Service a bit slow. Was asked to go and park and wait for my order. Not sure why they do it considering I was the only car in the drive-thru. I waited almost 15 minutes for 3 burgers and an order of fries. In the meantime I could see people coming in and out of the restaurant while I waited in my car for my food (no other cars in the drive-thru). On a positive note, we did enjoy the new style of French fries. Very fresh and tasty

I really like the classic poutine. The apple and cherry pies are really amazing and delicious, I can’t stop ordering them

The person accepting the order was too hyper. He couldn't understand a simple change request. What surprised me is that he refused to replace pop with a bottle of water, which is usually done everywhere else without fuss. His tone was loud too. Never visit this place.

The team was short staffed, but so friendly. The young man behind the counter apologized for the wait (which wasn’t bad, tbh). You could see how organized they were and working so cooperatively together. Food was hot and no complaints from us.

Harvey's excels in delivering freshly grilled burgers with a unique flair for customization. Their commitment to quality ingredients is evident in every bite. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, ideal for a quick, satisfying meal.

This place always messes up my order whether it's via drive thru or in person.

At least once the order is made properly the food is good.

We were the only customers in the store at the time we ordered. When we got home all of our burgers were missing the burger. It was just buns and toppings. Also very poor customer service when we called about it. Lots of other burger places to eat at besides here.

You know what you're getting when it comes to fast food. I tend to order via the Harvey's app and pickup through the drive thru. I haven't had my order messed up for a few years at this Harvey's. Service here is pretty consistent. This location was renovated within the past couple of years, so it's not so bad to dine in. Try the Harv sauce if you haven't before.

Lying when I said my order was different then argued with me for 10 mins before I could get it. Dosent put receipt in bag. Refers to me as “Bro” overall rude

My wife and I haven’t been to a Harvey’s for about three years due to a very bad experience. We decided to try it again to determine if there has been any improvement. I am sorry to say it was just as bad if not worse than our previous experience. My wife has onion wrings and they were just dry crispy crust. I had a burger and it was certainly WELL over done. Needless to say we will never go again after two very bad experiences and would highly recommend no one go there as there are many better experiences.

My burger was very good, hot and fresh. The floor was super sticky across the front counter area and cash. Not just near the pop dispenser.

I love Harvey’s so much I come here every Friday the burgers are cra cra and I would eat Harvey’s everyday if I was rich

Imagine coming here with a large family and spending $60+ on your food which was mediocre. Then you ask for one small honey mustard sauce and God forbid they just hand it to you. Nope go back and stand in line and get your debit card out again so you can pay another 40cents because real customer service doesn't exist anymore.

Have to update my review. It is great here now! Everything was fresh today and excellent service. Good job guys!

The staff were very friendly and made my order quickly. I enjoyed dining in as the food was delicious and dining area was clean.

The staff is nice and I get my food pretty fast.food taste pretty good. I have to say the service at this restaurant is better than others by far.
The downside is that it's really cold sitting down and eating.

We love coming here! The staff are always so friendly and the food is so fresh. Always making conversation and willing to go above and beyond for customers. Gurinder helped us tonight and she was so friendly and helpful. Always a great experience here!

I went through the drive thru a couple days back and I was pleasantly surprised as to how friendly my order taker was. She genuinely seemed like she liked her job and wanted to be there. When I got to the window to pay, it was another person but she was just a pleasant as my order taker. They prepared my food so quickly even though I had a pretty decent sized order, and it was delicious. Will defenetly come back again!

Actually a good place to stop by. Chicken nuggets are delicious and fresh particularly at this location. Overall a great experience.

Asked for a diet coke and gave me regular coke and im diabetic! Almost made me pass out driving honestly bad customer service. I called and they didnt even care.

Best Harvey’s ever, spacious great place to dine in, Guri and MT served us tonight, ordered the Light-life and veggie burger with fries and ring, taste amazing, staff is always welcome us with smile. Recommending this place cheers to Harveys.

Dine in at this location was so clean! As soon as I walked inI could smell how clean it was. It was just after lunch rush. Employees were very helpful and helped me order from the menu, as I don't eat here often. Will for sure be back!

Visited this location for the 2nd time in 3 months. On both occasions the food was not properly prepared. Some of the food tasted old and was cold.

At Harvey's, you can always expect fresh food, especially at this location. Also, the dine-in option is fantastic for going out with friends or family, and they provide a wide variety of alternatives.

Our go to restaurant whenever we are visiting family. We always stop here before getting on highway. Kids love chicken strips from this store particularly. Store is extremely clean and more importantly their washrooms are always clean and stocked. Great and quick service with friendly staff.

We dined in on a couple of occasions and the food is always delicious, perfect temperature and they use fresh ingredients. The staff was friendly and efficient and the restaurant was very clean. You can tell the owners place close attention and take pride in this place! We’ve also ordered drive-thru and had a wonderful experience, the service was fast, they got our order right and the food was warm and perfectly prepared! We frequent this location at least a couple of times a month!

Had such an amazing experience at this location. Been through the drive thru many times and the employees are always so friendly. Fast and efficient, and everyone always has a smile on their face. During lunch, a lot of kids from the highschool come and it gets pretty busy, but they always keep it at a steady pace and get your food to you. This is my go to spot!

Service is always slow, food is bland, lettuce was brown, was told its fine. Pretty expensive for the avg quality harveys has become. Way better burger joints in this area now, save your money go elsewhere.

Today bought the Lightlife the toppings were coming out of the sandwich it was all mess such a rubbish it was. And also the burger was not fully cooked it seems that the patty was still frozen from inside
The employees have casual approach the SUPERVISOR is so rude not have a sense of CUSTOMER SERVICE WENT thRough a conversation so unprofessional

The owner should train their employees again
They have a sense of power that yes i M supervisor or managaer i can do what ever but they dont have a sense of responsibility

Got food poisoning here. They also don’t wear gloves. Poutine was gross and the veggie burger too.

Check everything in your order before leaving! No attention paid to orders. Almost forgot my slushie I paid for. I mentioned it was missing and she started doing someone else's order then came to the window and didn't understand so I had to say it again and was treated like it was my mistake somehow. Shahaan was the employee's name on the receipt. She seemed out of it and not at all friendly. Also, I ordered 8 mini donuts and got 4. No one was in line! I can't imagine for when it's busy!

I always enjoy Harvey’s they have amazing poutine and chicken strips they have pretty good fries. Also the burger are not half bad.

I would give zero to the customer service and the manager, I ordered 3 veggie burger drive thru for COVID protocol and I have been asked what topping I mentioned lettuce onion and tomato, what bun I said white bun, then on receiving the order I found that there’s no sauce just plan burger sandwich, tasteless I asked why no sauce the employee answered you didn’t ask, but I didn’t ask for no sauce either, I haven’t been asked if I want or not. I called the customer service and the manager they simply told me it’s not our fault it’s your fault, I trained my employee not to ask about the sauce.if you want sauce you should ask. I cannot imagine plane burger sandwich with no sauce. I believe if I don’t want sauce I will mention. I cannot imagine the handling from the customer service. This is the most bad experience I ever have.

Love Harvey's; however, this location wins for the slowest drive-thru in Burlington. I have been on several occasions and waited for almost 30 minutes in a three-car line. Today, I backed out and drove away.

We enjoyed our Harvey's lunch and to make sure we were 2 M safe when we were paying, the staff presented the Debit Machine securely bound to a Hockey Stick! How ingeniously Canadian! How clever and we laughed and smiled all day! Bravo!

How disappointing. No one in line, made to wait, which was fine, and then treated like an inconvenience. Rushed through, no patience, rude. Really disappointing after deciding to support a local business when everything is telling me to just go home, be safer, and save money. Won’t go here again.
