Second time coming to this place, great experience every time. Store has great selection and great prices compare to any other stores. AJ has been a pleasure to deal with every time. Would recommend Hardwood Giant to all family and friends.

Very poor workmanship. Boards were not installed flush to entry doors leaving uneven and unsightly large gaps. My staircase was not covered/protected leading to damage. Fireplace surround was damaged from their pry bar. Dozens of unfilled nail holes along board perimeters. Boards with manufacturer defects were installed (no QA by installers). Doorway transitions too high (door cannot close, needs to be planed). T-mold and transitions were left unstained.

AGGRESSIVE CONDUCT
At the "end" of the job the installers tried to bully me into signing the completion of work and release waiver. I declined as the job was not completed and damages required repair. They started yelling at me saying they won't be paid and threatened to damage my home.

NO ACCOUNTABILITY
Multiple calls and emails to the store manager were useless. Azhar (Burlington store) completely deflected to the sub-contracted installers. No follow up with me. I ended up having to finish the job and repair all damages myself.

I found a J to be very helpful and patient. It was a long process and he continued persevering with me. The product we ended up with is excellent delivery was on time as AJ said, I will do business with AJ again for sure I will refer people to him, thank you AJ

After a rough start, order late and no response to my inquiries AJ stepped in. He personally came and measured on his own time and floors were beautifully installed within a week. His service was stellar. Can't thank him enough.

Working with AJ was great. Competitive pricing on hardwood flooring, everything was on time, and the installation was done carefully. There were a few tricky cuts to be made and they are tight and clean. So cannot complain about that.

Buying my flooring supplies from Ajay has been amazing, his customer service, help, and patience has been overwhelming and the sole reason we've been able to complete the flooring in our whole house so quickly. Recently I have purchased almost 700 feet of Hardwood flooring. During the whole process, Moe gave me 5 star service in the selection, delivery process. Employees like Moe are wonderful advertisement of a successful business.

I'm extremely satisfied by the professionalism of Mr. AJ, he guided me through the process of buying my floors and he went beyond expectations, I was able to reach him at anytime even off work hours and he was always very friendly, knowledgeable and polite, wonderful man, it's very unusual to find someone that does their job with so much love, passion and honesty, thanks Mr. AJ for helping me and advised me all the way, my floors look amazing!

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this gem especially having seen the prices at the store across the street! Moe was extremely attentive and offered options within my criteria. He made suggestions I questioned at first but he turned out to be right! After understanding my vision he helped me select the perfect flooring for my project. He definitely knows the product. No pressure for sales, just an easy, comfortable discussion that eventually led to two sales! He is very relatable. Moe at the store was a great help in matching a sample piece that was over 25 years old. The product arrive on they day they had promised and the match was perfect. At the end we had an unopened box left over which he took back with our hassle. Job well done.

Worst flooring store ever. Sold me 5mm vinyl after being told it was 7mm. I had to go to Brampton to pick it up and found it was 5mm. They would not refund my money. When I needed more to finish the job was told the price went up. And they don’t have any more of the same product. Sample color was no where near the box. Use caution with this sales staff.

I purchased vinyl flooring for my basement at the Burlington location. Musaib was a huge help on my project. Provided me with knowledgeable advice. Should have went to him first, would have saved me time looking around for comparisons. There was slight oversight on measurement of the nosing, but the main warehouse was quick to correct and provide the required amount. Did my research, due diligence and I hired my own contractor to do the install. Amazing Customer service, Great prices, Great selection.

I was very happy with the vinyl flooring we bought and the price was great. They also honoured their return policy which was great. AJ and Anju were both very helpful.

So how does it feel scamming people out of their money because that means extra cash in your own pockets? Worst customer service and apparently lots of complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Don’t give these guys your business—there are more honest and deserving local businesses out there.

We found thier sale offer attractive and visited the shop. AJ at the shop help us selecting the right wood for us and also help us with delivery at the right time when we needed and also arranged extra wood on urgent basis when needed. Rude people, they can’t be selling any products.they even don’t continue the call.almost hang off the phone.
Very bad experience.and for the record we as a general contractor tried them twice.never gonna do it again. I strongly advise not to deal with these people.

This company has zero customer service and the lack of professionalism is hideous. The customer service deteriorates as soon as they have collect your money. Once the sale has been finalized, the sales agent will not return phone calls, etc. The sales agent I dealt with is Anjum. His lack of professionalism is sickening. He had the audacity to call me a liar down the phone and he refused to let me speak. On multiple occasions, I had to ask him to allow me to finish my sentence and not to interrupt me. The conversation ended with him (the so called sales agent) purposely hanging up the phone call on me (the shopper). I highly recommend you shop elsewhere and avoid this company at all costs. I also suggest everyone to check out the BBB website. This is something I regret not doing prior to shopping with this company.

We were looking for a great quality floor without breaking the bank and our budget.
We found this place and got a great deal, awesome colour and amazing quality floor.
All boxes were excellent condition. And we had a few boxes left over, they gave us a refund on the unopened boxes as they said they would.
Anjum was helpful and we saved a tone of money with choosing Hardwood Giant Burlington.
We can’t wait to come back when we do another Reno.

ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I just had the worst experience with this vendor. I brought in a sample of current wood flooring I needed to match in colour and size. We went through the store and I specifically rejected the wood that was the wrong size. The salesperson eventually showed me wood that matched the colour and size I was looking for. I said I would take 16 boxes of that. He then went to the computer and entered the order; telling me that this was the last set and he would give me a deal if I took the 18. Turns out he just gave me the original quoted price. Then as I was leaving, he said he actually had 19 and tried to get me to take that. I told him I was already taking two more than I needed, and I didn't want to pay anymore. He said no worries, I can have it for free. They ended up charging me for it. Got the wood home and found out that it was the wrong size (4.24" versus 3.25"). The sales person said he told me that he didn't have the 3.25" and that I was okay with that. That was an absolute lie.
Sale was final, so now I am stuck with 19 boxes of hardwood. Do not ever buy from these people. Extremely dishonest.

Great hardwood flooring and prices. When I went in I wasn't sure of the place, but it was busy so that was a good sign. Anjum approached us and was very knowledgeable and helpful. Customer service was excellent. All phone calls and emails were returned in a timely manner. He went out of his way to get that extra piece of transition we forgot to order and it arrived within a week. Would definitely recommend Hardwood Giant. And they have a huge selection.
