Sadly never going back due to the 28g i got was dried out in 2 days with the hydra pack in it an it was only 14g seems they are ripping us off beware all. 120$ wasted

No customer service skills! The service has only gone downhill. Pre-order has become a waste; they serve whoever they want, when they want. They think they know what they're doing! Far from it!

Their was a mixup at the Chelmsford location so I called the kingsway Happy Life and the woman on the phone was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure we recieved our order. It literally made my day/weekend. I'll be coming more often because of this!
