I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my pet's care to Dr. Pathman in Harmoney Road Animal Hospital. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. He demonstrated an exceptional level of expertise and genuine concern for my pet's well-being. Their thorough examination and clear explanations put my mind at ease.

Not only did they diagnose and treat my pet with precision, but they also took the time to educate me on preventive care and answered all my questions patiently. Their passion for animals and dedication to providing the best possible care were evident in every interaction. The follow-up calls to check on my pet's progress truly showed their commitment to their patients' health and happiness.

***DO NOT GO HERE. THIS GUY IS A PSYCHO*** my dog died here recently. I couldnt bare to watch her die so i left the room, And he violently grabbed my arm, used force to drag me into the room to watch my dog die when I said I didn't want to. Then I brought my puppy here to get vaxxed. I asked if I could be in the room while they do it and he yelled at me in anger telling me it will waste everyone's time. I said it's normal to be in there for the vaxx. He snapped at me again and said fine. 1 minute later the vet tech was in there and completed the shot.
Then I asked to use the washroom. He accused me of not flushing (it was just pee and Im absolutely certain i did flush) and he lost it on me. Completely snapped in my face again. But I still remained calm and cool the whole time. I asked for my chart to take my dog elsewhere (because this guy has SERIOUS demons man) and HE SNAPPED ON ME AGAIN.
DO NOT GO HERE. THIS GUY IS A PSYCHO.
I'd give this a negative star rating if I could.

Dr. Pathman and Dr. T and the team at Harmony Road Animal Hospital have consistently provided excellent care for our dog. The clinic is exceptionally clean and welcoming. The Doctors and staff are kind, informative, understanding, patient and always have our dogs best interest at heart. They answer all our questions and provide all options available as well as alternatives with no judgement. I would highly recommend this clinic.

My Oriel was spayed last week. She also needed a hernia repaired. They were amazing to deal with, considering I was not as I was so stressed and worried, as she is so small other vets would not do it. I was assured the doctor would do it for me, as he is experienced in small animals. Their care before and after has impressed me. I give 6 out of 5. Also, I love the onesie better than the old collars, I had never seen these before.

Dr. Pathman and Staff have been wonderful. I am happy with the care our dog Lui has received since going here. Lui recently went in for blood work and the Dr. Pathman and his assistant were amazing! They had patience and understanding to all of our questions. They allowed us in the room and Dr. Pathman even gave Lui a kiss on the head while holding him as the blood was being drawn. I’ve had great experiences here so far! Staff always answer all of my questions as well.

We have been bringing our dog here or several years. At first our dog was doing well with the main vet but then during Covid, we were unable to go into the clinic for our dogs. Examination. We were told he had a grade 2 murmur. In December, we took him and there was another vet, who told us that our dog had a great three murmur and needed dental extractions. They quoted us thousands of dollars worth of work that needed to be done and instilled such fear in us that our dog was dying. When we went back in February after our dog had a fall we were told his murmur with a grade 2/6 to grade 3 and that he needed cardiac work up plus he needed dental extractions. We asked for a statement to be provided to our insurance with a preauthorization, and they told our insurance company that we refused blood work which is not true because why would we ask for a statement to get a preapproval for bloodwork if we rejected bloodwork? It made no sense. Something felt very off so we decided to get another opinion at our dogs old vet, which is quite far from us, but we loved this vet.
She checked our dog over for over 1 1/2 hours and did a thorough examination plus a blood work and said there was nothing wrong with our dog. He has no murmur at all. We still said we were going to do the bloodwork just to make sure. The vet even suggested that we did not have to do it because she could not hear anything but for our peace of mind she would send it in. The bloodwork came back perfectly fine. That was at Claremont vet.
I will NEVER EVER GO BACK TO HARMONY ANIMAL HOSPITAL, they are MONTY HUNGRY AND we’re willing to put my dog through multiple surgeries and unnecessary treatment for their own personal gain. Please please keep away from here.

Very good doctor. Great staff. Really reasonably priced. I am very happy that we bring our pups there and would definitely recommend.

They took a good care of my three cats over two years that I lived in the area.

Prices are affordable and the personnel is polite and knowledgeable.

Vet techs are all great the doctor handles all my dogs amazingly don't trust anyone more

I took my healthy 7 month old kitten to be spayed and a week later she passed away due to a respiratory infection.
The vets said the 2 were not related but I find that hard to believe and will not be recommending this vet to anyone. Proceed with caution if this is your vet.

They have become my goto place for medical attention for my pups.terrific service and so gentle with my dogs!

I love this clinic. The doctors and the staff care about their clients and it shows. They've always gotten my pets in when they've needed care, and the prices are very reasonable. Great Covid precautions as well. Highly recommend!

Do not go here. I transferred here from another vet because it was closer to my home. After my first visit with my puppy I got the feeling that all they were doing was trying to upsell me. Also, I was not even allowed past the front entrance. I realize that is due to COVID but at my other vet I was allowed in with my puppy. The front staff weren’t very friendly at all. The vet came out and spoke with me briefly but was not overly friendly. When I tried to get my puppies records transferred back to my original vet they were very resistant. They even went so far as to badger them with questions as to why I was transferring back and told them I needed to call to give permission. When I called they replied they will send records “WHEN THEY CAN” It took them about two weeks! I was also told that I am not the first client to experience this issue. All I can say is I am glad I did not bring my puppy back there!

New to the area I am looking for a vet to pick up food for my cats to avoid an hour commute to my old vet.
First time I called here there was no answer. Next time I called I ordered the food to be picked up. I went in a couple days later. I was told to wait outside because they were waiting for someone to bring in thier cat. I patiently waited not realizing the person they were waiting on was the person in the parking lot beside me who was there well before I got there. Shortly after I was told to come in since the person was unable to get thier cat out of their car.
I went in and paid and rushed out to go help the guy with his cat. He had been there for a while with his 3 kids and wife trying to get his scared cat out from under the car seat. I offered help and got the cat out easily but the poor cat was terrified. Why did the staff not even bother to help this person at the very least to save the poor cat all that stress?
I wasn't impressed with the lack of care and empathy I had seen just in one visit to pick up food for my cats!
I went home and realized the supplements I purchased were TWICE the price $83 than what I pay at my regular vet. When I called to find out if there was a mistake the girl said well every vet has their own pricing! WOW! AND she said it was massive attitude!
I will never go here again. Over priced and they don't care about the people or most importantly about the animals they treat!

I chose Harmony Road vet as my new vet 8 months ago. From very first visit they are so amazing with my pets. My senior dog is quite nervous to meet new people. Dr Pathman and staff always take their time and handle my old boy with extreme care.
After few visit he goes in with no issues. I never saw my boy attached to a vet like this in his whole life.

The staff is very friendly, and professional! Unfortunately our pet had to be euthanatized, and our dog was suffering from car anxiety Dr. Pathman offered to come to our home, we were so very greatful as it gave us and our pet some great comforth. A well deserve five star!

We have been coming here since it opened and the caring dr.is a large part of that. He gets ON THE FLOOR to see the dogs and to greet them. We have a rescue who is afraid to be alone and they are so good with her. They even let me stay during exams with COVID. We have brought our cats too and they are very good with OVER communicating how your animals are when they have to stay overnight (spaying etc). They follow up on all items they say they will. Highly recommend.

Harmony Road Animal Hospital has been great to deal with our little kitten. As new fur parents it was nerve racking bringing him in for surgery but he was very well taken care of. They have a great vet and tech here:)

Can't complain at all about the care my pups receive there. Dr. P takes the time to explain in as much detail as he possibly can the circumstance around any abnormalities that may have popped up during a visit. He take the time and care in all his visits to ensure you leave with the information you really need

I’ve been bringing my little jack-a-poo here for about 2 years and I know that he’s the best care possible. Both doctors are knowledgeable, informative and extremely attentive. Not to mention, such sweet staff too!

Great vet! I first came to him when my dog was sick after being unsatisfied with my previous vet. The Dr.did not try and charge me an arm and a leg for my sick animal (as most vets do), and his approach to treating her worked, without wanting to run lots of costly tests. Very ethical and wonderful Vet, I take both my dogs there now.

Wonderful place. Makes you feel like family. Reasonably priced. Robin (our golden) is always well taken care of. We appreciate them so much.
