I’ve visited Happy Soul twice so far and each time I’m always amazed at the beautiful and wide selection of crystals, and very helpful staff.

Was walking by the area on a recent visit into the city and saw the store. I had already visited a few crystal shops but I just had to pop in. Thank goodness I did because me and my girlfriend found some beautiful pieces that made us feel good. Nice variety of stones throughout the store, all displayed beautifully and the staff that helped us were friendly and kind. Just like with almost every other crystal shop I’ve been to; some of the prices on things are higher and some of the prices are lower. It all evens out in the end and I spent around 100 dollars on some beauties. My girlfriend spent about 50. Also love their monthly giveaway with purchase. Super excited about that! And an awesome way to give back to one lucky customer. Would definitely visit this place again and I definitely recommend it.

I’ve been to Happy Souls a numerous of times and my last visit it was Brenda who helped me out by guiding me to the right path with a simple heartfelt conversation and of course a few products w/ the proper knowledge of how to use it at this healing season of my life. She is definitely an asset & gem to this lovely shop.

Very disappointed with the quality of jewelry from this floor. I bought a bracelet and a ring and both broke within a week.

I love getting the emails for the deals on crystals and love to shop that way. I swear by my tigers eye and sodalite jewelry to this day! I recently ordered a mystery necklace and a bracelet, and ended up getting the same crystal so I was a bit disappointed. Not sure if you have a big bin of randoms and I just so happened to get the same crystal, but if you do happen to know what ones are being put in an order please don’t have the same crystal! Was really hoping for two different ones to cater to different needs/chakras.

Visited yesterday to buy a green candle. Needless to say I left with more:). Elijah was great. The selection of crystals is so great. This is my first foray into crystals and I think I will become an addict lol. I love the vibe of this place. I wish I could walk around for hours.

Bought a couple bracelets from here online, very heartbroken to find out they sold me fake lapis.

This is a beautiful store with good inventory but like the other reviews, very overpriced. The flower agate palm stones were around $50 when I found the same for $25 at The Distillery. I would love to buy more but knowing I can get agate for much less cost elsewhere I don’t think I can justify spending so much more. Staff were friendly to me though which was good.

We picked up 2 beautiful singing bowls for my mom's bday and the ladies threw in a lil extra special for her! So happy, we will keep returning

I have been going to Happy Soul for YEARS I come to pick up an order today at 3: 15. I don’t get greeted when I enter the store, No one says hi to me and there’s two staff there. Someone else gets greeted after me and gets their pick up order after I was waiting. I was going to buy something else but the energy was bad. I’m hoping that the manager responds to this complaint from a long time customer.

They posted a photo of another stores showroom on instagram trying to make it look like their own, I commented saying that it was actually a store in Kensington and they deleted the post.also, it's a very overpriced store.all crystal storefronts will be more expensive than online, because they have rent/electricity bills, but other storefronts downtown like the hermits lamp and the rock store are much cheaper.all I really know firsthand about this business is that they are dishonest, can't take accountability, and overcharge.also, check out the negative reviews.there are multiple POC speaking on how uncomfortable they feel in the store and that shouldn't be ignored, especially because new age spiritualism is just gentrified from POC religions, the employee I met had been nice to me, but hearing of POC experiences cancels that out.also, there are some negative employee reviews on indeed and glassdoor, it seems like a toxic work environment with a high turnover rate.please consider that your rocks will be bathing in that energy before you buy it

GREAT CRYSTAL SHOP! Happy soul makes you have.you guessed it! A happy soul:) I've come here twice and the service/ products have been very consistent. The first time I went in, I became more intoxicated than a drunk driver with a BAC of 0.4. They burn a special incense that smells SOOOO GOOD, and even have a "today we are burning" bin at the cash so you can buy it and be intoxicated 24/7. What I really want to ramble on about is their crystal facial products section. They have the prettiest Gua Shas and face rollers for a reasonable price. I got the obsidian (black crystal) Gua Sha for $50 (including tax). Can't wait for my jaw to be more chiseled than a male models abs on a Hugo Boss ad. And to look like a Pinterest girl while doing it! Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the raw crystals are not my taste and it can be a bit pricey. Overall they had an amazing crystal skincare selection, spiritual books and beaded bracelets! Will definitely come back for some geologic joy! Come by happy soul if your clinically depressed and need a pick me up! Hejdå vackra du!

Store is over priced for me however the people talking about racism from the store is 100 percent a lie. Just reading these comments disgusts me. For instance saying they treat you bad because of colour or asking why the staff are white. If you are calling out racism. Dont be rasict yourself! The staff here are good people! Don't believe the lies about racism!

Are you attempting to invalidate my experience - as well as justifying your staffs rude behaviour - by stating your personal (and biased) beliefs? I would not be surprised if I was purposely ignored since I am a POC, as everyone else was being fairly treated. Secondly, I am comparing the prices of crystals to a nearby crystal store - one that is in no means a crystal discount store. Are you suggesting that I can not afford your products? If so, that is a very rude and inconsiderate, as I am solely informing future costumers of my experience (one which I have the right to do). Thirdly, it is unprecedentedly rude to accuse me of being non- understanding and joyful. Since when am I not allowed to share my personal experience - one which was horrible. If I had a great experience, I would write about it. Yet, I didn’t, and it is my right to share my bad experience. Please don’t suggest otherwise.

I was lucky enough to see a live online crystal talk by Happy Souls Joey Wargachuck a couple of nights ago. I was pleasantly surprised to find out about Happy Soul - and that it is right in my city! The store is bright, beautiful, has great vibes and positive welcoming staff. The crystal quality on display is gorgeous. I picked up my online order and had a look around the store before and after. Crystals Crystal's Crystal's. Tons of variety, sizes, shapes, and raw or tumbled. They have tarot, books, incense, jewelry, candles, candle holders, lamps, singing bowls, finger chimes, and many crystals sets such as chakra, or Zodiac sign. Etc. I love that they have online classes and have several for free. Will definitely be going back some day. I used the Green P off Salem st. $2 or so for the hour.

Great products, great prices, great staff, great store. Very large, high quality selection. Staff are also very knowledgeable.

Such a great little shop, I placed an online order a couple days ago and they shipped it same day and it arrived within days! Such a lovely shopping experience, they had everything I needed at great prices, everything was packaged so beautifully and neatly. This was my first time shopping here since my former crystal shop closed down unfortunately so I thought I’d try this one out and I loved it I definitely recommend this place and I will be buying more in the future! Words CANNOT describe how much I love Happy Soul! I never write reviews but I just have to for Happy Soul.
The first time I shopped from here was in person and the energy in this place is amazing! Every staff is so respectful and answer every question you have with a smile. As someone who had newly started practicing with crystals I never felt awkward or looked down upon and everyone was so inviting.
The second, and most recent time was for their online Black Friday sale and even that was so easy! I had a small problem with my order and hooped to add a selenite stick for a friend and the customer service team over email was so fast! They replied in less than a day which is always a good thing. Sadly the sticks were sold out but the employee I was talking with was so kind to send me a complimentary one!
Happy Soul has genuinely been my go to place for crystals and it makes me heart full at how they genuinely try to make crystals accessible and affordable to the public. No one there ever tries to seem uptight or look down upon anyone and all aspects of the shop - in person and online - are amazing, fast, and friendly!

Me and my sister went to the shop for a fun day downtown. The workers there for very helpful and nice. Will definitely go back! Very reasonable:)

It's truly a beautiful store with lots of space to walk around, the trays they offer at the front door make it easy to pick as many crystal as you like, each crystal has a printed out description and the have barcodes, in the jars with the crystals so checking out is easy.

They also have a great selection of jewelry, singing bowls, candles, sage, books and Tarot decks as well. The whole experience is very relaxing.

I just order a few crystal bracelets from here! I've always been a spiritual person but never brought crystals myself, so I am beyond excited.

Large selection of ethically sourced crystals. Items are alittle higher in price but the store has a great energy, everything is high quality and everyone is very knowledgeable

I was in the other day for the first time & had a lovely experience! There is a wide selection of crystals & I loved the little slips telling you what each crystal was meant for.

Employees were very nice as well, I had someone help me look at some of the necklace pendents & I was able to pick out one I really loved (they were wearing a black & white flower mask). Cashiers were very friendly as well & I walked away with my purchase in a positive mood. Will definitely come back in the future!

I LOVE this shop! It is so calming to just walk in the door. The staff are friendly and helpful. The selection is really good. And I very much enjoyed shopping here. My only concern, and it’s a personal issue, is the shelving. I have an inner ear disorder so leaning over to get to the lower and lowest shelves is a challenge for me. Although I still manage to spend a lot:) I won’t be able to visit as often as I’d like since I like to feel and pick the crystals for myself. I highly recommend this store for any crystal lovers.

What a beautiful shop! Unfortunately I didn't have much time to look at everything, since I was on my way to a hair appointment but I definitely plan on visiting again soon. I ended up purchasing a few things while I was there. I bought a rose quartz keychain, a small jade heart stone and 2 gorgeous pendants for a necklace. Can't wait to see what else I can find! Staff was very friendly and helpful answering my questions about the different stones/meanings. Thank you for a great first experience!

These guys are gems. Very professional and amazing photography.we just had our wedding July 22-23.they were phenomenal with the same day edit.originally we thought they were a little pricey.
But I can see why.the whole group went above and beyond.highly recommend for new couples planning to get married.

Absolutely amazing staff and options. Everyone working there was very knowledgeable and all I did was describe what I needed without knowing what item would help but they were on top of it and knew right away what would be for me. I go there often.

Refusing service to people with medial exemptions is illegal! Your "private property" nonsense claim will not stand for long in court. To clarify, by receiving a municipal or provincial license, you agree to comply with governmental laws and regulations. You can't make up your own rules of service, otherwise, businesses would be able to discriminate based on race, sex, age, etc. Online shopping is not a reasonable accommodation for unique goods like stones that you are selling. My legal team is working on the case, so better gather some evidence to justify such harsh violations and illegal activity.

I LOVE this place! I was helped by Sara and she was fantastic! They have a lot of neat and cool stuff at their store. Very highly recommended!

The atmosphere is very off in this establishment. Every time I go I'm asked multiple times if I'm in need of aid, the employees are always consistently surveying me and trying to speak to me when my focus is on something personal, this makes me quite uncomfortable and the tone is often quite condescending throughout my entire experience. I can't feel safe to just hold the stones as long as I'd like too.

Please be cautious with this one; stones are overpriced and information is inaccurate and inconsistent, I've noticed this after consistently visiting other natural stores around the City of Toronto. I don't usually adhere to capitalism unless I'm trying to self preserve. I really don't respect stores like these ones trying to capitalize off of peoples belief in spirituality and selling things from the earth that come for free.

The shocker was finding out my girlfriends "Magnetic Hematite" ring is fake! "Magnetic Hematite" is not even real, why sell these things and market them something they're not? Natural hematite has a very small electric charge. Now imagine individual with a pacer was majorly affected from working with a misleading crystal like that.and ask yourselves. How is it fair for one person to own all of these elements from the earth and then resell them back to us for such an inconvenient price?

How can a store sell products more than the maximum retail price printed on the products? Some products are double ticketed (higher price than printed on the product for Canada). That too not a few cents but quite a few dollars - literally double for some. As per Section 54 of the Competition Act, this double ticketing is a criminal provision.

The store has a variety of products, which is great. But everything has super exaggerated prices as compared to other stores in Toronto. Some of the exact products from the same company can be bought online at a much cheaper price. I do understand that you have rents to pay and in house experience could be different but that doesn't justify the inequity of pricing, unless you are producing the products as a manufacturer and decide its price as per the market standards. I have been to other physical stores and at least they don't have such practices. If not less, they consider the printed prices of the products.
