I bought a used Kubota KX080 from these good people over phone and internet sight unseen. After sending me lots of photos and talking a bit, I wired them the money, they arranged trucking and I had the machine in Nova Scotia within three days. It came exactly as advertised and so far I'm very pleased. If anyone else is on the fence about doing this, hopefully this review will ease your mind.

Lovely people, but avoid if you don't want to be shocked when the bill finally arrives with no communication on what is wrong even if you wanted to proceed with potential fixes. If you like a correct diagnosis the first or second time then be cautious. Hey, maybe that was my bad luck. We wasted money on two occasions and now have an unsellable tractor. The first time they came out for the fix, my tractor started smoking and could not move up a hill, so I called them back. The second time my tractor started smoking and again could not make it up a hill. We spent 1g on fixes including brand new parts that didn't fix the underlying problem. In the end, we would have never wasted our money on if told the correct problem first place. However they said they gave us a generous discount on all of the labour. It's amazing that people can operate a business this way. If a real business screws up, they fix their problem or say sorry we didn't get to the bottom of the underlying issue and they don't charge you for the extra work. They had no motivation to buy our tractor, which I can understand due to the underlying issue. Plus, our trade value for buying a new tractor was the amount we spent on the tractor in repairs (plus that included a snow blower and mower deck). Seems fair eh

I own a landscape and lawn care company here in town and absolutely swear by these guys. From Shawn Gardiner in sales to Collin and the service team top knotch service and Kubota machines are top of the line. Highly recommended for business or personal.

My first and very likely last purchase from Kubota, Hartington's Perth location sold me a used TLB in the spring that turned out to be a complete lemon. The sales person flat out lied to me and told me the unit had never been used as a rental, a couple weeks after taking it home I found a rental company asset tag under the hood. They tell me now that he apparently doesnt work there anymore, but I'm still stuck with this machine. Have had nothing but problems with the machine, almost 5000$ in repairs in the last 6 months.spending more on repairs than I do on my monthly payments! Now I'm locked in to a 6 year loan on a beat up machine, what a total disappointment. Owner doesn't return calls. Will be writing a letter to Kubota Canada HQ.
