I ordered a burger with no bun (celiac!), got bacon and cheese, get home, there is a bunch with my bacon and cheese stuck to it. Horrible. Don't listen. They asked me to repeat so I even said it twice! Ridiculous.

I got a combo number three original with cheese. The burger tasted like it wasn’t washed all the lettuce the tomatoes just tasted dirty. The french fries tasted dirty the pop tasted dirty. It took me 20 minutes to get my food in the drive-through. It was so bad I might not ever go back to a Harveys and I grew up on Harvey’s. This franchise owner should be ashamed.

I went to here because of my friend's recommendation, and it was best time i have ever had in restaurants. Food was great. It was fresh, and delicious. Also the workers there were so kind, especially the guy named Chris was so patient even tho i changed my order several times. I want to keep going this place

Harvey’s is one of my fav fast food places, however this location was one of the most slow and disorganized that i’ve ever been to. Ordered a burger combo and single wrap and several people after us got their meals before.

Worst Harveys ever. Understaffed. Not busy but took 15 minutes for order. All garbage cans filled so full we couldn’t throw ours out. Do not go there

Horrible experience. We ordered ahead for pick up in the drive thru and still ended up waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru window and got our food 10 minutes after the app said we would. They were out of root beer, which we only found out when they gave us our drinks and told us they had given us Diet Pepsi instead. Never even asked us what drink we would rather have and it was pretty easy to ask us considering we sat at the window for 15 minutes. Won’t be coming back to this location.

Amazing! Always love a good burger from Harveys. Staff was very friendly and efficient at this location. The food tasted great and was fresh.

Went to the drive through at the Burloak and Wyecroft location to pickup dinner. Kids were really looking forward to it. When I got home, we were missing multiple items from the order including the toy from the kid’s meal. I phoned them right away but the call went nowhere. I filled out the on line survey and left my contact info, and…. Nothing. I have tried calling back a few times with the same no response. What’s the point of giving contact info if nobody picks up? They had no trouble picking up my money though.

I Give it a zero stars I would. It is so slow I’ve been here for about 25 minutes in the drive-through this guy in front of me has already paid and is still waiting. I do not recommend going to this one.cars in the line when we started and now there are about 9

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Do NOT go to this harveys whether it's take out or dine in, the staff is extremely slow, unorganized & just don't seem like they know what they are doing, look very confused.

I have been to other Harvey's restaurants before, they are a bit slower as expected as they cook food fresh but to have my burger sitting in the heatfor 7-8 minutes while I can see employees looking at it & not sure what to do with it is almost as it has a disease blows my mind.

Sat in dine in for solid 20 minutes without my food just waiting

I just picked up my poutine and they didn’t put a fork inside, so I cannot eat it and I cannot go back to the restaurant either I’m working busy place. I won’t return that restaurant again.

Whenever I need a late night pick me up, I come here to grab the poutine. They never skimp on the gravy or cheese curds, and the poutine makes tackling late night work at home tolerable once I have something filling to get me through

Slowest drive thru ever.they dont start your onion rings until your burgers are done easily takes 30 minutes to receive a burger and onion rings.the manager does nothing and sits in the office.needs an entire employee training overhaul.also the cashier at the drive thru order was also the one topping the burgers a clear violation of food safety protocal.

First time I ordered from here the wings weren’t cooked well. This second time I decided to order something different and the cashier had an attitude like they where about to close, but besides that the poutine wasn’t well served, very little gravy.

If I could give 0 stars I would.
I just watched your cook grabbing things off the found, scratching himself, and touching food all while not wearing gloves, didn’t wash his hands once. Just coming out of a pandemic you’d think people would take more care in the service they provide, especially when it comes to making peoples food.
I’m highly disgusted, and will not be returning to this location.
If your girl on drive through can wear gloves just to take orders your cook should be wearing them

Clearly customer service is not a priority at this location, after being met with a heavy dose of attitude.

If you order x product, and your app has not advertised it as unavailable, you would expect to receive it upon arrival. If not available, the next course of action would be to refund the customer - not here. You have to explain yourself at length and then after some glares be refunded, the wrong (lower) amount at that. Fix up.

The cook doesn't wear gloves when handling food. Wipes he's sweat with hands then touches food. That's nasty. I don't know if that's a regular practice but should wear gloves when handling food.

15 min sitting at the speaker waiting to order. Another 25 mins for two burgers two poutines and two hotdogs. Never spent this long at a fast food drive through in my life lol.

Get it together guys!

Could of dined in across the street at Montana's and paid the bill and left already at this rate.

More like a -100 experience.
Went to drive thru with my family and I today, before heading to the indoor playground nearby and was made to wait 23 minutes from beginning to end until we received our food BUT for the food we were provided; I did not ask for cheese in my burger due to allergies, actual allergies to dairy (not lactose intolerance, as there is a huge difference), I asked for gravy for my fries but it did not contain gravy, I ordered 4 apple pies, not 2.

The drive thru person was rude and my food did not come with a receipt, straw for my drink, nor napkins.

Not only is gas already super expensive but for my car, it’s even more and to be made to just sit there and wait while it is supposed to be a drive thru at a “fast food” restaurant is absolutely ridiculous!

When my husband and I requested to speak to the manager on duty, I was “at first” told that “she” is not available. However after reminding her that there is always a manager on duty or there is a supervisor duty that is to tend to irate customers and other restaurant issues and that if she is not available still, I stated that I would have no problem coming into the restaurant and waiting until she is ready to speak with me. She then eye rolled and went to get her.

Few minutes later, a woman, with blond hair, black top, pulled back hair, wearing a gold necklace, popped her head out. I asked her what her name is but she stated that it was none of our concern and if there’s something that I need.

I explained the situation as per the above and she asks me if she gives me my refund back if we can just leave cause they are short staffed.

I am beyond disappointed in the lack there of service that was provided there this evening.

Like the other reviews said, the service here is always extremely slow. Buddy and I went in the other day. First ones in at the start of the lunch rush. They only had two girls on the counter. One taking orders, and the other putting toppings out. Another one girl on drive-thru, and one dude cooking. We order, then had our burgers stuck under the heat lamp. Nobody tells us why. Apparently no fries were ready. We're waiting over 15min. A big group comes in. Staff proceeds to mix up everyone's order. Someone else got our food, so they had to make us new burgers, which we again had to wait for. Food was alright and the restaurant is clean, hence two stars, but the whole thing came off as pretty bush league. Looks like the two girls they had out front were handling a ton of Swiss Chalet orders as well. Staff seemed very frazzled. And it's not the first time we've had to wait a long time for our food at this location, despite just ordering the bog standard burgers. As someone who's both worked in fast paced retail, and now manages team resources, this is 100% a management issue. There's a ton of fast food competition in the area. Even the other Cara restaurants in the plaza don't have this problem, let alone the other chain burger joints. And if there are delays, just be honest about them instead of leaving customers standing around wondering what the heck is going on.

Had the worst experience here today, went to this harveys location today for lunch with my friend on our lunch break from work (our lunch being only a half an hour). There was only one car ahead of us which pulled away relatively quick after we ordered our food. We were waiting at the window for our food for almost 20 minutes to start with, seeing in the window 3 employees literally doing nothing but laughing and idlely chit chatting with each other. Finally our food was Sent out and we had to hurry back to our workplace. Upon my friend opening the burgers he ordered he realized that they were incorrect. He ordered 2 double originals with cheese and bacon, he ended up with two singles with bacon and cheese and one of the burgers had unrequested condiments on them that literally make him sick to his stomach. My dipping sauces were forgotten and fries somehow were bordering on cold. Needless to say this was wasted time and money and unfortunately due to our need to return to work in a timely fashion we could not return to get our order replaced or our money back. Very much so not impressed as I had been a long time fan of the harveys chain, I am now debating stealing away from the franchise in general, very much so not impressed.
