The two servers do NOT Listen.
Our order was incorrect from the beginning. Even after, I thought it was fixed. When we got our food, it was still wrong.
Idiots.
Not stopping here again!

Worst service & worst food. They made a mockery of me asking for extra onions by giving me onions with a side of a burger. They also burnt my onion rings to where it was not edible because I asked for extra crispy. This place is disgusting with how they treat customers & they need help. I drove 2.5 hours out of Brampton to escape the stupidity of people there just to have it follow me to muskoka. Disgusting.

Food was amazing, the people were amazing and kind always ready to help extremely nice staff.

Stale bun, undercooked burger, and asked for light gravy and the fries were swimming in it.

Not very clean. Need more training on food handling, and they need to listen to their customers when taking their order

Bought dinner for my family including a junior cheeseburger for our toddler.

Green mould was all over the bottom of the bun.

Don't go here, it could've poisoned our daughter.

Service was quick and accurate I used my CAA card and got discount and staff was happy and comical ️️️️️

What is the point in having advertised hours when they're not open?
Arrived yesterday to get some dinner at 7: 50, drive thru what closed. Parked the car, went to the doors and doors were locked, but all staff standing at the counter socializing.
Checked the website which said they were open until 8. Why advertise what time your open until, then lock doors to refuse business prior to that time? ! On top of long waits, and dirty facility. This store just does not impress or live up to the standards of other Harvey's locations.

Fast and friendly, the way fast food should be. Had a regular burger and poutine. Poutine was awesome.

Went to get a quick bite to eat and stood at the counter for 10ish minutes. 2 workers walked right past me (one looked like a manager). Only other two were handling the grill and drive through. Ended up leaving without being served. Pretty horrible, would avoid this location!

This has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants around. The tables were sticky and covered in food and the rest of the restaurant was dirty as well. The drinks were disgustingly warm and the ice machine was not working. (Drive through drinks machine was working fine) The staff were aware that the machine was broken but continued to let people use it. The food was also cold and the staff were rude when asked to clean a table. Overall would not recommend coming to this restaurant until something changes.

Worst experience ever. Food was cold. Hotdog was burnt and the bun was so stale you couldn't chew it. Staff barely spoke English. I won't be back. Sad that Muskoka has gone so down hill. Even worse to see a chain establishment such as this give such bad service and terrible food

I came here at this Bracebridge location ten minutes before closing
I was surprised burger was fresh and hot
Fries came out of fryer hot and fresh
Overall burger was superior quality!

First time at this location in awhile and will be the last. Not sure if there has been a change in ownership or what has happened. Absolutely awful! Cold food, terrible service and not clean. This place used to be spotless. Now I feel as if I'm in a location in the city. They used to take pride in this place. NOT ANYMORE!

3rd Review - 2022-08-15 This location continues to under perform. Try to patronize but they really make it difficult. Stood in front of cashier for nearly 5 minutes today. Refused to even acknowledge my presence while counting stacks of money. Gave up and walked out. I give up.

2nd Review - 2021-06-25: Well we gave you folks another try and sadly once again you messed up our order. App order for 2 burgers. BOTH Burgers were not prepared as ordered.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS LOCATION? BROUGHT THIS TO THE ATTENTION OF HARVEY'S DISTRICT MANAGER BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THE MESSAGE DIDN'T GET THROUGH TO THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION. I have been a customer of Harvey's since 1968 (not that that seems important to them now). Pay attention to our order. Your app allows your customers to clearly specify their topping but more importantly, when we order and pay for cheese, make sure it's on the burger. Thanks.

1st Review - Sept 2020. - Disappointed. Mobile order placed. Picked up order, got home and burgers are stone cold and dried out. How long were they sitting around before I picked them up? I paid for cheese yet there was no cheese on both burgers. Toppings as listed in the mobile order were not adhered to either. Poor effort - will give you folks another try. Please pay attention next time.

Bracebridge Harvey's has to be one of the dirtiest fast food restaurants around, not to mention the slowest. Will never eat there again.

Not very clean, tables and chairs stacked in a corner, no napkins, drink machine was out if the drink I wanted. My friend had to ask to get a cup with his order. Food tasted fine though.

1 other person in the drive through and still took 20 minutes for our fast food, the milkshakes machine is always down and they don’t have half of the stuff every other Harvey’s franchise offers.

Very poorly managed, orders are always incorrect, basically have to order twice because they are so unorganized.

This restaurant is so dirty. I can't believe the health department hasn't shut them down. So gross!
