Terrible experience. Very long wait time inspite of booking appointment & would not get the same therapist who you'd booked.

Truly appaling customer service, one of the stylists were rude to my friend and I. She went in to to get her hair fixed and to reccomend me to get my hair done, but after how he talked to my friend, I would say if you want to make a big change to your hair, you are taking a big risk.

I have never been to a salon where a stylist would talk to anyone like that. Honestly I was shocked because I was just expecting to get my hair done, and not to defend my friend who was being yelled at. Not worth the time and money!

Terrible service. Very rude rough and quicked the service. Told me some other price and charged something else.

DO NOT BOOK WITH ANDY. HE IS LAZY AND DOES NOT DO HIS JOB PROPERLY. HE RUINED MY HAIR BECAUSE HE WAS TOO BUSY TALKING ON THE PHONE. WORST SERVICE EVER.

Worse haircut never. Will never recommend this place to anyone. DO NOT GO TO ANDY. He is lazy and said he could not give me a blow-dry because he is "sick". If you are sick why are you coming to work in the first place and why charge clients for blow dry if you are not going to provide that service!

It use to be good specially the customer service. The recent receptionist is a maniac I would never go to this branch.

Consistently terrible experiences. I used to go to them all the time and liked it. The last year or so has consistently been bad in different ways. My nails immediately start to lift, the bio gel/ polish is applied messily (last time the nail tech had a thumb with a glob of bio gel on it, and wiped my fingers with her bio gel hand and asked me to cure it.a whole mess), they use their filing tools and file my skin until it bleeds, apply bio gel and proceed to file it all off until they're damaging my actual nail. They find new ways to mess up the more I go, lol. The list goes on. The last 2 times I spoke to the owner and told her about my bad experience, and she acts sympathetic and her techs go on to do the same thing. I'll tell my nail tech about issues as they're happening and she'll gas light me and continue doing what she wants but now passive aggressively (multiple techs do the same thing, it's not just one). On top of it all, their wait times are ridiculous even when the salon is empty. I don't get it. I pay more than I would at other salons, wait longer, and get a way worst result. Not worth it unless you're desperate and need a place open until midnight. They couldn't care less about customer satisfaction if they tried.

So I give 5 stars to the beautiful people we had but I Give 3 to the rest. Customer service wise we booked a couples package. Only place around still offering after covid. When we got there, we were greeted and immediately told the day - about 5 hours. The jacuzzi was actually quite nice, the sauna hardly fit us, the massage were GLORIOUS and the attendant she was Latina and I forget her name but she was a 5! Amazing massages and her team member for facials was great. Really understanding about my sensitive skin too. Our mani pedi took awhile but it was soooooo nice however it's 3 star in terms of available colours but ours turned our beautiful. Pleaee read BELOW comments others had very different experiences and I can see how. But we were so specifically attended to by the same 2 people start to finish.

Always have to wait here for so long! Worst experience ever! And dont know how to greet, they dont respect the customer’s time will never come here now

Went in yesterday for a facial from Sakshi and I couldn’t have been happier. She’s very professional and a charm to be around. Took care of me every step of the way. Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend Sakshi! Thanks for your great service.

If this was the last salon on earth, i would still not go there. Worst service. Worst experience i have ever had. Guy applied hair colour and went somewhere for 2 hours. I had to tell receptionist twice to call him. Do not get your hair treatment here ladies.

Yesterday call in and booked for appointment for manicure and pedicure with shellac plus hair cut. They didn’t attend me for 15-20 minutes and later lady was such in hurry after pedicure she messed up with shellac. I already had designs what i want, initially she said she can do exact same and later she said i can do similar but not same, she was not confident at all. I showed her more designs as I don’t want to waste time and be hard hard on her. I was very polite and said that’s fine will choose something else. I showed her few and she agreed upon one designs that she’s comfortable and can do it. But that do was so nasty and didn’t do proper shellac no finishing at all. They don’t have exact colours no proper arrangements. It was totally wastage of time and money. I didn’t get haircut as she took 2 hours for shellac. These are the pictures from

Their pedicure ladies do not understand English. They do a terrible job applying nail paint. I got pedicure and manicure for a wedding and she did a terrible job on my nails.
Will never recommend this to anyone.

I was so excited for my facial appointment. My appointment was originally booked at 7pm, i waited one hour for the aesthetician to start my facial. I was put into a room to wait, where no one attended to me. The owner came by once telling me it would be 5 more minutes. After 20 minutes I got tired of waiting so I decided to call my mom to pick me up. I found them so unprofessional. They took someone in my time slot that I booked, makes no sense to book an appointment if that’s the case. Very unsatisfied, wasted my time! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I used to visit Hanhs years ago but stopped because of the long wait times and poor customer service. Recently my mother suggested I give them another go. Post-covid the wait times are non-existent, although I always book after 8pm and it’s usually not busy. Sonia gives wonderful facials.

Best place to get your hair done. I always go there and they never let me down. Ahbeda is my go to person, she is a very nice lady. If you’re looking for a good haircut, highlights or anything related to hair just ask for Ahbeda you’ll love it. 10/10 I highly recommend this salon.

This place is so unpleasant they only care about money. No regard for their clients. One person who did my manicure screamed at me in her language after i got a wax there and chipped the polish.another scrubbed the skin off my ankle during a pedicure. One worker who did my Waxing is terrible, she made my armpit bleed. Other ripped my skin off the side of my knee after being told to be careful in that specific area. They take appointments and don't have anyone to cover the shift they accepted the booking for, with long waiting time. If i could put zero star as a rating option i would. They lack professionalism. The ower is the worst of all, no manners. They did a facial it was extremely rushed and poor quality with clear work left to be done, at one point my face felt like it was on fire. After telling them i wasn't satisfied. The owner blamed me and said there is nothing they can do. Absolutely terrible. They even lie straight to your face. Would not recommend.

Today received amazing service from Vi the nail tech. First time at this location, Full set, perfect length for me and very natural looking. I also witnessed her being verbally attacked by a previous customers mother. It is really important that we remember that kindness doesn’t cost anything. Thank you Vi for your EXCELLENT service and handling that unwarranted and unfair treatment with professionalism. This is my first review of a nail salon but I will definitely return.

I’m not loyal to one nail shop, I’ve visited many over the years. Hahn does a great job. Find the nail tech you like and if you don’t like the way something looks or feels say something RESPECTFULLY. Ive seen way too many customers talk too and about the nail techs with NO kindness. Humans are on both sides of the desks. Pro: Great late hours Con: Sometimes a long wait.

Andy was my hairstylist. He had black airforce 1 energy so i was naturally a bit skeptical, BUT he gave me a beautiful long layers and a blow out <3

I had a hair cut at this salon by ‘Andy’, He gave me a wonderful service and new look to my hairs. Andy is so Friendly and polite.

This is the worst nail salon ever. The hurt me and my sister’s nail. I was bleeding from my cuticle and she poured this blue chemical over it and asked me to dip my finger in acetone. It was so painful, I even told her about it but she just ignored me. Then I talked to Hanh to complain and asked for a refund because my shellac polish had brush hair in it and the entire polish had pores. It is already chipping and I just got it done yesterday. They are all very rude. The worst nail salon I have ever been to.

Worst service ever. I showed up there to get my hair done from andy as in hair colour, highlights and hair cut but end up no hair colour and highlights he didnot explain any detail and was very rude, even i showed him the picture that this kind of hair color i want but he didnot show any interest.i will never visit this place again

Did not like the way they did mine and my daughter's nails. They only out 2 coats on my daughter's nails. The paint started peeling off in 4 days, which usually happens in the 3rd week.the lady filed my nails too short, that I screamed in pain while she was doing even after constantly telling her to not file anymore

It's OK to visit hanh wellness when you don't have other options. They are huge space, could be more organized.

All the reviews about Andy are absolutely correct! He can definitely change your look! I loved the haircut he gave me! If you are confused about your haircut, go for Andy!

Worst nail technicians in the town! The lady who did my nails first of all doesn't even know how to do acrylic and on top was absolutely rude. This place is Such waste of time and money. Highly Not recommended!

Everyone here has no customer service at all. Receptionist, staffs and managers are all rude. The owner should actually train these people or actually interview them before hiring them. Worst spa in brampton!

Tao is great with what he does. He fixed my hair unlike any hair dresser has ever been able to do. Book an appointment with Tao he is the best

Went for a keratin treatment and instead they did a permanent hair straightening with strong chemicals and burnt my hair. My hair is damaged totally and the hair dresser chopped my hair very very short after she burnt my hair. And when I went next day to complain they said it was my fault. Like how?

Very bad experience it was good before covid but now I got my eyebrows done and the lady literally burnt my eyelid with hot wax and also the shape is not good. I am definitely not satisfied this time I also had my haircut done it was okay

ANDY is hands down amazing I have never had a good experience with getting my hair cut, I had long hair and was going short for the first time, this guy did amazing I am so happy the layers the cut and that bangs are at great length and they suit my face I WOULD 10/10 RECCOMEND HIM! He will defs be my go to hairdresser from now on never had one before but now do

It was 3 years ago (2018 AUG) I was got the deep tissue massage and facial and it was well deserved my face was cleaner and I obviously had a switch in masseuse she came in from the Mayfield Hanh but she was so worth the wait she literally knocked me out that is how you know how a good masseuse is. I don't remember Her name but face I will I did moan a bit I didn't realize do not worry nothing sexual that would be inappropriate because she deeply massaged my back got up on top and elbowed my sore areas this was totally professional I was 19 at the time but I gave her a huge tip I want to go back again she was awesome:) i hope she comes in again and massages me!

I had a great experience with Andy for my haircut and highlights. He was very professional and asked about my expectations in detail. I will be back whenever I want any hairstyling done.

I got my haircut from Thao. Very professional and he did a great job. He understands what the client needs and the results are exactly as expected.

Hi came here for permanent hair straightening. And they charged 400 to burn my hair. Mah hair are still rough and same after first hair wash. My hair start falling roots are totally burnt. I would never suggest anybody to visit them. Totally disappointed.

I had a dye, cut and colour done by Andy, he was amazing. He gave me a great advice on what to do with my hair and everything turned out beautifully. He was personable, professional and does amazing work! I'll be back:)

My Husband & I have been coming here for a few years now for massage therapy. I have recently also started bringing my mother in law here and we just love it. From the staff at the front to their RMTs as well as regular massage therapists everyone is so polite, friendly & extremely helpful.

Andy is best hair stylist.he is well experienced and very friendly.i just love my hair transformation done by andy.

Andy did my hair color and he wasn't professional at all. Huge color was left on my neck and in my ears. I went back to show him and his response was "we can't see these areas well so it's common to have color left on neck and in ears) Really? And on top of that he has increased his price from $ 30 to $ 45 (only for root touch up).

Andy did my hair, coloured with highlights and layered and cut, he did a beautiful job! I literally can't stop looking at myself he did an AMAZING job with my hair, I love it!

I have been there for my threading and the lady at the reception was very rude and unprofessional. She made me wait for one hour just for 5 minutes thing even I requested her that i'm coming from so far by bus and i have to go to and she clearly said no you have to wait like she doesn't care about anything and she was just busy on her phone.

Andy is an amazing hairstylist. I went for second time hair cut and and tried hair colour for first time. To be honest, I took appointment with Andy before visit coz I wasn't ready for haircut without him. He is really very friendly and sweet. Always recommend him and honestly I already recommended him to 5 people.

If you want nice and perfect haircut you should remember one name-ANDY. He is the best at what he does. He can change your look and make you look beautiful. He also did nice highlights for my friend and she was very happy with it. In short Andy is magician of haircut.

i went there for permanent straightening and after one wash my hair got damaged and even now i have so much hairfall. Its been one month and my hairs are so rough.so i would not recommend anyone to visit here as its just a money and time waste.if u want to protect your hair then please dont go there.too bad customer service.

This place is anything but "well"! I have booked SEVERAL appointments with for Physio and Massage but it seems like Hanh's Wellness Spa and Salon has lost their magic. I've been coming here for so long, and so I asked the OWNER to schedule me for an appointment, in which she scheduled me for the wrong date/week on SEVERAL OCCAISONS! I can understand if it was staffing issue or a glitch in the system, but the owner herself scheduled me and messed up my appointments! I have unbearable pain and was in need of their service, but they just lost a loyal customer. If zero stars was an option, i would click it!

I got my hair done by Andy and he did such a wonderful job. He is so accommodating and attentive to detail. I absolutely love my new hair!

I went there on an appointment and it was late. Before I go there, I confirmed the price and the receptionist told me the price for the service.once I was done, They charged me 3 times the price they told me over the phone. The owner didn't want to listen. Very upset and disappointed with the safety. No covid precautions taken. Customers sitting without mask.most of the staff didn't wear mask and were Busy on phone.talking in their native language mentioning me which is very insulting. I had to ask them to wear a mask. After that also a lady named jackie was not following the rules.she would wear a mask for like 2 minutes and remove it.if that is so hard then wear a face shield or sit at home.
If you guys cannot flatten the curve of the pandemic, then close ur parlour but do not contribute to more cases by being so negligent.

The best massage service provided by Simone, she is really amazing, her hands are miraculous. 1 hour massage for $55 is a great deal. Highly recommended! Try 1 session with her and you won't regret it!

Tried Hanh Wellness Spa for the first time. Did the Vitamin C facial. Had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was very nice and friendly and the place was very clean. Will definitely try it again.

I spent $250 for permanent hair straightening and the result after straightening is worst. They damage my hair my look.may hairs are seem to be so rough dry now.i suggest u if anyone going fo this service please thaink about your lovely hairs.don't go there for straightening they will damage ur hairs by using cheap products.

I went to them after a friend referred Abby, the owner Hanh and Abby, helped save my hair from an overpriced bad job from another salon. The results were impressive and the prices were more than reasonable. Thank you guys:)

Very poor customer service. The fact is that as nice Hahn is to the customers, the staff is completely the opposite. I had been a regular customer but the way the one of the staff members shouted on me yesterday sets up an example of how poor the customer service can be.
People pay to be pampered not to be shouted upon.

I wish I could give them zero star, unfortunately there is no option for me other than giving them one star. Tao, their so called the best hair stylist is actually the worst hair stylist. He doesn't know anything and will end up messing up your hair. Please avoid going to this disgusting salon.

I would not recommend this place for pedicure. It was a hot mess. I asked for a regular pedicure and everything was fine up until I looked at the final result. I kid you not, it looked like a child painted it. I understand it was midnight, and they were about to close. The lady quickly rushed to dry it off and then asked me if I could walk outside barefoot with no socks so they could dry further. When I said no, she dried for a couple minutes and told me to put my socks on. The polish ended up blotched obviously. Save your money and do it at home for the same result.

Got a pedicure and manicure shellac and I have never been more unsatisfied with my nails. The ladies seem very inexperienced and did a terrible job on both my toes and hands. I paid $55 for them not to even file my nails. Nails are sticky and have lint stuck all over them. They’re messy with polish all over my skin. Never coming back or recommending them to anyone.

Went to get face laser done and after each session, my face would be burnt as hell. My laser burn scars are still visible even though its been months since my last session. Reception desk girls are extremely rude and don't know how to speak to customers. Worst salon experience!
