choose your own small snack as a prize and it was great. Definitely a good price for the amount of time you can spend there (there's also cute animals) and the icecream was delicious!
03 November 2021 7:27
This is one really impressive corn maze! My son and I wanted to cover as much ground as possible in order to find all the clues so it took us almost 2 hours. And at $15 for 13+, it was well worth it, with a candy treat or two if you can solve the puzzle. Can’t wait to go back next summer!
03 November 2021 3:48
A great maze. Huge! Go about an hour before dark so you can experience it after dark too.but bring a flashlight. Also mosquitoes are bad so prepare for them. Was a lot of fun. We completed it in just under 2 hours. My watch said we had walked 6 km so a nice place to get your exercise too. Very well planned out and friendly staff!
29 October 2021 18:52
Wonderful experience maze was smaller and muddier this year. Just always remember the RUBBER BOOTS!
22 October 2021 17:01
Love going there. Prices are good. People are so nice. My daughter loves seeing the animals.
Ita a good family place
15 October 2021 1:23
We took our grandchildren to get pumpkins. Most of them were rotting in the field or full of bugs. The play area was dirty did not look like they clean the equipment. We really felt sorry for the animals. Pens over crowded and filthy. We stopped in the baking and purchased some cookies and pies. The cookies were stale. Would not recommend going here.
02 October 2021 11:20
Its a nice place to you go with your kids. However I expected more from it, they could have some improvements and use better the hidden secrets.
20 July 2021 21:26
Amazing oatmeal cookies. Great job managing Covid protocols. One reminder.check your bag before you leave. My eggs were forgotten and I didn’t notice until I got home. Honest mistake - and not a big deal.just a tip so you don’t have the same issue.
19 June 2021 17:41
Stopped to get a pie, they have a great bakery there & now they have a drive-thru service. Very fast & safe. Great addition during this very rough time.
04 January 2021 10:02
Friendly and family oriented!

We had a great time at the pumpkin cannon and corn maze.

Lots of great food and picked up 5 pumpkins for Halloween!
29 December 2020 13:55
Adorable corn field and farm. They say to expect to soend 2HRs at the maze but it can take longer if you decide to take photos or explore the entire map. If you plan on going to the bakery, try to finish the maze before it closes! Don't expect city bedazzles, this is a wholesome farm with a beautiful corn maze so please appreciate that. It can get muddy so wear appropriate and comfortable shoes. Bring a snack and some hydration as well if you are unsure how long you'll spend in the maze.
14 December 2020 5:33
Only been to twice but both times have been spectacular, we've always had a good time doing the mazes.this place can be inclusive for adults, teens and children with a variety of things to do at all times throughout the day
22 November 2020 19:32
Lots of fun! It's big enough to get lost in and you get a fun little prize for completing all the maze checkpoints. Would be beautiful to see it when the sunflowers are still in bloom!
22 November 2020 6:36
5 stars all the way. Friendly staff, so accommodating and kind. The baked good, especially the donuts are all so fresh and tasty. Pumpkin patch hasnso many options and the price is right! The corn maze is by far the star of the show and isn't just a fun walk around, it has purpose and that keeps the kids going and going.and the fun little prize at the end is such a sweet thing to do. Really just adds that little extra special fun family outdoor adventure for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you so much Hanes farms this was our first time but it will definitely not be our last

Its very rare for me to write a bad review but this place wasn't good. The 2 young teenage girls at the counter were not friendly or knowledgeable with answering anything. They actually told me to step aside and read their website to answer my questions and were extremely rude. I always like seeing young teenagers working and learning responsibility, but I didn't see any adult to supervise them which was obvious by their disrespectful behavior. I attended in early October and all the Sunflowers were dead and falling over. The pumpkins were scattered on the ground amongst the dead sunflowers and several of the pumpkins were smashed and rotting amongst the good ones which was attracting bee's and bugs. It was very unattractive with the dead sunflowers and broken rotting pumpkins, actually kind of gross sadly. I seen pictures earlier in the summer and looked very nice, huge disappointment when I went, it should have been closed. They don't accept walk ins because of the Covid 19, which I totally understand because limited numbers. So you book in advance then you arrive and its a huge disappointment and they already have your money. The website promotes social distancing which is impossible in the Corn maze passing each other lost in the confusion and nobody was wearing masks or gloves or anything. Other places I've attended either supply or sell masks and gloves making it mandatory and supervised, which is not the case here unfortunately. The website also says no alcohol or marijuana but I personally seen 3 different groups of young people smoking marijuana and consuming alcohol inside the Corn Maze. Nobody supervising for safety guidelines or substance abuse which if they were reported authorities would shut them down and they would be fined. The pumpkin pie I bought was the only good thing, but at $23.00 for 1 pie was way overpriced despite tasting good. I'm sorry to leave such a poor review but I was very upset with everything and I definitely can't reccomend this place sadly
15 November 2020 23:59
Absolutely LOVED the corn maze. The hidden check points made things extra fun as we were a group of three adults. Highly recommend for people of all ages. Also check out the bakery - the pecan pie and the blueberry pie were excellent!
12 November 2020 6:10
Poor animal enclosures, ducks eating string attached to fence, horse harness broken hanging infront of mouth. Some of the animals had nowhere to escape the cold wind and elements all day. Won't be coming back anytime soon and I feel terribly sorry for some of the animals.
11 November 2020 5:14
The smell of fresh baked goods hits your nose as soon as you get out of the car. Amazing activities for young and old, especially the pumpkin blaster and corn maze.
09 November 2020 5:55
So let me get this straight. A super fun outside activity that kids love, and a chance to purchase home baked treats afterwards? Uh, yeah, we will be back!
08 April 2020 23:14
Best corn maze around! I come here almost every year to do the night corn maze. It is so dark and creepy! An absolutely fantastic adventure for the Halloween season. The maze changes every year and it is enormous. You can for sure get lost if you do not pay careful attention to the map. To make it through, you have to find a variety of checkpoints to acquire letters that will help you complete a phrase. In addition to the maze, you can also do some pumpkin shooting, check out the bakery, or get a snack from the food stand. If you want to explore the farm, come before nightfall as things close down. 100% worth a visit!

SUGGESTION: My one hope for the future would be that there is an evening in October when creepy music and live actors walk through the maze to scare you (please do this!).
25 March 2020 0:20
I've been lost in the maze for 3 years, please help. I've had nothing but corn for a while, and it's really cold.
09 March 2020 23:09
Had the privilege of testing out a new escape room experience that is going to open in February! It was so cool and the right amount of challenging!
26 January 2020 0:15
Love this place! We love to try to navigate it in the dark. It's enormous and fun for kids and adults. One thing I would suggest is keeping the snack place open until the maze is closed. It would be nice to get some warm cider or something to eat when finishing the maze but we've never been able to because the food closes down before the farm/maze does. Other than that it's a really fun fall family or group experience.
25 January 2020 12:52
Great place to have some fun with the family. Who doesn’t get excited about shooting a pumpkin out of a cannon.
14 January 2020 13:14
Staff are super welcoming and friendly, and overall a great experience.

(Just remember to bring cash with you.)
13 January 2020 9:01
SO MUCH FUN. $15 bucks to get in. Worth it! Takes one to two hours to do the maze.we got lost but had so much fun.

I do really want to know what happens after 9pm when they close and you haven’t come out.do they come get you? Or do you become part of the maze forever?

Doesn’t matter - so much fun for groups!
08 January 2020 23:51
Always fun every year. Great for the family or a date. If you're a completionist it can take hours but thankfully if you don't have the time you can just hunt for the exit. All round consistent fun but can be very busy on weekends. The Baker is good too but also can be very busy.
30 December 2019 2:58
Different mazes every year. Always current. Fun activities for the kids. Food available on site from a nice chip wagon and a seperate bakery. You really feel like you're on a farm! Ha! Fun atmosphere. Recommend for all ages.
25 December 2019 16:43
Got lost, got rescued. Got lost again. Maze works as it is intended to work. Huge space, good or not good for team building.
24 December 2019 23:12
This place is easy to get to. Have a delicious bakery. Pumpkin season is good here with two mazes and a pumpkin cannon also has farm animals with a play area. Lots of parking.
20 December 2019 5:44
Great time, the maze was fun.a little worn down.assuming cause of all the people.super fun though
15 December 2019 21:17
Went here with some friends this fall, it felt a bit expensive going in but the corn maze was massive. The extent of the maze made the price barrable. We all had lots of fun going around and getting lost. We thought there would be pumpkins but there were next to none, however we came for the maze and the petting zoo so it was alright. The little shop out front with baked goods was very good, everything smelled fantastic and the stuff we bought tasted great. If you're looking for a good maze and activities and such this is a good place.
14 December 2019 11:47
Visited with my wife and two kids and had a blast. Once you get the hang of the map it's easy to navigate, and it was a blast. Make sure to hit the bakery for some treats afterwards.
13 December 2019 11:35
Very fun scavenger hunt. Tony the pig is cute as heck. I ate too many cookies from the Tiny bakeshop. If you are considering going, just go. Depending on how bad you are at mazes, your trip could be 1-3hrs.
03 December 2019 9:07
Incredible experience! Stellar job on the maze this year, it just keeps getting better and better. It's a REALLY fun time! Teamwork, laughs, exercise, inexpensive, so many reasons to come. The staff is great, genuinely nice people, even walked us through how they setup the maze and spent a bunch of time chatting after hours. We always go at night (best time by far, not too spooky but adds that extra Halloween vibe) bring a group of friends!

The bake shop is a great pit stop before you head in so you have some goodies while you're wandering (and to take home).

I'm running behind with my reviews, was hoping to get this in before you closed for the season, sorry guys! See you next year:)
27 November 2019 5:07
I loved this place but my only concern is it was dirty old and messy. There was a dog there that was living in a terrible lifestyle and I felt so bad! Someone do something! There were porta potty’s and the sink was so so cold! But otherwise I had so so so so much fun there
18 November 2019 0:13
An awesome time. It took about 90~120 minutes to complete the Corn Maze scavenger hunt activity/puzzle. It was a really a fun time. We also fired a few rounds on the pumpkin cannon, which was a lot of fun too! Definitely worth a trip to the bakery, too. We came as a group of adults and had a really fun afternoon. But with the pumpkin patch and animal petting farm, it would be a lot of fun with the kids too.
14 November 2019 0:41
It was really good! I came with a group of 60+ people and we were able to go around for a while. It took us a long time going through and while we did cheat a bit we ended up finishing it!
26 October 2019 11:46
Much more than I expected. The apple cider was delicious and the maze was a lot of fun to navigate. Going at sunset was a good choice and headlamps were helpful.

Come here with people who you won't clash with, as you need to work together well in the maze.

We missed seeing the animals (didn't see where they were) and the bakery too (closed before 8 I think). But that said, I'd love to go back! Thanks!
