Movers were great! Well-mannered, diligent, and incredibly responsive throughout the entire undertaking. Furthermore, I felt the amount they offered me was really fair, and that's precisely what I paid. Strongly advised!

They were outstanding.showed there on schedule, got to work quickly, and took great care of all of our possessions. They dropped the fee since they completed the loading and unloading sooner than they had estimated.

It was quite easy to arrange them since they were highly responsive. I thought it was great that, at this particular moment, they had on masks. I was rather happy with the relocation.

The actual move was great. The movers were friendly and careful with my belongings. I was however quoted half of what they ended up charging me, without providing a detailed invoice the day of the move. I followed up after seeing the charge on my statement and they changed the hourly rate to fit the doubled amount. Do not recommend unless you are willing to have your credit card charged for significantly more than they quoted you.

Will send inexperienced and unprofessional people. Who don't know the scope of their job, or have the skills for their job

The owner Sam is a good salesman but non empathetic and terrible to clients

They will send wrong truck for the job and hence end up charging you extra for trip and time

I really wouldn’t recommend. I don’t know if the company subcontracted out to someone else, but the movers that arrived didn’t seem like they belonged to the same company. They didn’t follow instructions, they were rough with our furniture and broke a few of our items and took so long to move our stuff that we ended up paying double our quote for overtime charges. Towards the end we decided to help them with the move and hired a U-Haul to do the final items ourselves. After our move we discovered holes in our mattress, gouges in our wooden furniture and damage to our floors.

I used Happy ending movers a year ago and it was not a happy ending! It cost me $1000 More than the price I was given and the next day when my son went to set up the 70” tv the screen was damaged by a thumb print from one of the movers. This caused a huge line in the Tv. I called the company and was given a run around only to be given a compensation that was laughable! So if you want a Happy ending to your love, DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY.

Excellent moving experience with this company. Moved to Ontario from out of province. Movers Ostap and Roman were very professional, courteous, and hard working. Great pricing for a long distance move as well. Would hire again!

Sorry. I was moving due to abuse, and victim services paid for the move.yet I ended up paying double because these people told us they had to come back another day. Scammers even. No attempt from them, to make it right.

UPDATE: They contracted my load out and now that guy is calling me asking why I didnt pay my bill. Happy Ending Movers told him i didnt pay them so they couldnt pay him. Stay away from these people.
Worst experience ever! These guys do a very good job of making you believe they know what they are doing. It started as a severe under quote, which I questioned and questioned but Sam always reassured me. I hired these guys because they quoted me a DIRECT truck. The same crew that loaded me, is the same crew I would see on the other side. My belongings would not be moved from truck to truck. I got the opposite of all of that. Multiple trucks. Multiple crews. A different crew that came several days later to reassemble furniture and gym equipment that he had zero knowledge of. Finished off with a transport trailer parked in my new driveway for 5 days and thousands of dollars in damage. I still have not heard a response regarding my claim. These guys DO NOT have the knowledge or capabilities of a cross country move.

They helped me to move the stuff from Vancouver today. The manager is very professional; doesn’t play with customers.

Had a great experience with Happy Ending Movers from beginning to end. Everything went smoothly. They had frequent contact with me from the time I hired, the packing process and the move from Barrie to Toronto. Move day started on time with the 4 man crew and we were on the road within a couple of hours!

The movers are incredibly respectful to us and our belongings, they go above and beyond to ensure they are careful and mindful of the furniture as well as the walls and corners! I was very happy with my experience. They moved an upright piano on short notice. Hayley was very responsive and helpful. The team of movers were very respectful and professional and did a great job. There was some last minute shifting of dates and time but that was fine for both parties and they did lower the rate a bit for it. Extremely happy with the service and would use again.

My family had such a great experience with Happy Ending Movers. Not only did Alexis try so hard to accommodate us last minute, but the movers were exceptional. They moved my parents' upright piano in less than an hour and made sure to wrap it incredibly well so it wouldn't get damaged. Everything was done efficiently with not a scratch on the piano, walls or other furniture. Their price was reasonable and even lower than other movers we spoke to. Very professional and worth every penny. I highly recommend them.

Happy Ending Movers is an apt name for a company in the business of moving homes & offices. From get go the company was extremely professional, punctual & committed. They turned up on time on the appointed day and the team of 4 movers (Innocent, Omar and two others) was patient, respectful & performed their onerous tasks without any fuss. Due to oversight they had missed bringing floor runners with them. I made a call to their office and Alexis in their office was gracious enough to drive all the way over to Mississauga with brand new floor runners, which she handed over to her team. This kind of service is what is called going over and beyond, that delights customers. Excellent follow up by call, email and texting by the office staff. Great website for doing inventory of items (only wish I personally was that organized when packing!) The actual movers were friendly and went above and beyond expectations. As with any move, things may take longer, but not a surprise.

Domenic, Dennis and Derek did a great job on our long distance move from Toronto to outside of Peterborough. They worked continuously and completed the move by 6PM. Their estimate was accurate and they were extremely efficient.

I'm not sure how many crews they have, but if you can get the Three Ds you will be very satisfied.

From booking to giving a quote to the day of the move they are very helpful. Nick Fassbender was helping us throughout the booking and sending us information. He is very friendly and very patient with me. On the day of the move, the movers came in early. Nanty, Dennis and Burkay help us move and pack our things. No damage was done during the move. They know what they are doing.
There is a little bit confusion to where they can park I told them on the back instead of the side of the building. This is a critical information to be given when booking to save time.
Overall-happy with the service and would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

Very unprofessional. They will not be careful with your items and mess up your walls. And their on the phones a lot when you're paying them by the hour!

What more can anyone say Dominic and his team were fantastic. They made a stressful move pain stakingly easy. They were friendly and curtious all day and were SUPER FRIENDLY with my 3 year old and 18 month old. I definitely recommend them. If I ever move, I know who I am calling. They are awesome, fast, and efficient. They're a well oiled machine.

This was an amazing moving company. We had such a good move. We had 12 years of things to move yet they didn't take too long. They were careful with our belongings and treated us kindly. They were excellent from the beginning to the end and so good. Everything was carefully wrapped and moved. The short answer: Fantastic Service!

They were on time, professional, well equipped to handle large items. Their care and caution was top notch and they made every effort to jot scratch walls while manoeuvring large items up stairs. The job lasted longer because it was a very hot day and we had a lot of stuff.

It was the best choice we could have made and their service was worth every dollar. They give competitive quotes. Their software for itemizing your stuff is also very good.

The company is professional and really fast. I recommend their service if you need to move quickly to another address. Not completely happy of prices and for not having installed a bed that I had partially uninstalled by myself. Company’s policy suggest to have them to uninstall furniture but I wanted to speed up the process and I partially uninstalled some components. Despite the policy does not deny the installation and my request to install it, initially accepted, they refused later saying they was in a hurry. Also I was charged 170$ for distance (too expensive for 3 km) not to mention I realized it after I paid the bill (I regret having paid a tip that I would have not given if I knew of this charge). Also nobody used the face masks in the houses.

I had a detailed list of items and a quote in writing but on the day of moving, they showed up with a smaller truck than promised (more trips needed to be made). I had a crib and bbq that was not list but they were undone and packed and were rolled onto the ramp. Literally took 2 seconds. One of my armoir they said would cost me an extra 60 dollars as it had glass (i refused to pay it and moved it myself and no issues). My Freezer in the basement, i was told would be extra $60 because it was big and it was in quote, but now they were going to charge an extra 250 to take door off and put it back on. So $310 extra, i refused and they dropped the price to $150. By the times they were done, they dropped off everything into my new house in the rooms, didnt put it back together (as per quote) i ended up paying $700 more than the $600 quote given. These other quotes seem fake to me - DO NOT USES THESE GUYS!
