Was referred to her when my son was in london with kidney/bladder issues. We ended up being readmitted an unable to make the initial appointment. Tired calling multiple times (and multiple days before) to notify them that we wouldn't be able to make the appointment but no answer and you aren't allowed to leave a message. They finally answered the phone day after and refused to rebook the appointment even though i explained that we missed due to him being in hospital and that i had called to try to cancel days prior but all the receptionist would say is "they dont rebook missed appointments". Thank god our family doctor is helping to make sure my son has what he needs.

She is good doctore, but her stuff are very rude. Her assistant is the one of the rude person that I ´ve seen in the nice city. She dose not care anyone.

She is a knowledgeable doctor and does a good job. The only issue is they make you call to check in upon arrival and not everyone owns a cell phone. They should have a better system in place to accommodate people without cell phones since pay phones are virtually non-existent. My kids mom wasn’t allowed in for over 20 minutes until I came back and she told me we had to check in.

We have been taking our family here for years. Dr Bhandal is fantastic and very friendly. We always look forward to our visits. Very knowledgeable and she takes the time to explain things to us. Couldn't be happier.

She was fine at first. But every appointment made, there was some kind of shot waitting for my child when we got there. After asking what's in these shots, she refused to enlighten us and preceded to tell us to look online to see what's in them. So if you'd like your child to have 625252 shots before there 3, and your fine with not knowing whats in them, then this is the place for you.
