We would highly recommend Hannam Fertility Centre and the services of Dr. Robb. We first met with Dr. Robb after an unsuccessful IVF cycle with another fertility clinic. From day one, Dr. Robb showed empathy while also managing expectations and providing clear and concise information. His wealth of knowledge quickly became apparent, and the protocol he recommended ultimately worked and my partner is now 24 weeks pregnant. The support staff were all extremely professional, diligent and most importantly kind. Again, we would highly recommend this clinic.

When my husband and I started this journey with Hannam, we were met with information, honesty, sensitivity and more compassion than we realized we needed. At every stage of our IVF process, through egg retrieval to transfer, Dr Robb and his nurses made us feel comfortable, confident and taken care of. The quality of care provided by everyone at Hannam was gold-star standard and for such a vulnerable service, I cannot say enough for the miracles that they provide. From the first conversation with Dr Robb, his goal was to help us have a healthy baby and his confidence became ours. Our most sincere and genuine thanks to the Hannam team for giving us a beautiful, healthy baby girl!

I could not recommend Hannam Clinic more! My journey has not been a short one but the team was patient with me to take the process at my speed. They never pushed or forced further intervention. It was an extremely well oiled machine for a busy working couple. The facilities are beautiful and put you at ease whenever you visit for various reasons. The staff is so kind and professional - always on time and always share a ton of information for you to review. They also have an integrated team which makes it easy to access resources such naturopaths, mental health professionals etc. I am now 12 weeks pregnant and they have helped me immensely during my early pregnancy to feel comfortable and navigate next steps. If you are thinking of pursuing Hannam I highly recommend it!

I booked an appointment a week before the date. It was cancelled an hour before. I called to ask for details as to why and was told that the person was talking to someone else and would call back right after that conversation was done - that was two weeks ago. I called back twice and sent three emails during that time and all messages have been completely ignored.

Setting aside that cancelling a meeting 1 hour before isn't ever acceptable, I still don't understand why it was cancelled and, as said, now I am being completely ignored.

Anyone/anything capable of this is capable of far worse and I would suggest everyone avoid a group with this clear lack of care and core values.

Had a great first visit with Dr Atwal, she laid out the process very clearly and helped us feel confident about embarking on this journey. The clinic had a very warm atmosphere and made us feel comfortable and taken care of. The admin staff was super enthusiastic and answered every question we had!

Hannam clinic is truly outstanding! I had two treatments at Mount Sinai and after two failed cycles we were told that our only option was using a donor eggs. Then we switched to Hannam (Dr. Robb) and here we're with our healthy beautiful daughter. I've never seen an institution run so professionally. Every appointment was on time and we were never left in doubt. I can't thank Dr. Robb and his team enough. They made our dreams come true.

Rude people work here, no compassion and toxic behavior from all the people I spoke to. Avoid the heartache and look somewhere else. I am going to tell a lot of people I work with and know, not to interact with this gaslighting and toxic clinic

Avoid at all costs! Take all of the bad reviews here as fair warning. This is an unprofessional and extremely disorganized office. Communication does not exist in this clinic and mistakes are very common.
A big mistake on part of the nursing team not doing a simple follow up was the final straw for us. After a formal, detailed letter to management / doctors about our disappointment in the lack of service and the error, we didn't even hear back from the office. It is very clear they do not care about patient care or patient retention.
It was a complete waste of our time and money to use this office and have transferred care elsewhere.

4 years ago I visited this clinic and now we have a beautiful 3 year old daughter. We visited many clinics, but were greatly disappointed by them. The staff at Hannam were kind, patient and provided facts that helped us make the right decision. Thank you Dr. Hannam.

This is just a business, not a fertility clinic. If you want to waste your time, money and listen to so many lies, go and meet Dr. Robb. I would NEVER EVER recommend this clinic to anyone because there will be no positive results for having kids and their unprofessional environment and rude nurses.

They don't support clients well. It feels like you're just a number. This place isn't client centered.

Please avoid going to this money-chasing clinic, my wife and I have been patients of Dr. Robb since December 2016. During the past 6 years Dr. Robb regularly told us that we will have twins and triplets and we wasted over $30000 and also he officially got all our subsidy money by taking our signatures but the result was back to back zero because they work hard only to get people's money. They do not care and they do not work properly. Dr. Robb
has so many unprofessional and rude nurses who do not respond to patients' calls and emails and they tell white lies. I am 25 and my wife is 23 years old. I wish I could give all our money to a charity organization instead of these giving to these thefts. Shame on you!

My husband and I are beyond grateful to Dr. Tom Hannam and his team for their brilliant work, superb clinic and outstanding patient care. I went from very poor results in my first round of IVF with one low grade, genetically normal embryo at another clinic to 10 strong graded genetically normal embryos in my next cycle at the Hannam Fertility clinic within 3 months. We are now 38 weeks pregnant and feeling very blessed and grateful.

The absolute worst clinic ever. Wasted so much time and money at this place. Put me and my husband through tons of testing and mixed messages. Wasted the eggs I froze years ago all to come up with 3 failed IUI and 2 failed IVF - we were told that everything was normal including genetically normal embryos and no reason why it didn’t work in particular, it just didn’t (we even had a kid naturally on the first try which they said should benefit our case). This place is completely disorganized and unreliable so many admin mistakes and miscommunication between staff. One time a dr said IVF was a go but then nurses called me to tell me next month. Then realized the dr was right they just didn’t communicate. I was told by 2 separate staff members that were quitting because of the way this place is run. Spare yourself the anguish and go elsewhere.

Superb experience so far at Hannam Fertility Centre. The staff is so friendly and they genuinely care about you. Communication has been clear and they explain every step thoroughly (I tell everyone they work like a “well-oiled machine”.) When in doubt, I can email or place a phone call and will get an answer back right away or within 24 hours- this isn’t to be taken for granted as I know many clinics aren’t so responsive.
I am a teacher so receiving the daily afternoon calls are tricky, but the nurses are very accommodating with calling during times that I am away from students. It’s been about two years since starting our journey at Hannam and I am very grateful for the positive experiences (both on natural conception and Ivf teams), very highly recommend. Only downside is that it seems to be a bit pricier with some things than other fertility centres (E.g. Sperm wash) but in my opinion worth it for the quality of care, location, and very clean and comfortable facility.

Those guys are scammers. Don't let them close your eyes. They don't even look for further possibilities, very basic and rough decisions, analysis and no action. Never trust those guys. Do your research all the time. If you trust, you will lose.

I am in Ottawa and used Hannam’s satellite office for my egg freezing. I am so thankful that this new office opened in Ottawa! The service was quick (referral time to retrieval) and the procedures very well explained. The assigned nurse Emilie was absolutely fantastic, explaining all of the injections via video chat (Covid times after all) and making me feel comfortable with the entire process. The ultrasounds and bloodwork at the Orleans location also went smoothly and excellent staff with 3D ultrasound technology. The retrieval in Toronto felt safe despite Covid. The doctors and nurses in Toronto were pleasant and professional. Despite egg retrieval being a stressful and daunting process, the Ottawa office of Hannam, and the retrieval in Toronto, made me feel comfortable and supported the entire way.

Dr Redmond is really great.there were some glitches in the communication process with the nurses’ team (they miss your emails, sometimes wrong answers from the after hours team on your meds which can be dangerous if it is wrong advice) and one of the technicians, but i assume it was because of covid (for nurses, nurse team can totally improve) doctors however are great there.otherwise, i was lucky she was my doctor.professional, when i got connected to herself i did not have to wait for answers for some days from nurses anymore, she was fast answering my questions and she was also kind! She took time and listened. I think it's a good clinic, they can enhance their clients’ experience by adding some more personal touches, communication wise and emotionally.one more thing they can enhance is the finance department, they are not very clear about the costs, they are also very slow in sending you the documents.you have to call and ask them to basically send you an invoice which is kinda surprising, in the middle of your process you still have no idea about the break down of the costs.

Very bad experience in Hannam. We were about to start on a treatment after a few months working with them when we are suddenly told that my partner health insurance is not accepted (UHIP). No other alternatives (paying ourselves etc) they just told us they are not going to work with us anymore. Their lack of organization just made us loose four cycles. I would not advise this clinic!

Professional team, great nurses and doctors, they keep all appointments on time and not let patient wait. Effective communication. Overall, positive experience so far.

I have nothing but great things to say about HFC. They are efficient, helpful and extremely friendly. I have been working with Dr. Robb and his team directly. Dr. Robb is by far one of the best physicians I have ever worked with. He goes above and beyond and has excellent bedside manner. I completely trust him. I never felt that the clinic was putting money first and I have never felt pressured. His nurse, Meghan, has also been spectacular. She answers all of my questions with compassion. I have been thoroughly impressed from the receptionists, to the ultrasound technologists all the way through Dr. Robb and his team directly. I would not hesitate to recommend Hannam Fertility to anyone. The clinic operates like a very well oiled machine.

High recommend this clinic they are very professional, quick with responses and make you feel comfortable. Couldn't imagine going through this process with any other facility.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Hannam! We loved our doctor (Dr. Schram) and our nurse (Kimi) who was always available with a quick and informative response to all questions we had. I was also cared for directly by Dr. Hannam who was so patient, warm and supportive. He had a way about him that truly made me feel completely at ease. We had a wonderful experience across the board and we would highly recommend this clinic!

I know fertility clinic reviews can be pretty biased (of course you love the place where you get pregnant and hate the place where you didn’t), but we had a very positive experience with Hannam! My wife and I first visited in November of 2019 for more information and Dr. Schram was so wonderful and encouraging. We went ahead with a donor sperm IUI in June 2020 and were so fortunate to have it stick on the first try! I’ll be 14 weeks this Thursday and doing well. The doctors and nurses (especially Kimi) were always so kind and responsive to what we needed. We’re hoping to have a big family so we’ll definitely be returning to Hannam over the next few years!

Hannam Fertiltiy clinic is by far the best the staff was really nice and very organized. We are now expecting a little baby come April 2021 and it’s all thanks to Dr. Paul Robb and his team I’d also like to thank his head nurse Meghan and staff for being quick on answering any questions or concerns I had and a thank you to the early pregnancy program I’d like to thank Aalia for answering anything I needed answered. I highly recommend Hannam Fertiltiy clinic to anyone or any couple trying to have a baby they are the best can’t thank everyone at the clinic enough, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable.thanks again

I had a really wonderful experience at Hannam, specially with Dr. Robb. He is extremely knowledgeable, and it’s evident he just wants what is best for his patients. His honesty and expertise are greatly appreciated! My nurse was a wonderful person named Tonia who was always responsive, kind, honest, and beyond helpful.

I was a patient of Dr. Hannam himself and he always went above and beyond to help me. He is very busy, but I never felt like he forgot anything about me and he sincerely cared about my husband and I like we were his only patients. He was always compassionate but clear and direct on my situation. His instincts and plan for me was always spot on. He always made sure I was onboard with any new treatment plans instead of just ordering them at me to make sure I was comfortable. When I started to lose hope, Dr Hannam always had a new plan that kept me going but he was very honest to manage expectations - he never took a sales pitchy approach or made false promises which I heard lots of fertility doctors do to gain patients or get them to take on unnecessary treatments. I got very anxious especially in the beginning of treatment and they did everything they could to calm me down and reassure me. The OR nurse Marina even managed to calm me down before my egg retrieval when I was in a total panic. I had Carly as my main nurse and Tonia as my IVF nurse. Both were so helpful and always got back to my questions or concerns very quickly and never made me feel like I was a bother! The clinic runs like a well oiled machine and is very organized. Some days it does get quite busy for morning monitoring (pre-Covid) but all clinics in the city are very busy. I have also heard it could be much worse at other facilities that are not as organized. In most cases, I had a pleasant experience with staff on a consistent basis. Even my intralipids IV sessions were enjoyable since I got to chat with the fun OR nurses. Shout out to Leanne who does the most pain free IVs ever! When they reopened during Covid they still managed to provide the same level of support I was used to. While I am glad to finally graduate from the clinic to an OB since I am pregnant, I will certainly miss all of them! While there are no guarantees and dealing with infertility is like searching for a missing puzzle piece you are not sure will be found, I truly felt like this clinic provided the best odds. Wish all health care facilities were run to this standard. It totally took a village and then some to get me pregnant and this clinic went to the moon and back to help me.

They knew I don't have eggs but didn't tell me for 2 months and keep continuing testing. Spending over $1000 without any reason.
2 month later, when I have an appointment with doctor he came into the room and saying sorry you have no eggs. That was it. Then he left.
These people just extracting money out from you without giving you options to choose.

I am extremely grateful to Dr Hannam and his team. The level of care and support absolutely went above and beyond. I would recommend this practice to anyone!
