Beware- I booked an appointment online and called multiple times to cancel and no one answered. Then when it came time for my appointment the practitioner calls and is very rude saying you’re 10 minutes late. I let her know I called multiple times as I was returning from a 2.5 hour drive post work due to traffic and tried to call again after calling the day before to see if I could reach anyone. The only thing she was concerned about was getting paid, and said she was going to charge me for the appointment and she wasn’t calling me back she was calling me to inform me I am late. I answered but was very surprised by her tone as a new customer. It was the first appointment and very poor customer service and patient care I have no interest in trying this new place. Happy Bones please keep the $70 even if you charged my credit card without my consent. There are many other professional Osteopath’s I would rather visit and would feel far more respected.

A welcoming space and practitioner. Valerie took the time to review my chief complaints and explained the treatment she would provide. The process was pleasant and I made sure to book my next appointment before leaving.

I saw Valerie for low back pain. She was gentle. Asked me a lot of questions to help guide her treatment and let me know what she was doing every step. Walked out feeling a ton better.

Kaylene is personable and very professional. She very ably assessed my challenges and her treatment was very thorough. The result was better than expected. Going to this clinic was a good decision.

Kaylene is a wonderful osteopath. She was able to figure out what was going on with my shoulder and gave me some exercises to do at home to fix it. She explains things very well, doesn't act rushed and her appointments are always on time.

I have been consistently seeing Kaylene for about 2 years now (before she opened Happy Bones!) and she is always wonderful. She has done wonders for my neck and shoulder pain and always has helpful advice for how to stretch and manage the pain between visits. I even have my dad and sister seeing her as well and they love it too.

Had a great treatment with Jenn. She is AWESOME. I went in with lower shoulder pain and left feeling super relaxed after she was able to work out the knots. I also slept incredibly well the rest of the week as a result. Great relaxing environment and bonus points for the unique clinic aesthetic!

If I could rate Kaylene a 10 out of 5, I totally would. When I think about the not so fun journey I've been on with my medical history, fairly recent diagnosis and the horribly awful pain I was in for far too long, I can't express how grateful I was to find Happy Bones Osteopathy & Wellness Clinic and specifically Kaylene Joseph. When I attended my first appointment all scared and broken (literally), after my cancer surgery and unexplained vertebrae and rib fractures. Yes, I had 11 broken vertebrae and 3 broken ribs at one point. I honestly couldn't believe that after just one treatment from Kaylene, I was able to put on my own socks again. I feel a tremendous amount of gratitude that Kaylene was able to get me moving freely again and feeling less and less pain with every treatment. She has been exceptionally professional and she really knows her stuff. Of all the medical professionals I've seen in the last 3-4 years, Kaylene has provided me with the most amount of natural pain relief. Thank you Thank you Thank you Kaylene. I look forward to every treatment and putting those awful days farther behind me.
