I was just in the store and waited at the front door for 15 minutes while an employee screamed at someone on the phone. I didnt receive any service and walked out. Do not recommend this place.

Great selection of CBD products. Nate & Sabrina really made me comfortable with choosing something that wasn't going to get me high. This was a very, very warm & welcoming store. Right when I came in Nate greeted me like a friend he had known for years. I will be coming back.

Well I'll never go to One Plant again that's for sure. Fast courteous service, and I love the little boutique vibe going on here too. One Plant feels too much like a doctor's office or something like that.

Awesome custom service, best prices ive found in a legal despensery, they blow one plant right out of the water, 25$-35$ hq's that make the 40-50$ hq's over there look like bunk over prices swag, keep your bang for your bud and go a step higher with happy dayz, they do not stop there they also have perorders if your not into being in a store long:)

Their selection isn’t very good & their service was even worse. The lady kept staring at me like she was irritated that she had to get off her chair. I left the store after less than a minute because of how uncomfortable she made me feel. I wouldn’t go back again if you paid me. Thanks but no thanks.

Great head shop. They have a large choice of brands for rolling papers: Elements, Skins, Raw etc.and a couple of tips (they don't have too many tips in stock). Large bongs and one chamber bubblers (CAD$25), pipes, a large selection of rolling trays and dab equipment. They also sell hemp wick, lighters. The staff were very friendly and were more than pleased to answer any questions and take out the items to have a look. This shop even sells the glass Helix tornado pipe but I was warned it was extremely fragile and would break even from a small drop. I felt like I could trust that the he wasn't trying to push me something I might regret later on. Overall great vibe. Thank you for being awesome.

I went in to purchase a 2 Hoot vape pen, the lady at the counter went to the back room and listed the colours available. I asked if I could see them she declined, which is fine. I figured it was packaged and could not be taken out of the package. She brought out the package in her hand, holding it up against her leg, as if it was top secret. I asked if I could see the package, she said 'I can't show you unless it's purchased', I said 'how do I know I'm purchasing the right thing? ' she said you can go on the website and confirm that it is the correct product. She brings it up and points to the 2 Hoot, 'yes, that's it'. I pay for the product and leave. As soon as I get into the car, I open it and it's a 'Dank LUNAR LANDER vape pen', the receipt also says absolutely 'no refunds, no exchanges'. I felt like I had been ripped off at that point. HOWEVER, I have used the product and it works great and may even be the same thing, just with a different logo.that could have easily been explained to me. I have no complaints about the product whatsoever, however being in the customer service industry for 20 years, that may have been one of my weirdest retail interactions to date.

Amazing customer service and customer experience. I had a small quality issue with my piece and it was rectified quickly and without having to argue with them. The young lady who was working there was friendly and offered her own experience with a few pieces. All around great experience and will definitely be back again

The staff is always friendly and ready to help! The prices are great. Great location for patrons whom ride the city buses too!

Awsome experience at this location Modland not so.much but this Barrie spot it proper real talk. I've met the owner once very pleased with him and how he represents him self. The lady Nancy who works there is an absolute rock star love her and her personality and you can see the passion she has in the industry customer for life and they always back there product
