I just spoke to the owner about how dirty the Harvey’s is I been customers for yrs! She totally ignored it because she said I’m a racist! Lol the excuses they use is unbelievable! She was very rude! I recommend don’t go to that location it was dirty! And what is the harm in telling the truth! These are facts to stay clean we are ur bread and butter ur customers! Never again will I go so dirty I repeat. She took a negative response instead of being concerned for fast food place Harvey’s! Harvey’s yrs ago wasn’t very clean! Now this! And Swiss chalet right next to it on cross ave dirty!

Loved my experience here. Food tasted great and the staff were very kind. 10/10 overall, i will definitely be back!

This place is my favourite for my quick meal as I am a vegetarian and they offer veggie burger (no egg too) which is brilliant!

The meat was already cooked and on standby. Our order was ready in thirty seconds. I was expecting fresh patties. We ordered bacon on the burgers and got only one tiny slice each. Onion rings and fries were good.

The food was fresh and delicious, they're definitely doing something different from the other locations I've eaten at. The cross Oakville location also has impeccable customer service. Highly reccomend!

I’m a Harvey’s girl through and through and this is my favourite location! Always get fresh fries which some locations you can tell it’s been sitting AND the staff are so welcoming! It has been hard for restaurants staff for many years now and they still are always happy to serve here it’s wonderful.

One of the best experience visiting Harvey’s so far. This location is combined with Swiss chalet, two separate dining areas for Swiss chalet guests and another one is for Harvey’s guests. Friendly, attentive staff on site, our order was carefully prepared and we had a chance to sit in the dining area. Not too crowded even though we came on Sunday at around lunch time. Highly recommend!

Consistency is the hallmark of this place. I always get amazing food and friendly staff. Keep it up guys

This place is the best for having a Burger. Staff is so kind and always makes the order right. They always make sure the guest are attended quickly without a lot of wait for food. Plenty of parking is available too. If you like to have a Harveys burger go to this store in Oakville.

Food was good and the guy who was working the front cash was friendly and let me take a few minutes to look at the menu to decide on what I wanted which I ended up going with a Buffalo chicken poutine.

Was pretty quick to get only thing however is there were no directions that there is only a little tiny section to sit in if you're ordering Harvey's whereas 98% of the dining tables were set aside for Swiss Chalet guests, it would be more beneficial especially during this pandemic to have some sort of signage or somebody saying this is an area set aside for people who are dining in to eat at Harvey's.

Stretches the meaning of fast food.

Visited this location’s drive through twice, on both occasions was asked to wait out front for food. Proceeded to wait 15 minutes each time. Save yourself the frustration and visit the McDonald’s next door.

Just picked up a burger from this location and I'm fairly certain they microwaved it after they got the grill marks on it. The patty was grey, with one set of grill marks. Will not be returning.

Great. Got the Big Harv with everything on it and it was excellent. Glad to see the standards haven't changed.

Social distancing is being adhered to.

The only criticism I have is that the Milk Shake that I ordered should not have been made right away while the hamburger and frings that I ordered were just put on the grill and in the deep fryer. The Milk Shake had melted somewhat by the time both the hamburger and frings were ready. It is better to delay the preparation of the Milk Shake towards the end of cooking both the hamburger and frings.

Best Harvey’s I have ever been to. Juicy meat & fresh food. On top of that you get greeted with a smile. Will definitely visit again.

Made an order of cheeseburger meal through apps and chose pickup by drive through. The guy inside window asked me to wait in designated spot for delivery. A girl gave me a paper bag a few minutes later and said "have a good one", so I thought everything is in the bag and drove home. It turned out that the drink in the meal was not included. It's too late to go back for it.
Very bad experience

I cannot believe this location, ordered 4 simple meals and I was waiting over half an hour. Ridiculous.

Worst Harvey's location, literally. I bought a grill chicken sandwich and the chicken was cold and undercook not only that the fries were soggy. Your better off going to the McDonald.

Horrible they gave us the end scraps for fries. And my burger was barely cooked I never had a burger moo at me before.never will I go there again shame I can’t post any photos this is sickening.

Yesterday, I ordered a crispy chicken wrap combo through UberEats and got a crispy chicken burger instead. I assumed there were either no tortillas left or it was just a mistake.

I also noticed that the fries seemed more like Swiss Chalet fries than Harvey's fries.

However, the meal was still good.

My wife went inside the store to order kids meal and the guy was cooking and preparing the chicken sandwich without gloves (while we are facing Covid-19 virus) she asked him to put the gloves on but he told her that he can’t because the plastic glove will melt because of the grill is so hot! He finished the sandwich and tried to give it to her but she refused to take it and asked him to prepare another one while putting a gloves. He said ok, and then he prepared a new bread on the grill but he didn’t grill a new chicken at all in-front of her while she was the only customer at this time (which is weird) then he went inside the kitchen where the first sandwich was (it seems he just put the already cooked chicken without gloves in the new bread) and then he gave the sandwich to her.
That’s such a disgusting experience actually.hope safe food give the store a visit.

Gone to this harveys a few times as its near work.
This time around they added a little something extra.a nice black hair!

Update: In full transparency, this was previously a nasty review. However, after receiving wonderful customer service, I wanted to revise my comments to reflect the entire experience. Not only did I receive email updates about my previous review being dealt with at the corporate level, but I spoke with the owner at this location who was truly apologetic and passionate about customer service. I have to say, my review was heard and Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet really care what their customers think. If you go to this location, know that they are working to improve wait times in spite of juggling one drive thru for two restaurants, and they take sanitation seriously so I’m confident ALL employees away from the grill will be wearing gloves. Kudos to management - I will be happy to return in the near future:)

Wonderful location. Clean facilities with fresh ingredients. The lightlife burger is perfect and am not surprised they won the award for most sold in Ontario. Friendly staff too.:)
