Food took forever to get, and it was just ok. Server was kind, but ignored us most of the night. Will not be back.

I enjoy the food and atmosphere every time we go there. Nice spot on the waterfront. Crab cakes, mussels and coconut shrimp are very good. Highly reccomend.

I took my father there for Father's Day to have the Sunday Brunch.
The tables on the patio with a view of the marina was wonderful.but the service was slow and poor from the time we arrived with online reservations until we asked for the bill. Please note that they were not overly busy.
The Beffett food was cold and poor quality for $23.00 a plate.
I'm really disappointed

EDIT (DEC 2023) : A great group of ladies I get together with had a gathering here. I thought what the heck give them another shot at it.
Sorry to say nothing has changed.
The waitress did not refill coffee or mimosas you had to ask when she came around, and then reminded her because it was forgotten.the pancakes and fresh toast seem to be pre-packaged food (quarter sized pancake bits and French toast sticks) ?
Donut shop donuts on the desert table?
Most of the food was cold and seemed to be pre-packaged, heat and serve.
***I was really taken back when Melon.yes the type that was causing a salmonella outbreak was presented cut up with a different type of melon in chunkes on a wood cutting board?
This was the offered fresh fruit along with orange wages.
Cost: $23 for beffette $5 per mimosa x4 + taxes

Great place to go out for dinner with friends and family or to celebrate a special occasion! The water view is beautiful especially in the warmer months when the patio is open.

I’ve been here twice in the past 5 months. Both times have resulted in very poor and unorganized service. Tables were completely ignored and not even provided water. We’ve sat at the table for 30+ minutes both times and not one server approached the table. Both times were not busy and wait staff stood at the bar. Extremely disappointed.

I'm giving this restaurant 4 stars simply for the location on the waterfront and the very decent customer service our table received. Manager/owner came around to check on customers, which was a nice touch. I had the vegetarian tacos which is one of the very few options available for vegetarians besides the salads. They could really up their game in this department as there is a growing customer base of plant-based eaters. However, good experience over all. I would go back, especially in the warmer months, as the patio is outstanding.

Thank you to the chef for the most amazing 12 ounce medium rare fillet. The place is absolutely amazing how it’s been transformed into a beautiful, welcoming, , bright, and clean establishment.

Worst food we’ve ever had, Sunday buffet, cold & food had no taste, told manager & he didn’t seem to care, told him we wouldn’t return

Been there a few times and thought it was amazing. I brought a few friends there and they were not impressed with there dinner. They both had a few bites of lobster Mac and Cheese and pushed it away. I tasted it also. Had a really strange taste to it. My Fiance had pasta also she barely ate it and for what it cost the portion could have been better

Only been here for the brunch & thanksgiving dinner buffet but never disappointed. The food and bottomless mimosas are always good. Hope they do a Christmas dinner buffet or at least another thanksgiving buffet next year, I arrived at 4 and left full without being hungry again all night. I’m usually hungry again after 3 hours of leaving a restaurant…Service is always good too, definitely recommend:)

The ribs for a full rack at $19.99 and the wings at buy one get one is excellent and they were definitely worth it

Nice place on the East Side of the city on the waterfront. Right next to the WYC so boats can be seen. Both indoors and patio are available as well. Food is great, I had the vegetable tower on a rice pilaf. Also served with a Side salad.

I gather it may be understaffed. Quality of food was fine but. Consistently slow service to the point that they lost my business after giving the place multiple chances.

Went here for the first time and had a great meal. Great staff, food was excellent, and a great atmosphere. Will definitely be back.

On a Sunday after brunch. Service was very slow. I ordered the baked pasta ziti, and what I got was definitely not ziti. Sauce lacked depth or complexity. More like chef-boyarde. Mom got ribs but no towelettes. Messy. They can do better. New menu so some kinks to work out.

My wedding party came to eat here and the service we got from Sarah was so great! She made my party feel important and satisfied, the food was also amazing and they made my wedding experience even better and can't wait to go back and have more life celebrations with this restaurant, this place is awesome!

I would like to thank Harbour House for the wonderful evening in their event room last Thursday. Jenna was in contact with us regularly to help with the planning. Sarah, our server was amazing. She moved nonstop to keep up with 27 people, always with a smile. The food was delicious, hot and served in a very timely manner so each table was eating together. We ordered off the menu so each person had something different making it more complicated. Thank you, Colin.

I received many compliments on the food and the service. Everything ran very smoothly even though we were slightly over our numbers. All of you helped make it a stress free, relaxing event.

This is my second time here. My first time was a great experience in New Year Eve with heated patio. It was wonderful. Yesterday was our second time, we celebrated Thanksgiving and we loved the dinner buffet with the Thanksgiving menu. You guys did great. Everything was delicious and we appreciated the salmon option in the Thanksgiving menu. Thank you for a great service and for giving a wonderful Thanksgiving time to our family. Showed up on a friday around 930-10 and waited by the front desk for about 10 minutes before anyone even looked in my direction.when someone finally come around they told us they were closed.even though there were people inside eating, coming and going.website said they close at 12.the big glowing OPEN sign in the front window said it didnt close until 1.

Don't know what to believe but all i know id they lost my business.had a gift card too.threw it in the garbage

Food was delicious and desserts (turtle cheese cake) was delicious. The only thing was to not salt a dish and let people do myself or not at all. (I have high blood pressure). And put dill sauce on side not on pickerel. Let the food stand for itself. My haddock was so tender it was delicious. Are server was very good. We enjoyed the dinner meal. Thank you

Had such a wonderful time here tonight! The owner made us feel so welcome and our kids had a blast. The live music was great. Would definitely recommend.

Great atmosphere, lovely staff and food was beautifully prepared lives the Chilean seabass - Amir was a great waiter!

This weekend I arranged and celebrated 2 different private Christmas parties at Harbour House. One was a small company Christmas party on Friday night and one was a family Christmas/birthday party on Sunday afternoon.
Both parties were wonderful. The food was very good.
I worked with the manager Jenna to plan both parties and she was very responsive and patient with me as I went through the planning process.
All of the staff was fantastic. AS USUAL! I can never say enough good things about the staff. I am a semi-regular customer.

But a special note and thank you goes out to our lovely server Meaghan. We were fortunate to have her serve both our parties and she was so sweet and helpful. She had a smile the entire weekend and she went above and beyond to make everything perfect and special for us.
I am so grateful for everything she did for us especially helping to make my mother's 85th birthday a special one.

Had an absolutely wonder afternoon with my wife and friends as we celebrated her retirement. The food was top notch. Our hostess Sara M was the best. She made our experience that much better with her service. This will be our go to place for dinner and drinks

The food was excellent on both of my visits. Our server yesterday, Mackenzie, provided outstanding service. She was so attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Great service and atmosphere. Sunday brunch was fantastic. Ate there 4 days ago and I'm still full. Haha I'm just kidding. It was delicious though. And bottomless mimosas! Bottoms up! Haha I'm just kidding.

Had lunch reservations on Saturday. It is my second visit to the restaurant. The atmosphere is great and the food is consistently good. However the service is very slow. It took 20 minutes to get our wine order. One of our friends had to leave early and asked for a bowl of the bisque. She explained to the waiter she had to go and he said he would be right back with the soup. 20 minutes later, no soup, and she told him she had to leave. Not sure if it is a problem with the kitchen or the wait staff. Everyone is struggling to get staff, so i get it and i will be back.

Could not ask for a better first experience at the Harbour house, heard lots of good things and finally went, 11/10. From the great and friendly service, the really nicely done patio, and the food was excellent deffinately the new spot

Beautiful transformation and love the heated patio. Server was nice, however very distracted by an ear piece, not focused on what we were ordering. Possibly short staffed but unfortunately we did not feel serviced appropriately based on what we spent.

LOVE this place. Had Amir tonight. Harbour House has friendly service, very clean. Third time we've been here, previously brought a friend as well and raved to them how good it was. Nice to have something so great in an area that seems to get forgotten in Windsor. The food is a level above most restaurants in the city - definitely worth what you pay. Nice to have great options outside of just pizza and gyros. Truffle fries thoroughly worth it, loads of great quality seafood, plus a really easy choice for bringing friends who are vegetarian. Amir was a GREAT server! The food was delicious and the service was perfect. We celebrated my Mother's 80th birthday and everyone had a great experience. We will definitely be back!

Amir was great, been here two other times and this was the best visit. Had the braised beef rigatoni, was fire. Glad we picked Harbour House to celebrate a special occasion tonight.

Very disappointed with our visit. The service was awful which is really too bad because it is a nice location. Very disorganized at the entrance, 35 minutes until drinks were on the table and excessive waits to see our server over the night. We were surprised that with a fancy place and high end prices that we had to open our own bottle of wine because our server couldn't figure it out. By the time our bill was paid we were there for 2.5 hours to just have dinner. In addition to the poor service, the mussels were cold, cheddar was forgotten on the chili and a spicy dish was made mild. We will not be returning nor will be recommending to others. Save your time and money.

It really has not changed much. The chairs just had slip covers on them, tables rocked and the bathrooms were not done at all.

Not worth the visits I don’t see the harbour house last thing over a year. I think it’ll be done. Poor service many wrong menu items doesn’t add up. It has Mexican Chinese like if it’s a fish Place shouldn’t be fish and steak? No one greet us at the door. Lot staff sitting around for empty restaurant. Had different menu for after hours only 6 items. Don’t waste your time and money

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The new Harbour House was absolutely amazing. Went with our veteran son after the Remembrance day service and they pulled out all the stops. He was treated like hold as we all were. Thanks to James our server who was amazing! He had a lot of rowdy people to take drink and food orders and keep all of us happy. He did over and above expectation. Great job James.
And the manager Scott. Wow you are perfect for your job! I have never had a better experience with restaurants in my life.

My boyfriend and I went to Harbour House for Taco Tuesday and were absolutely blown away. I was slightly weary going in after reading some of the negative reviews and seeing it was less than 4 stars. However, my boyfriend and I were blown out of the water by our experience. We started with the Nacho Tower and it was absolutely incredible. Meat and cheese are layered throughout the entire tower so you are never left with a bunch of empty chips. It was way too much food for us to finish, however, it was so good we almost forgot we had ordered tacos. Thankfully we weren't too full by the time the tacos came out because the tacos were simply mouth watering. I took one bite of my chicken taco and looked at my boyfriend and said, 'oh my goodness this is amazing'. They aren't your typical tacos, but will leave you wanting more. Between the two of us, we tried the beef, chicken and shrimp tacos and none of them disappointed. The food was amazing, but the service was even better. Steph and her partner did an incredible job. Our drinks were always filled but we didn't feel overwhelmed by visits from them. Whenever they came to the table, they started easy and fun conversation that added to the experience. Overall, our visit was incredible and I look forward to going back.

Service was not good. Got the soup asked for salt and pepper, got it when soup was gone got the fish with salad only got salad dressing not sauce that was on the menu. But never seen waitress till our food was gone. Came quick when it was time to pay. Not really attentive while we were eating. Food was good

What a wonderful location to celebrate our 45th. Late afternoon on a Thursday and the kindest waiter, Eric, had time to share our good fortune!
All the yaughts are still sitting in the Harbour, waiting for a sunny departure. Eric made sure our request for grilled calamari came from the kitchen.hot and Well charded, just as we like.

Loved the tacos and seafood pasta linguine. Me and girlfriend will definitely be back! Rocking on the weekends with the live music, can't wait to come back!

I had lunch today with a group of friends. I would like to give a shout out to our server, Dody. When I asked if you had unsweetened iced tea, instead of saying no only presweetened like every other place, she made a pot of strong tea and brought it to me with lots of ice. Seems like a small thing, but it was very much appreciated.

Extremely slow service, restaurant was 90 Percent empty, drinks took much too long to arrive, drinks sat empty for too long before asking if we were interested in more. Ordered an app, mostly broken cold nacho chips, toppings were good though. Over all I have heard since opening plenty of slow less than par service stories. First visit for me re enforced everything I heard. Overall 2 stars, place looks good and has potential but the service is sub par.

Server was very sweet, but service was very slow. Food was not fully cooked and also lukewarm. Got the lobster ravioli. Won't be in a huge rush to go back but the lobster bisque was quiet delicious. Probably all I would get if I did go back.

Sorry, wasn't impressed. We had an overdone, overpriced burger and lukewarm pasta. The wall beside our table was stained with a spilled drink or food. The 2 stars here are for our server who was lovely. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great food and atmosphere. Service was excellent and I found that everything was priced perfectly.
Will definitely return many more times. Good restaurants in Windsor are very few and far between with ho-hum food and menus. This was a very pleasant surprise!
