Today we going pedicure hanh salon spa it’s very bad experience they do just rafly pedicure.delin and bee. My husband sy it garbage pedicure. We are not satisfies.

Honestly one of the worst spa places ive ever been to.i booked my appointment weeks in advance to make sure i can get my nails done in time for my graduation.once i got there i will say the place is really nice and it looks clean.the ladies at the front desk were nice and asked me to sit down and wait.as soon as i sat down the two girls started chatting and having a loud and a inappropriate conversation.after waiting for over 30 minutes i was guided to a room and was told to sit down wherever id like.the woman left me waiting for her to come back for a good 20 minutes.throughout the whole appointment i was very nice and i never argued or even raised my voice.once she came back she grabbed my hand and immediately started drilling.she was quite literally twisting my arm around and at one point she twisted it the wrong way and i heard my elbow pop.i showed her the design i wanted on my phone and i asked if she was able to do it.she said yes of course we can.she cut my nails way too short but since im shy i didnt say anything.she kept using her nails to try and move my skin which it ended up bleeding from how much pressure she was using.after she was done the shaping and prep my nails looked all crooked.she them says we cant do the design at all because it wouldn’t look good? She starts getting mad at me for asking why she couldn’t do it and told me to stand up and pick a colour.i chose a pink thinking that it would be the base.but then i see her put a top coat on and pushed me out to the front desk.i had really high expectations from this place but it was not at all what i wanted.i went home crying because i didn't know what i was supposed to do with my graduation being a few days away.i would have to go out in a black dress with shimmery pink nails.the next day i booked an appointment with another nail place and they were shocked from the technique that was used.the ladies felt bad for me there and gave me a discount and gave me some candy.im so happy they are fixed now but i will never be coming back to this place and i will make sure to tell people to not come here.i wish i could give this 0 stars.i attached what i asked and what i got.

I would not recommend or come back. The technician was 45 minutes late for my pedicure appointment and then wasn’t sure of the appointment I booked (didn’t get the spa package that was originally booked). The chair was broken so I had to sit at the end of the seat for her to scrub my feet. The solution: they offered me a 15% discount for this appointment and the next but to be honest I will not go back.

Vi is an amazing nail technician. She also was excellent with my eyebrow shaping. Had a wonderful experience at Hanh!

Horrible experience and service. The lady who gave a haircut service, to my daughter didn't do a good job, she messed up. And she was least interested to do the job. I wouldn't recommend. Very disappointing service and they are very pathetic.

I always have a great experience. Staff are knowledgeable and make the experience enjoyable! I look forward to my visits.

Highly reccomend getting a facial with Trish, massage with Bing, and mani/pedi with Lan. Kind staff and services were relaxing.

Got my hair dyed and styled by Sarah as well. Very impressed with how beautiful the purple tone turned out and did light curls that fit my face shape.

Took my girls to get their nails done for graduation. I've been going to Hanh for many years for various services but didn't go recently since the pandemic. I always love the decor, the atmosphere and the tranquility of this spa so I pick it over the faster, more McDonald's style services of other spas. Giving it the two stars (really 5 out of 5) for the atmosphere. Its still a beautifulspa. However, for an overall rating it's a 2/5 since after spending time and money there, my girls had to redo their nail polish later the same evening. After doing their nails, they were very meticulous and ensured they didn't touch anything so that their nails would dry fully. We should have known that we would have issues because even in the spa, the nail polish was peeling without even touching it. The aesthetician tried to blame it on my daughter because she has very long nails. Sadly, I don't think I'll be going back. Perhaps they need to change all of their nail polishes since they might be old?

We booked a spa which includes body massage, facial, pedicure and manicure.the lady did my manicure with full set biogel, tortured me while taking my old powder nails off.i told her to use acetone to remove that powder but she put her own nail underneath and ripped my every single nail off from my skin.i was in pain for 2 days.never going back

My family and I have been going to this spa for years, and unfortunately will not be back. This spa has gone down hill, very quickly. Poor management, and staff are not treated well from what I see and have been told. They have been keeping lights off, clocks have no batteries in them, the entire spa needs to be painted - chipped walls etc, After a recent facial (in the basement), I mentioned to my service provider that I was cold - and she said that the heating pad was broken. She said that they have been trying to replace the heating pads, but Hahn (the owner has refused to spend money). I called Hahn to officially notify her of my complaint, and she seemed to be responsive and offered a free facial for the next time I came in, and also assured me that everything would be fixed. She said that she would add the voucher to my account. Upon visiting the spa again, and receiving a facial, I was told that nothing had been added to my account. I called Hahn again, and this time, she refused to add anything to my account, and insisted that none of their beds have heating pads on them, because they are a fire and safety hazard. I questioned why her story had changed, and she said she was going to call the Mayfield location to inquire and call me back. Needless to say, she never did call me back. Management is strictly money hungry. Sadly, after 11 + years of loyalty for my family and I, we have gone elsewhere.

This is not a spa but a nice-looking nail salon!
Quality of the manicure was okay but not all the staff are professional. “Esthetician” complained about how busy she was and was late starting my appointment because she had to eat. Left me in the paraffin wax for over 20 minutes and forgot about me! I had to remove it myself and left everything at the station. Not the cleanest “spa” so I’m sure the station wasn’t cleaned after I left. Tools were rinsed under water and put back in her pouch to use on the next client.

Customer service is non existent. They act like clients are a burden. My appointments always end up getting cancelled even though they book me for months ahead. Never going back here.

I got my acrylic nails done with Vi at this salon, and they turned out incredible! The experience was very relaxing, and she was very professional and friendly. The amount of time and effort she put into my nails was an experience I never had. There are a lot of nail spots in brampton but this place clearly takes pride in their services. Plus, the salon is gorgeous! I am excited to have many other treatments done at this salon, and will always be going back to Vi from now on.

It wasn't the worst experience, but not great overall. The hairdresser did not do what I asked which is a deal breaker for me. I wouldn't recommend going here based on that, plus it wasn't very clean and the staff were unprofessional while speaking with each other.

I got a facial done and the tool she used scratched my cheek and left a scar on my face that wasn't there previously. I don't think I will go back for a facial, but the massages are good!

Great customer service. Very nice location. Had my hair cut done by Marco I believe. Very sweet and friendly guy. However did cut it shorter than I initially indicated. Expect to be there for a while. Had a cut and blow dry done and it took approximately 2 hours.

My go-to, for all spa treatments. Place is beautiful, and staff is delightful. Only complaint, is that one of the people who was doing a facial for my daughter, did her own review, on my daughters cell phone. That was pretty cheeky, and I will not go to that person again.but, that is the only questionable experience I've had there, and I've been going for over 12 years now. So, I rate them 4.75 stars. If that's a thing.

Every time I go to Hanh Salon I leave happy and satisfied. The staff here are so good at what they do. I usually get waxing done but I even got my nails done once before. I would go nowhere else for my waxing and plan to get my laser removal done here. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

Good job done on pedicure, staff wasnt too friendly and didn't initially listen to what i wanted but charged me for it anyways.they didn't clean the foot soaking tub well enough and my feet were soaking in someone elses foot skin shavings.yum. I ordered a spa pedicure for me and my sister and they gave me one but not her, simply saying she didnt need it at the end (if i want it and im paying, just do it for her.thanks, i dont need your opinion) but funnily enough charged me as if they gave her the spa pedicure anyway when they didn't.this was a long while ago but I thought I would leave a review since im not returning for a pedicure due to these issues I had. Still if you can bear all of that, they do a good job on your feet still.

Had a great body relaxation massage experience at this place. The place is so quiet and clean u feel like home when u go there.

Went in to buy a gift certificate so I have not had any treatments. My daughter has been many times and loves it there. Decor is very nice and will definitely go in the future!

Biggest scam. They told me to dye my extensions which I'm using for my wedding would be a charge of 60. When i came to pick them up they tried to tell me that its 70 plus an extra 10 for having them straightened. I told her politely I never asked for them to be straightened and the guy who was here earlier told me it was 60. She said ok well I saw the hairstylest straighten the hair. I told her I never asked for it to be straightened shes like ok I won't charge you but it's still 70. I tried to explain that the guy in the morning told me it was 60 how come the process changed. She said he would never tell me that. I told them to call him and he also lied. I told them it's very upsetting that they are trying to make an extra 20 dollars by lying and cheating there customer. The owner decided to jump into the conversation and give me and my sisters attitude. Everyone was just super rude and unprofessional except the hairstylist. The hairstylist was very sweet. However due to front desk service I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone

WORST MASSAGE ME AND MY FAMILY HAVE EVER HAD - 4 of us went in for a massage, had 4 different masseuse's and we still all walked out with the same experience. I went in with my family for their relaxation massage for one hour. This was our first time coming to this salon. I knew around my area it had a bad reputation, but still thought the price was good and how bad could a massage be. Plus the reviews for massages were decent. We had no expectation coming in as to what the massage would consist of, but of course wanted to leave feeling relaxed. The ladies we had were all lovely, but that's it. It seems as if they all had worked a double shift and had no energy left to apply any effort. We all left there with having someone just put oil on our body and that's it. NO PRESSURE whatsoever was applied. If it wasn't for the fact that I could feel where oil was being placed on my body, I would never have known someone was massaging me. I had to even look up several times to see if she was there. I thought I was the only one that experienced this, and that my other 3 family members must have had a decent massage. We left their in disbelief in laughter discussing our experiences and how awful it was. We all left there thinking we were the only ones who had a horrible experience. All four of us said the same thing, that we felt nothing. And I am someone who has always left a massage asking them to lower the pressure, this is the first time we all had to say please put more pressure and were ignored, forget ignored we thought no one was actually massaging us and had to look up several times. I really don't know how this place has been in business. Now for four people who had 4 different masseuse's to be complaining about the same thing. I mean I have had hundreds of massages and not all of them great, but never have I walked out thinking was there someone even there. Have I just spent an hour laying on a bed dripping in oil. I would typically be livid, but it was just so unreal, comical almost, my hubby, mom and dad all said at one point they did all feel a tickle around their ear. I didn't get to feel that. I did call today to speak to management really not expecting a refund or anything, new nothing would come out of it and nothing did. Was told they didn't believe me and that management does not come in. I would really just advise people from coming to this salon, we spent over $200 to be oiled up and sent away. Save your money and that fact that they completely disregarded what I said speaks volumes. This salon does have a horrible reputation and now I have witnessed it firsthand.

I have been here a few times over the years but yesterday I had a shellac application removed a new one applied the nail file was so sharp it sliced my finger as soon as I felt the pain I pulled away I sit here today as it keeps opening up I'm not sure who the girl was my first time with her but she nodded off a few times while my nails were in the process of the drying stage I'm definitely not coming back here

I have been going to Hanh Salon for almost a year now and I couldn't be happier with the services provided, from threading, massages, facials, waxing and now laser hair removal. My first experience at Hanh Salon, I had Alexandra do my massage, body wrap and facial and was super impressed. I've stuck with her since then and now I currently go to her for laser hair removal services. I'm on my 5th appointment now and have already seen such amazing progress. Alexandra does such a perfect job in all services that she provides. She's also such a wonderful person; she's very nice, attentive, professional and also makes you feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks Alexandra and Hanh Salon!

I went to get root touchup and this guy named David attended me. Throughout the time he was on phone and was not at all concentrating on his work. Later when he started washing my hair, all the shampoo and water was seeping in my ears. I tried to tell him to be careful but he was still busy on his phone. Later when he started drying my hair, I pointed him out that the color was all over my forehead and hairline to which he said that I should change my hairdresser in future.

I complained to the owner but she took me very casually and rather wanted to brush me away. Later when I reached home, I saw rashes and blood as my skin had peeled off due to excess hardh rubbing of solution on my forehead by David in an attempt to lighten the color marks. When I called the owner she simply said that I should come to her office and she will give me cream to apply. I even sent her the pictures but she was not interested and banged the phone down.

Such horrible service!

Very bad establishment. Called and booked an appointment 4 days prior.came there the day of and apparently we didn’t have an appointment booked? Unacceptable. No one called us to remind us the appointment. I don’t know who it was that took that phone call but clearly their staff is not trained well. Waste of time and they were “booked all day”

Yasmin was great. I loved the microdermabrasion and the hot stone massage. She was was wonderful and friendly. My skin in glowing. Thank you.

This is not a spa experience. Besides the building and atmosphere, really wasn't any different than if I went to the nail place down the street. Ladies who did our mani & pedi never came back so we took off our own slippers and toe separators in reception area before we paid. Will stick with my regular spot if I want a nicer experience.

I was given a gift certificate to Hahn Salon for a one hour massage and it was wonderful. I had excellent customer service from the front desk stafe, as well as, from my massage therapist, Yasmin. She was very sweet, attentive, and effective. Incredibly relaxing and well worth it! Thank you Hahn Salon and Yasmin!
