Friendly, helpful and pleasant to deal with. Fast service. My choice, always; particularly this address. Kulvinder, Kady & Felicia Morin give fantastic service- always smiling. They are the reason that brings me back.

I got a good angus burger and poutine combo today. The wait was a little long. Aside from that, it was a great visit.

My recent experience was awesome. And the girl (Kulwinder) was really helpful and the food was fresh and hot.

Today i went to Harvey for lunch Ashley and kulwinder have made my experience at this location a amazing i give these 2 girls a 10 plus they were so kind and ask us if there anything else we need i couldn't thank them enough for great service today they made my day and my food was delicious hats of to these 2 ladies they must be recognized

I was great by Kady she did amazing job. Her customer service was over the top! Thank you and I'll be back!

Yesterday April 29th/23
I purchased 1 extra large Patty (no bun), along with other item. I at times purchase just the patty for my beloved senior dog, who is experiencing loss of appetite and this helped.

However, today Sunday April 30th a different young lady, manager/supervisor, denied selling me just the Beef patty and wanted to charge me for 2 complete burgers! She claimed they don't sell just the beef patty to accommodate dogs.

I had to go elsewhere! Shame, I've been at this location for over 10 + years, really love this Harvey's location. Hiring children with poor anylical thinking skills to
manage a business is poor judgement!

I really love Harvey's poutine (one of the best poutine's of Canada) and I can say proudly that I am working for them. They are so nice and so kind hearted. I still remember Savannah mam has taken my interview and made me aware about my work. Felicia mam who is our head manager, she is really so nice. She always listens to her staff and always encourages them to work well. Talking about Marcella and Kady, they are also supportive and I can say that they both teaches new employees with polite manner and easy way. Overall, I am so delighted to work at this location. Looking forward to work more and more for them.

This is the best Harvey’s because of there staff, the manger Savannah is absolutely wonderful, she went above and beyond, I’ll make a long story short, I was paying with my scene points and a gift card that wasn’t even activated and outdated that someone had given to us, I thought I checked the balance so i thought I wouldn’t have a problem, turns out that wasn’t the one I checked, so paying for my order turned out to be a bit of a mess. Ashley who was cashing me out was very patient, she was kind enough to suggest she get the manger Savannah, who was outstanding, she didn’t have to help me the way she did, but she took the time to figure it all out and I left there with my entire order because of Savannah, thank you so much Savannah and Ashley

I don’t really go to Harvey’s very often but because of Savannah I plan on making Harvey’s one of my top choices. Harveys is lucky to have an employee like Savannah who has excellent customer service and great staff like Ashley. Thank you again Savannah you’re the best!

All the ladies are super polite and have excellent customer service. The location is super clean. It makes you want to dine in, that's how welcoming they make you feel. Perfect for families give it 5 stars. I wasnt the only customer who thought how great the service was.

This is my favourite Harvey’s location.
They are very generous with fries and onion rings.
I love their service.
Tables are always clean.

Never ever have they disappointed us. Me and my uncle go in here all the time and place a big order in drive through and somehow they always get it right! Love their service:)

Food was ok this time.
I gotta remember for next time to speak louder. Grilled sound very different than crispy.
It was packed. They have 2 for $7. Original or veggie for a limited time only.

End of the night.
But still very nice and friendly. Made an error and was going to fix it, but why waste a multi grain bread for white? !

The server that was serving me said her name was Ashley H.she was very kind and recommended me something really good to eat I will definitely be returning to Harvey’s.she definitely represents the model server.

I had terrible experience with their food today, as I found out hairs in the poutine. Will never eat at harvey’s again.

Fries not fryed, burgers not arranged, didn't get any service qualified for 2 stars, closed at 9 claiming at 10: 30 close time, worst harveys location ever. Waste of time and waste of money. Should consider about quality.

Always love this location. Generous servings, fresh food, smiles, clean, big and open. Love the pickles, and I always get a good amount here. Considering the cost of other burger joints, the price is pretty reasonable. Onion rings are second only to A&W, but the frings option makes up for that.

I was treated rudely today. I was given ice cold coffee and when I told the manager, instead of apologizing I was told wait and I will give you another one. I waited long time while they brew the coffee still no apologizes.

Tasty food.i go there often to redeem my SCENE points and get food rather than spending it on a movie ticket!

They don’t know, how to serve. First of all she didn’t put sauces with burgers and chicken strips and when we asked for it her face expressions were too weird. Such a bad experience. You can spoil someone’s mood by doing such actions.

I am just so sad that I went to harveys again to eat the same dead patty wrap I ate back in Hamilton. I’m just so done today I never want to go back to this place now really

I've been eating here for a very long time and the quality has taken a big turn.it used to be pretty fresh years ago, today the burgers are very greasy I'm afraid I'll get food poisoning.

I stool in line for 25 minutes to get 4 apple pies. They had to make new ones. Opened them when we got home only to find the inside soft and not hot.but the outer part was hot

Hubby didn't like his chicken wrap, but I enjoyed my burger and poutine. Was very happy to use my coupons that I got in the mail.everyone enjoys a discount!

One problem is they put a vegetarian burger in the same package as a beef burger! So I go to Harvey’s and order a vegetarian burger and a regular burger, get it home and whoa, I don’t know which one Is my vegetarian burger because they wrapped it in the same wrapper as the beef burger! To keep this short, I called to complain and the lady on the phone said they don’t have a separate wrapper for vegetarian. WOW! Really? ! They didn’t even mark it!

No sense of professional customer service.instead of co-operating they will argue without any reason. Worst experience ever.

Been eating Harvey's from a longtime. I loved this particular location because of the cleanliness, polite greeting and behaviour towards customers as well as the trained staff members.
Staff from this location always went above and beyond for me n others. They've been trained well which is clearly visible. Must try this location if you're Harvey's person.

I ordered 4 combo’s from harvey’s through uber eats which includes 4 shakes. They didn’t put any straws. How am I supposed to drink my shakes without any straw. When i called them back She said “we cannot do anything”. They should be really careful during the packaging of food items.

Been eating Harvey's burgers since the 70s. Still the best. Hot and pick your toppings fresh. Not microwaved pre-cooked, soggy Burger King or Wendy's; never hot enough. And Harvey's consistently has the best fries.

I ordered food through the mobile app a few weeks ago and both my husband and I got food poisoning. I contacted customer service and all they said was we will give you two free combos. How about at least giving us a refund for the food that was coming out of both ends! Mind you I am also pregnant and this could cause an issue for the baby. It was a serious matter that the company did not take seriously. I'm very disappointed in the way this was all handle and to top it off they didnt even bother replying to my last email. So much for holding Harvey's in high regards. I would be careful ordering food ahead of time, you dont know how long its sitting there or how they cooked it.

They never get my order wrong and the service is always fast enough to qualify as fast food. If you want a five-star burger, make it at home with store-bought chuck. But if you're fine with the slightly freeze-dried taste and sometimes lukewarm fries, this Harvey's has your number.

The girl working the counter was so good. Polite and attentive. You really get good service here.

Staff were all very nice. Savannah (sorry if I spelt it wrong) was serving me. She is the model server. Servers from any establishment could learn from her. Good job Savannah!

Very fast as expected from a Harvey's Restaurant. Probably the best burger joint around. Would 100% recommend. Clean location and very friendly staff.

Great Canadian-owned burger chain. Plenty of fresh toppings to choose from. Prices are comparable to other average burger franchises.

Pretty good Harveys.good parking. 2 on cash so it moves quick.staff are really good and helpful. Lots of seating and they have booths as well.

It's Harvey's so always great burgers. Apart from the servers asking me loudly what I want to eat (coz they thought I might not understand English) or the servers thinking I was a Skip the dishes or Uber Eats courier, this other time (coz of my uhhm, ethnicity) ; I have had great experiences. So go ahead and enjoy the taste of Harvey's.

Decent quality for the burger, great fresh toppings, no mistakes with my order, quick fast, reliable.

Food and service is consistently good. As well as the having the availability of several fresh toppings.

But for some reason you can never pay an advertised price. This has happened on more than one occasion. It's never by much but it's still not the price advertised online. It can be by as little as 30 cents to as much as a dollar. The staff are generally confused and apologetic but if there isn't a button on the register they don't know what to do. I've never experienced this at any other fast food chain. They really need to get their act together. It's not the money, but the principle. They should honour an advertised price with no exceptions. It's simple math.

I like their Angus burgers and the fact that you get to choose what garnishes you want on the burger.

Had a terrific hot dog with all the trimmings. Selena and manager Laura were absolutely delightful! I leave Canada tomorrow but will get another hot dog at this restaurant!

This location is kept clean, staff are friendly. Prices and quality is on point for a Harvey's - you can get a nice meal for about $10
