Did a great job serving the 170 people at the senior advisory luncheon. Food was fresh, hot and enjoyed.

Great food but the owner can be kind of moody…. The son should be running the place. He is awesome.

Our go to Chinese place! Any time I suggest another restaurant my boyfriend quickly reminds me “don’t cheat on happy jacks” portion sizes are good, they are friendly, remember our faces/names everytime we are in. We are regulars. Lots of food and wonderful flavours

Always fresh and delicious! Love their wings, Cantonese chow mein, bbq pork egg foo young, happy fried rice, beef and broccoli, and lemon chicken are consistently fresh and delicious!

We usually do take out, it's perfect everytime. We've ordered from Happy Jack's for years. They are always polite and professional. We receive our order hot, fresh & quick. We highly recommend if you're looking for great hot food with awesome service.

Never thought I would be having to resort to giving a bad review, however tonight's experience tops all. To start the last time my wife ordered the food made her sick however we thought we would give the benefit of the doubt.

Tonight my wife ordered around 730 pm and we figured we would receive our food after about an hour. All seemed to be going well.

At 1020ish we called in because we had received no food and we wanted to figure out what was going on. We were informed that the person who took our order was not there and his brother had our order ther however he claimed we had given no number or address and our food was cold and would not be delivered. He initially said we did not give a phone number however he knew my wife's number ended 5522. He then made us feel it was our fault even tho we are regular customers and none of his accusations make sense. When I said I felt he did not care at all and made it clear I was upset I was informed I was banned from ordering from here again.

I will not reccomend this place to anyone and if your thinking of ordering from here you have been warned.

A place from my childhood that still exists. This was our place to go to celebrate family events. Now living in Rochester we make sure to come here when we visit Niagara Falls.

Probably the best Chinese food I've ever had. The sweet & sour chicken pieces are huge with thick fried breading.

1st time visiting and I wasnt impressed. Place smelled old, moldy. Ample seating but I was not tempted to stay. The mat at the entry way is torn and just taped over, there are no fish in the pond.zero for ambience. The prices are high when compared to Lucky Dragon and other Niagara locations and the portion definitely not worth what is paid. Didn't enjoy the meal.had to add eggs etc to it bring up the taste.

Visited on 6/16/23 - Been coming here infrequently for decades - (the border closing and etc is why it was infrequently) Always top notch flavor and consistency to their food. Their Fried Rice dishes and Sweet and Sour chicken are by far some of the best and highest quality in the Niagara Region of Canada / USA. - Really enjoy going here anytime we can make the trip across the bridge.

My family booked my uncles 60th birthday celebration. Had a wonderful time. The food was great, the staff was amazing and very accommodating. Highly recommend.

You know to be a Chinese Restaurant. I expected their portion sizes to be a lot bigger for what you pay for. American Chinese restaurants give you huge portions. Well I mean, they usually are take out or buffets. But damn, this place right here boyyyy. I mean the food is really good though and taste really healthy. The food is not as greasy at all either which is a pro. The owners are really friendly and patient as well. They accept American Cash, American Card, Canadian Cash and American Card as well. With the American Cash they sell you the food as if you were paying in America. They don’t charge you a foreign exchange fee. Which is nice, so if you are American. Come with American Cash. You’ll get the food cheaper!

One of Fort Erie's best places to eat! The food is amazing. The owners are great people. Love it!

The staff and owners who work here are so nice, the food is always piping hot and tastes amazing, and they’re always willing to fix anything if you ever need. Always recommend when people are looking for suggestions:)

Absolutely amazing, the service and the environment.
We took our 2 young kids and the nice older couple was talking to them and making them smile. They also ended up paying for our meal which was such a beautiful thing to do.
