Thought Hannah Holdings would be a smart move, but enter Mr. Eric Tang. This guy's management? It’s like trusting a Zamboni driver with the CN Tower elevator. All over the place, mate. Unresponsive, disorganized, and downright shambolic. Having an office under his care is like the Raps missing a game-winning free throw – infuriating and unnecessary. Every email, every request feels like tossing a coin in the dark. If you have an ounce of respect for your business and team, avoid any space this guy 'manages'. Trust, you don’t want to play dice with your company's reputation

Worst property management - there was no water to use from kitchen for a week and after reporting - rather accepting the mistake - they just try to give you excuses - as per them utensil can be washed from bathroom and there wont be any hygiene issues - dont get in traps. I will make sure to report these management to toronto rental board

Considering you are a company that apparently owns several properties in toronto, i would have thought you could afford to have someone sand the edges of your sign located close to the path at 30 cosburn

They don't address the issue of inconsiderate renters that walk with hard sole shoes at all hours of the day. The easy solution is to install carpets but the owners that buy up units are too cheap to spend the money even though they are charging high rents.
