Walk in time was awful for our child today! Being told the wait time is 1 hour & then having my wife & child sitting there for 2 hours is ridiculous!

Is it possible to give 0 stars? DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC. They are unprofessional, rude and are not trained to be in the positions they are from the receptionist to the doctor. I have even placed a formal complaint. It’s so sad to see how difficult it has become to find good health care.

Do they not answer the phone? I’ve been calling for over 30 minutes and it just keeps ringing. How is anyone supposed to book an appointment?

Receptionist staff miss aman is so quiet and deal patients very nicely and sincerily. Moreover from last 3 months i had suffered from many health issues but now she suggest us about a. Dr.jiwan he has a good experience and he nicely listen to patients problems without timing limitations.we r very satisfied thanks Dr.jiwan

Walked in to check if I had strep. Receptionist said there was no doctor and I could make an appointment a week away. So it’s not actually a walk-in? What is the point of a walk-in if you have to make appointments, and not even same day appointments at that.

Dr. Abdulmajeed is very kind and compassionate doctor. His staff is also very welcoming especially Amandeep. I never had to wait long to see the doctor. I would surely recommend Dr. Abdulmajeed for your any medical needs.

Dr abdulmajeed has been a very kind and compassionate doctor for me. His team (Hi Amandeep!) have also been very helpful and understanding and have been there during a hard time for me. I appreciate this place. I also like the pharmacy people.

Great clinic. Dr. Mohammed is amazing ever since he has become our family doctor. Very patient, caring and understanding. Allows us to ask questions without limits. The staff is also very warm and always makes time for us even in case of urgent appointments. Special shout-out to Aman!

Dr's office and pharmacy is amazing. He is to the point, cares and makes you feel heard and confident with what he thinks. He seemed very knowledgeable for what i have. Good when your having chest pains or anxiety attack too from whatever is going on. I was able to talk honestly with him about concerns and he treated me great &listened to them to find solution long term. Didn't feel like burden which is most time why I avoid Dr's before.lol

I went in today and they said they couldn’t see me until one week from today… last I checked walk in clinics are supposed to take walk ins. I had to drive to a different urgent care on a broken foot (all I wanted was a requisition for an X-ray). Not happy.

I had a great experience with the staff at this clinic/pharmacy. I am new to the city and needed a new family doctor and pharmacy. They made the transition very easy and smooth.

I am so pleased with the service I received. The staff is kind, patient and knowledgeable. The pharmacy is very organized and clean and follow all necessary protocols.
