Hardwood, Vinyl, Laminate Flooring - Hardwood Giant

WARNING, stay away from the Mississauga location! I recently had the stairs and upper level done and spent over $15,000. I sent these pictures to the store manager Ali Alishan and said that I was not happy with the unfinished work, and he said too bad and that I needed to call someone else to finish the job. Take a look at the photos for yourself and decide if this is location for you.

Their website says they open at 9.30 am. I arrived with my contractor at 9.25 am. It is now 9.50 am the store is not opened yet. Usually, retail shops open at least 5 minutes before time to serve customers.

Wouldn't buy from here again!
Although their Prices are competitive, but the quality of their vinyl is bad. Each box is different quality than the other.some lock together well, some keep coming out. My contractor had to hammer it soo much to keep in place for now!
Also, the sales rep told me I can come pickup my order on the weekend. So I hired my contractor and paid him for the weekend, then after removing the flooring I called them to say I'm on the way - another guy answered and said warehouse is closed on weekends! My contractor can only work on weekends as he love far!
He was also very rude on the phone, didn't even apologize and said that it's my fault I postponed picking it up till last minute!
I'm like, Hello! Your sales person told me I can pick up on the weekend.maybe take responsibility and apologize at least? !
This was for my rental condo, so I had to postpone everything for a week and loose potential rent for that week!

It would be the first and last time ordering from them. Very unprofessional and employees don't know anything. Each person says something different.
One of the male employees is super rude and doesn't have customer service. We ordered vinyl from them and when we were in the showroom we asked them if we can call the day before to pick it up the next day they said yes. On Friday we called them again to make sure that we can pick the vinyl by Sunday they said yes sure. We called them on Saturday to tell them what time to pick it up and they said their warehouse is closed.
We have our contractor booked for the weekend to work on the floor. Now not only we are delaying our renovation process by a week, on top of that we have to pay our contractor because of his time.

They added a $250 "Miscellaneous fee" because they needed to "change a machine part" for my Hardwood floor. They did this only after I needed to order an additional 5 boxes (after buying 40 boxes). Everyone I've asked about this has said this is a scam fee and a scumbag move. Do not recommend.

I purchased my flooring from Hardwood Giant in Mississauga. The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to purchase their flooring there.

We bought hardwood from this place, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, Babar and Sam helped us pick out a wood that perfect for our house, and they gladly accepted the extra wood and refunded the cost of said wood.

I had an amazing experience dealing with these guys, they totally know their inventory and quality of product.as a parent they had a variety of selection of beautiful engineered laminate. I highly recommend everyone check out their laminate flooring.easy to install, did it myself.the best part was, they were so accommodating with providing proper details and allowed us to return the 10% over stock we initially purchased.excellent customer service and I'll coming back for more. I purchased vinyl plank from hardwood giant 3 years ago and had it professionally installed. Not only are many of the planks coming up, but several of them have also split and broken. I've been back to the store several times and finally spoke with the store manager Babar. After some back and forth he agreed to see what he could do and get back to me. It's been over a month and he is dodging both my calls and emails. I even contacted customer care-they promise to get back to you in 2 business days-and it's been weeks. My flooring is supposed to come with a 15 year commercial and lifetime residential warranty. This company is terrible! I am out more than a couple thousand dollars between flooring and installation and it all needs to be replaced. Horrible customer service!

I highly recommend this store especially the store manager Babar for his great customer service. I purchased the same flooring and by just calling him Babar prepared the price estimate with discount and in just a matter of few minutes Babar sent me the the estimate receipt via message. And the following day i just visit the store and paid the bill, it was so easy as 1,2,3. Babar set the expectation of delivery in just a matter of 2 days. Thanks Babar, you always demonstrate excellent service to your customers. Keep it up!

We had our wood floor installed last week. We are happy with our new floor by now. Sam and Barb are friendly, and can tell their proper suggestions. The installers are very professional and worked so hard. We appreciated their good service. We had some issues, but they deal it well and settled immediately. You can feel this is a good company with good management. They can be trusted, and deserved with good business.

We purchased Hard wood flooring. Sam helped us to finalise our order. Not only is Sam respectful, he is extremely knowleagable and very polite. He gave us good useful advise on installation techniques also. Babar was also very nice and helpful. We will definately recommend your store to our friends and family.

Recently bought laminate floors with Hardwood Giant & had an incredibly smooth experience with them. I’m a single woman & didn’t feel like I was going to be ripped off. There were no pushy sales. And I was helped from the moment I needed it. Babar was helping me & figur our which floor is most suitable & the first choice was the beat! I am SO HAPPY with the quality of the floor he chose & the colour & durability. It looks so beautiful in my home. I bought to much flooring & they even allowed me to return the over stock. We went to different hardwood places but this is by far the cheapest and the most variety of hardwood. Babar was very friendly and gave us the fair advise. He looks at the best interest of his clients.
