Harvey's

On jan 21 at 12: 30appx had a worst experience, order taking and making took so long, coz the male supervisor was busy with arguing with 2 door dash pickup guys. When we went to the window instead preapring the order the 2-3 female staff member were busy talking or dancing on kitchen table.

I was there today, I had a coupon for free chicken sandwiches, coupons says it is valid at all Harveys franchise till 31 Dec. I was refused without satisfactory explanation and staff was busy talking to each other. Attitude of the guy was arrogant and was not at all polite. Never visiting this location again. And my coupon worked at another Harveys location.

Me and my friend we had a quick bite here I mean a hotdog and drink with fries we enjoyed the food and atmosphere.

I order from here, through skip the dishes. They did not add ketchup pouches for fries. It been more than 6 times or they will have one pouch. That’s not enough for fries.

Absolutely amazing place with super friendly staff, even in rush hours they always provide best services.

At some point in my life, fast food turned into dog food. Stay home and consume a pound of sugar and a pound of salt.

Very clean. They were quick to serve the mozzarella sticks. The sticks could have been fresher but then again.

Frequented this location via drive thru on multiple occasions. High chance your order will either have a partial missing item or a completely different order. Double check before leaving!

Well kept establishment, one of the cleanest I have seen. The staff was respectful and understood any mistakes on the order that were made, instead of arguing they agreed and were very polite about fixing it. The washrooms were very clean, and food was amazing. Like subway where you make your own sandwich, you can customize your own burger.

Went to this location with kids. Ordered a large Buffalo chicken poutine thinking it will be sufficient. Picked up the order to find out I paid the money just for the fries. Chicken was like minimal may be 4-5 pieces. I usually don’t post reviews but the quality of Harvey is declining

I wish I could give this Harvey's location 0 Stars. The customer service is non existing and the Management here does not have to the ability to comprehend there is a problem at hand forget about finding a solution.

Th Management team does not care for the the customers no matter what the problem is at hand.

This location has to be hands down one of the worst locations in the GTA.

I ordered a simple regularl size poutine and asked for extra gravy on the side. I payed the extra charge for the gravy and when I got my poutine I asked, " where's my extra gravy? ". The employees reply, "we put extra gravy on the top already. "

After letting that go I pulled out of the drive through and headed home. I opened the box and to my surprise I got less than half a box of fries and cheese curds. I payed full price plus extra fir gravy and got no extra gravy and less than half the box of poutine.

I won't be back here again and others would be wise to stay away from this location as well.

They behave very bad with customers, the guy name gurlal he behave like he is the star and the owner of harveys, he misbehave with everyone, ignore everyone, rest all staff is nice and speaks very politely, me and my all friends just stop eating from there just bcz of this shityy guy gurlal,

All the staff is very nice without one tall guy (name-Gurlal) he speak very rude to every customer and shows everyone that he is ignoring us, he behaves like heis the boss or owner, i suggest all my friend and knowns to dont go over their to get disrespected from that hero.

This Harvey's quality is below its franchise. Other Harvey's food is way better quality and standard. I purchased the angus burger with cheese and it didnt live up to Other Harvey's I was having. Even their poutine was mediocre. Onion rings were bare minimum. This location needs to bring itself up to Harvey's Standards

Guy working at 3pm was very rude and irresponsible. Moreover he didn’t wash his hands after touching his face. Thanks

Asked if they could add ketchup to my “premium” poutine and wouldn’t do it cause it’s not allowed. Wtf

Great team work with quality of food service
I went in the restaurant couple of days before and It was busy and the staff was trying to put their best effort, I can understand that even I used to work in food court. Specially i would like to appreciate the work of that girl who took my order and helped me out in finding the best affordable food for me at that time. Her work is really good and I partially heard her name sandu.

Poutine is good. The location is relatively small and usually busy in the evenings. Overall typical Harvey's quality.

Great service, burger was made quickly yet still tasted fresh. Highly recommend over other fast food restaurants

Really good burgers and pretty costly, but you should expect a 10-15 minute wait due to lack of employees even for small orders.

The portions for the build your own bowl aren't as good as other locations. However Harvey's is a really decent chain, so it ain't too bad.
