I brought in my wife's earings to have a small repair done. They were cleaned and ready the next day, and the repair was done perfectly!

Had an 35 year old ring fixed and resized. They did an absolutely outstanding job! Repairs were done quickly and the price was fair. Highly recommend for repairs. Staff was very friendly. Very happy with the results

This is not my first experience shopping at this great little gem of a jewelry shop.staff is always friendly and very helpful, with no pressure to ever purchase anything.

I went into Harmony Jewellers today to have my silver chain repaired and then decided to purchase a new chain. Very pleasant staff and excellent customer service. I love shopping in downtown Grimsby and Harmony Jewellers is a beautiful store ️

My son bought an engagement ring from the Grimsby location and after a month the diamond fell out and the said that it was there fault and he ended up paying for it to be repaired. He paid over 5 thousand dollars for this ring. And now a year later there is another little diamond that has come out of the ring. My son thought he would support a local business instead of chain company. Well that didn’t work out well for him. So l would not recommend this company at all. They just pretend that they are their for you but they are not. I highly do not recommend this company.

I was recommended Harmony from a family member to have my two rings resized (they were not purchased from Harmony). I wish I could say I had an amazing experience but unfortunately it was quite the opposite.

I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service and quality of the rings after being resized.

When I was chatting with the service and repair desk about having my rings resized, it felt as if I was being scolded that I didn't buy the rings from Harmony Jewellers (the ring was bought out of province and we didn't want to send it through the mail again to be resized).

I realize I look young and don't have a lot of experience with jewellery but I felt belittled because I didn't know how to properly check my ring size and I kept asking questions about the process of the sizing because these rings are near and dear to me and I wanted to be sure they were in good hands. The service desk worker sounded annoyed that I had questions and made me quite upset to the point I felt like I was a nuisance and wasn't really welcome. I knew I should have left immediately and taken my rings elsewhere but I decided to stay.

When it comes down the quality of the rings after being resized, one of them is in good condition but my engagement ring has a very visible mark on the inside, I'm assuming where they cut the ring to resize it. It also has marks and a large scratch located under the stones. I realize it is not visible but this is not the condition I gave them the ring in. There is also a small mark on one of the claws holding in a smaller stone. I was told these are "polishing marks" but these are very visible marks and scratches that I'm not happy with seeing on my brand new ring, I also wasn't told that this could happen when having rings resized.

I unfortunately cannot recommend Harmony Jewellers for jewellery repair as my experience was quite disappointing.

I hope that any non-white people that decide to pop in are made aware that this isn't a safe place for them. And as for this shop, I hope you understand that having staff that create that unsafe space, creates a reputation that is communicated to friends, family, co-workers, it won't just stay between the two parties. By keeping an employee who treats non-white people with a lack of respect and dignity, you are showing support for their actions.

I recently dealt with this great business to trade in some jewellery and a Rolex that my late Mom left me for a used Tag. Both Chris and Adam were fantastic to deal with throughout the whole experience. They provided me with a very fair price for my trade-ins and had some great high end used watches for me to look through. Even though their store is about a 45 min ride from me I will definitely be sticking with these guys for any future watch and jewellery needs.

Harmony is a great place to buy great watches. I have purchased from Harmony for a number of years, mainly watches but also rings, necklaces and earings.

I just purchased a Rolex Explorer II Polar watch today. They are super professional, very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommended them. They also sell Estate watches and jewelry, which I've purchased a few lightly used watches over the years.

I've been to two of their locations, Grimsby and the Burlington store. Both are worth a visit!

It is always a pleasure going to Harmony Jewellery. Because my skin sometimes reacts to white gold. I had Harmony Jewellers replace the gold posts, plate, and backings on my new earrings with platinum. My earrings came back to me looking and feeling solid and well constructed. You can feel the quality workmanship!
The staff is always friendly and helpful. ️
