Dr. Judith McCann was strongly recommended to me by another health care practitioner. I was very chiropractor hesitant, but I am so glad I followed through with the recommendation and went to her! Dr. Judith is very personable and knowledgeable. She listened carefully to my concerns and took my hesitancy very seriously. While adjustments were not recommended for my situation, she found other hands on ways to treat me gently yet effectively, thereby increasing my comfort level and mobility. She explains the reasons behind the exercises she provides, which I find to be very motivating and she also modifies the exercises to accommodate your current capability. I have learned so much from Dr. Judith that I know will help with my long term future body maintenance!

Haptic Health and Chiropractic has been a positive experience for me. After a fall and resulting difficulty with pain, I knew I needed to visit a chiropractor. After checking online, Haptic Health and Chiropractic was close and I was able to book an appointment online for a short time later. When I arrived for my initial visit I wasn't expecting to have to climb stairs to the office, so if you absolutely can't do stairs keep this in mind. For me it became my challenge and a way to measure my improvement. Dr Judith was able to help me get moving again and provided a comprehensive exercise plan for home between visits.

Dr. Judith has helped me with my low back and left hip pain immensely over the last 6 weeks. She is knowledgable and friendly making our sessions really relaxed. She is also motivating me to look after myself better by doing daily stretches and yoga. I look forward to my visit and would highly recommend her.

Dr. Judith has a very therapeutic approach to chiropractic treatment. She does soft tissue work first and then adjustments as required. Professional and a pleasure to speak to during treatment!
