Walked into the store and was looking at many items, obviously trying different chains while the 2 girls stood at the counter. I was looking for a rose gold chain I walked up and asked if they had a chain also in rose gold and all I got was a “no”. So after having to ask questions I was told there was one chain. Fine. I went to the counter to buy my items and heard a lady come in to say she was missing an item in her pouch and the one girl picked up a piece of paper like I guess she was looking for it but offered to solution. The lady said she bought it all to be a set so had to repurchase the item. The processed my purchase fast just wanted my money it seemed. I was almost given the wrong chain so glad I questioned it. So I got home and finally went to try my earrings on and there was no backs for my earrings! What earrings come with no backs! Maybe to them my purchase of over $120 wasn’t enough but if I were the owners I would make sure I had more helpful staff it goes a very long way! I will not be back to this location, I will drive to Guelph from Kitchener where I have had a much better experience.

Popped in to Harmony while in Uptown Waterloo on a Saturday evening. Rude employee hollers "we're closing in 5 minutes. " My daughter picked out a sweatshirt she liked and we proceded to pay. Same employee says, "you're too late, we're closed.it's 9: 00. " It was just before 9 and she had spent the whole time we were in the store socializing with her friends. I thought she was kidding. Terrible customer service and very rude.
