Got the wrong food
Wasn't great. Not very good value. The people are friendly and nice. Ambiance pretty good, with the exception of too many screaming children, which cannot be the venue's fault, but takes its toll.
Ft or the record, I'll have the Salmon, is not I'll have the same.

The food was ok. We had the chicken sandwich and it was decent. I substituted fries with ceasar salad for some extra $$ but the salad tasted so stale. The chips with fish were not good as well. The service was slow considering the restaurant was not too busy. The menu prices are inflated considering the quality of the food so basically you are only paying for the location (just next to the Falls that you don’t see from the restaurant anyway).

We're turned away at 9: 15 "we don't want to seat anymore people" there were 5 tables.

Great! Hope you can eat 3 days worth of Nachos as left overs. The portion sizes are huge. Menu is quite basic. Could step it up with some variety.

Waited 15 minutes and never even had a server come by to ask for drinks. Asked for our server and they said they'd be right over. Waited another 10 minutes and nobody came by. Ended up being in the restaurant for about a half hour and never talked to our server.

Went to the Canada side at 3: 50. Waited at least 25 minutes and still the lady wouldn’t take our drink order and kept saying she’d come back but never did so our party of 5 left to go to the American side

The food was very tasty.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning was much too cold and the service was also rather sluggish.
Unfortunately, it was also quite expensive overall.

We use to make it tradition to visit hardrock cafes when we were on holiday. This was our second time here the last being 2016, the place has gone down hill, the food was super expensive for what you get, my husband ordered fish and chips and the chips were cold! We had 2 beers, a chicken ceasar salad and fish and chips and it came to over $100 with tip and that was even with a 20% discount after complaining! Save your money and go somewhere else!

It was nothing special, for me, considering all the hype. Food was ok. Fries were very good!

Expensive for the quality. Spent around $200 plus tip on a family of four-we got one dinner two sandwiches and kids tender and fries. Husband had three beers I just got water. There are better restaurants in the area at the same price point. Atmosphere was okay.

In all honesty, it wasn't one of the best Hard Rock Cafes experiences I've had (probably
the worst). I was slightly disappointed. With that said, the restaurant was under renovation during the time I went, early 2020, so wasn't the full experience, I'm sure. The hamburger was average, though,
compared to most of the American restaurants I've eaten at before.

My husband and I just left the restaurant. We shared the jumbo platter and it was the worst food we have ever eaten. The food tasted like it was fried in old oil, the onion rings were burnt and the wings were not mild like we asked they were hot. The pop was watered down and not cold. Just horrible.

This is your basic tourist trap restaurant. The food is ok tastinf but not for what your paying, I would avoid if you can. Many more restaurants on top of the hill which will offer a lot for your buck. The atmosphere is nice. Since when it has opened in 1996, they have done many renovations. All the items on the wall are replicas. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Overall service is good but wouldn't return to a cookie cutter restaurant.

First time at a Hard Rock Cafe, and well, I ordered a $26 burger and fries which is way too expensive. The fries are thick though, and the burger had cheddar cheese, bacon, and a very thick patty. Burger was good, fries were normal. Wait time was a bit lengthy (15 minutes for the burgers to arrive), especially since there were only like 3 tables occupied when I arrived. There were TVs playing music videos like MTV used to do, except that few of the songs played are actually hard rock, or even rock. They even played Tupac - what a disgrace to a restaurant named "Hard Rock Cafe". The restaurant is indeed well decorated with various rock items such as basses and guitars and band photos. The waitress was super nice as well. As for the rock store, everything is overpriced as well, but there was a discount section where it was 50% off listed price, but the stuff there isn't really appealing to me.

Went for a family lunch.the food was awful. Discussing, dry steak was replaced with indeed "hard rock" chicken wings that I broke my dental crown on after a first bite.

Paid 46$ for two burgers and fries, very few fries on the plate so we asked for some more, was charged 8$ for a side order. Food was good, service average, covid rules followed well. Would change rating if problem was rectified.
