Great location, David is always very accommodating and helpful, also their hot dogs are pretty good.

The lady who was cooking the food and taking it orders is extremely rude and needs to learn how Customer service works basically talks to you like you're beneath her. She ended the day I don't think I would ever return for this location

I prefer there to have more staff, because sometimes the waiting time is a little bit more than usual. Overall the quality of food is perfect and they are very polite. Also the place itself is relaxing. I have great time there whenever I go.

I just had to write a review to give credit to the exceptional service at this location. The manager, Manmeet, and her team at this Harvey's are some of the most exceptional costumer service workers I've ever met. They always make us feel welcomed and so we keep coming back! Fast, efficient, and great tasting burgers are always to be had here!

I am not going to talk about food and service. It's OK.but I went women washroom.filthy filthy terrible.doors inside, toilet it's self floor, everything dirty. And front doors as well. Hire cleaners if you cant do it!

Just visited two days ago, employee named Mona, so aggressive and rude, when we commented to her of the fruit flies all over topping, she almost shouted just quick because others are waiting in the line, so I asked her name Never going back to this location

Bought food for construction crew the portions were all totally different some guys got double the amount of fries then other got hardly any. The lunch rush was slow painful brake is only so long. 2 guys brake was over by the time they received food.

The lady was making my burger she was cleaning the table, and the same cloth lettuce spell on the table she was pushing in the lettuce container with that cloth, so disgusting.

Great friendly service. The team seemed to work well together. Clean. Fast. A great experience! Nice Christmas music too. God bless you!

Doesn't matter how you order its a 30 min wait minimum and they always get the oder wrong. 11 years I have been attending this location and nothing changed.

I was waiting for 40 min for 1 burger, and 4 people behind the cash ignored my order while they kept talking to each other after I placed it, with no sign of my order being made. It was one of the slowest fast food restaurants I’ve experienced.

The staff was friendly and they had a speedy Gonzales working there make sure you keep her

Staff sitting around in the area where customers sit yelling out loud back and forth to each other very loadly. Made eating unpleasant. Everytime a Skip the dishes rings unpleasant things come out of the staffs mouths. Jan 2 at 8: 30 pm

Best for a hangover is, The Double Original with cheese and bacon. Also they serve beer there now, so step two of curing a hangover is another beer. Perfect combo.

Meh. Actually lower than meh.

Firstly, it took 8 minutes for my order to be ready. To put this in context, I was the only person in the restaurant as it just opened and I didn’t order anything complicated (ie double regular burger with onion rings). This is minus 3 stars.

Secondly, the onions rings were barely half full… I brought it to their attention and was given a new order of onion rings. This adds 1 star.

Finally, there was no vinegar for my onion rings. How is that possible? For this I take another star off.

Complete crapshow. The food I ordered was cold and not all the burgers I ordered arrived. The burgers tasted absolutely terrible, even old trapDonald's patties could do better. Avoid this place at all costs.

Manager/supervisor is not very friendly. Takeout and dine in service got a little rush while she was on her break. She came in to help after 5-10 minutes from the dining room without washing or sanitizing her hands. Was very rude and strict on checking the vaccine passport towards the dine in guests ranting about a 700 dollar fine. Very unprofessional and rude to the customers and the crew members. Delivery couriers were waiting at least 10-15 minutes for their orders.

The regular burger is much smaller than it used to be. Better to order the Angus burger instead.

I'm disappointed. This was the best Harvey's. The cleanest and the most professional. Went in today and immediately realized the man was not wearing a mask. Which means he's been talking over the food all day breathing on it. Food that I'm going to immediately consume. It's not worth it. That's too dangerous to tolerate right now. They lost my business and I immediately walked out and went across the road. Everyone I saw at McDonald's had masks and gloves in. There was a good shield installed and the debit machine was taped to a long stick. McDonald's won my business off Harvey's today. Get your act together Harvey's. People who are vulnerable to covid-19 aren't playing around and we won't tolerate foolishness right now.
