Been great! Make sure not to choose salt & pepper on burger. Someone new put too much but they redid my order.

This is to bring to your notice, that I have come to your younge street branch and let me tell you that the staff is very disrespectful and the Asian cashier has past racist comments and was extremely rude,
We don't come to the place for free, we pay and such behavior against your customers is very disappointing, I urge you to take strict action against her, her behavior has impacted me very negatively and also create a bad atmosphere. I request you take some disciplinary action against her.

The food is good but the front staff is rude at times. On asking for something they seem frustrated. Might be possible that they’re overworked or something.

I ordered an angus burger combo with large french fries on Uber Eats today 03/16 and the fries was still raw, withered and super oily. Had to throw them all away although the burger was okay.

Garbage service! Was told I can't order my kid the kids pizza because she wasn't in the store. Maybe you should take the kids pizza off the takeout menu then, or at least add a disclosure.

First time trying Harvey’s, because I was gifted a gift card for dining and this restaurant was one of participants. Ordered Veggie Burger combo with fries. One of the most disgusting fries I tried in my life, I don’t even think it was fresh. Burger tastes like absolutely nothing. It’s dry and has no flavour. At least I understand why the price is so low.

Harvey's has the best hamburgers, they've always had the best and they continue to be my favorite burger place.

Came here for dinner yesterday and it was absolutely disappointing. You have a clear view of the kitchen and yet not one cook was seen wearing gloves. All food was handled with bare hands and no one washed their hands between stations. Lady handled food then went straight to cash without even sanitizing her hands. Truly disgusting especially during the pandemic. Why is no one washing their hands and touching everything? Please implement proper health and sanitation training for everyone.

May 24,2022, I went to get an Angus burger combo. A short Filipino woman has, an employee at the cashier, intentionally ignored me, as I was next in the line, but instead she helped a lady that came after me. Then, I was helped by a tall Asian woman that took my order. However, the short Filipino woman came to process my payment. She didn't asked me whether I want my debit receipt, but instead she took my receipt to the employee that was putting toolings onto burgers. Besides, the short employee, a Filipino woman, has coughed and sprayed openly right onto my face, over the counter. I hope that I will not return back to this restaurant. You are totally manner-less and disgusting.

Swiss Chalet chicken seems to have improved their dipping sauce. It's richer and more flavorful.

This Harvey's is also a Swiss Chalet. The staff is friendly and the food is consistent. Students come in for lunch on weekdays, so it sometimes gets a little busy, but there's always sufficient seating.

They are insanely slow! Don't waste your time and money here! And don't get their chicken and fries! Sooooo under cooked man. Just go to A&W or Mcdonalds.

Slow, chicken not fresh and juicy, service friendly, good location, mainly just take out place, no ambiance.

Burger was hundred percent burned and cold, and tasted like a rubber. French fries was totally cold. Customer services was good. Would not return.

I think the quality of the fries could be improved. The washrooms weren't clean & out if toilet paper. This location could be improved!

I love Harvey's in general, but not this store. The staff is rude, the store never received my mobile order one time, another time they did receive it but it still took them forever to make it while atleast 10 peele wo walked in after me for their order. Complete mess.

They had a great deal today. You get a quarter chicken dinner for $6.50 in celebration of their 65 years in service.

I've been here twice and I don't think I'll come back. The service is always great and it's a nice atmosphere. Even when it's busy, it doesn't feel crowded. But my issue with Harvey's is the food.

My first time, I ordered a regular burger and a poutine. My latest time was an Angus burger and a poutine. The flavour of the poutine was severely lacking. The gravy has a poor flavour and the fries, while fine, can't carry it. Cheese curds are the same everywhere, but when the rest of the parts don't stack up, nothing particular stands out as good.

The regular burger tasted like a lifeless, frozen burger. No different from what you can get at the supermarket. I love that I can select toppings from right in front of me, but the end result is no different than any other customized burger. The angus beef was a little thicker and better tasting, but it still tasted like a frozen beef patty. I don't have a problem with a frozen beef patty as a rule, and maybe my expectations were too high when I saw a nice restaurant that wasn't filled with the noise of other fast food. Still, I am left feeling underwhelmed, but not overly negative. Thus, three stars.

This place never let's me down. Their food is by no means the best but a solid option if you ever want to grab a bite.

Poor customer service and inexperience staff. This location needs to stop putting newbs on the cash. I clearly stated what I wanted to order and even pointed at the sign for it, right beside the register. He obviously wasn't trained on cash properly and didn't know that there were different options to my order, but the frustrating part was the girl, when she brought my ordered over, asked us to pay the difference for their mistake.

Busy place but they move people through pretty quickly. Decent burgers are on sale now 2 for $6 so it's quite popular.

Terribly understaffed. The staff are usually pretty good but multiple times have had a 15+ mins to get something pretty simple

Surpasses the quality of international chains such as McDonalds and burger king due to their use of fresh ingredients and the process of preparing your meal is done in front of your eyes
I ordered the fish sandwich combo which came out to be 7.90 and it was all worth it! The fish was just a regular fish fillet like you find at other fast food places but the bun was fresh and big and they let me go all out with the toppings so it ended up huge, a huge bonus compared to other places which just have tarter sauce and cheese if you are lucky.
The fillet was cooked fresh so it did take a few mins which was fine with me, fries were thick and perfectly crispy.
I will trying their veggie burger next time but overall this is a good place for an affordable quick bite
