Awesome medical centre. Dr Sana Sikander is the best family Doctor I have had in Canada. Very attentive and thorough. I guarantee you will not be disappointed with any services provided at Harbourfront Appletree.

Worst experience with
Reception and doctors, they usually forgot to call if you have got on-call appointment. How about charging doctors as well like patients for forgetting their appointment.
I actually have to remind them couple of times, that we have an appointment.

Google says walk in clinic. Huge Sign outside says walk in clinic. Called as instructed on website. No answer. Walked in. 0 patients waiting. Only people were receptionist and myself. Was told they are 100% not a walk in. Appointments only. Also was told they have availability the same day.but only if my family doc worked there.so.free time.but not seeing patients.

Not sure about the level of care from docs, but their admin/hours/organisation and marketing are extremely misleading.

Definitely the worst walk in in Toronto. I’ve moved a year and a half ago and have been trying to call the reception for the past year and a half to have my records moved to my new family doctor. No one answers the phone and when you walk in, you’ll hear the phone ringing with no one bothered to pick it up.

Dr sana and all of her staff is amazing
Even the receptonists
They are very calm in dealing with rush and still responds to all the queries
Dr sana took really good care of my issue for the placement for which i was late
And she fixed it
I wish i did all my tests and vaccinations for my placements from this appletree medical

Discourteous and rude staff. They’re hellbent on making life complicated. Disgusting service and behaviour.

My family doctor sits in this office and you just can’t get a hold of anyone at the clinic for an appointment. There phone is always on ‘Not taking any calls at the moment’ and if you are lucky enough to pass that and have a call they would never pick up. I couldn’t give a zero star here else I would have.

Great doctors and absolutely terrible customer service at the reception desk. Insane wait times on the phone. They booked me for a phone appointment when I specifically asked for only in person appointments since my problem has to be reviewed in person. Ended up wasting my time.

I just left Dr Kroger‘s office very happy. He was very efficient with his time and vet very informative with my injury. He had no problem writing down his suggestions when I asked. His front staff were also very courteous and professional in registering me quickly despite me not having my card and the time. Keep up the good work guys!

No respect to patience. No matter if you have appointment or not wait is more than hour. Very poor service

Went here for some blood work and Angelica was great. Made it effortless and everything was on time. Will go again.

What do I say about this place! Should I call it a temple? Dr. Kriger detected something wrong with my wife’s heart just by placing stethoscope on her and suggested her to get an ECG done only upon which we got to know that she has a huge hole in her heart.
We got diagnosed at the right time and got the surgery done.
This went unrecognized for 30 years!

I can’t thank Dr. Kriger enough for what he has done to us.
Needless to say, staff are very courteous.

Very difficult/close to impossible to book an appointment!
