Had the most amazing Doordash experience here! The team went above and beyond, bringing the food to my car amid a long line. It really showed their commitment to our time. Huge shoutout to the beautiful girl who handed me the food in the cold. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she's a true hero and made my day so much better. Many thanks!

11: 50 pm when i came it was closed. Supposed to close at 12. Even now again at 11: 25 its closed

The store says 12am closing time but this store closes 30-35min before. Today I visited this store around 11: 25pm to grab a shake and the doors were already locked and closed.
Very unacceptable behavior by the staffs.

My order was ready when I ordered online for pick up. Online ordering was deceiving when they added Poutine which was good only for your next order. I will come back but do not deceive us with those deceitful online ads.

I went to get their late night special and had a coupon on my phone. The cashier said I couldn't use the coupon because she didn't have a button for it on her register. I do this all the time at other Harvey's and have no issues.
I was told if I wanted the deal I had to order it on the app and pay with the app.
I don't use apps with my banking info.
What a waste of my time.
I was on my break at work and ended up with no food.
Incompetence at its best. I won't ever be going back to this location.
Go to a different Harvey's.

Fridays I usually go out for lunch and I decided to drive a little bit further and have a Harveys lunch. I ordered an Angus burger with cheese and bacon combo with onion rings and a pop. Service was fast and friendly. My burger was perfect and I love the onion rings! I'll be back more often for lunch.

I go to this location quite frequently as it is convenient for me as it is on my way home from work however, my past experiences haven’t been great with the customer service provided, it was very offputting. That being said, my last two visits were phenomenal as this employee named Thes provided me the most wonderful customer service that I have ever had. Very kind, friendly and, helpful. People like him deserve recognition and I hope he does. Thank you Thes, I now enjoy coming to this location!

I ordered the offer two burgers sandwiches for 8$ plus taxes. I added extra cheese for each sandwich 80 cents plus taxes and I also ordered Frings for 3.99$ plus Taxes.

Burgers sandwiches tastes good but both were actually cold.

Frings "onion rings and frensh fries" tasted amazing it was fresh and hot.

The guy who serves mobile orders pick up at this restaurant was actually rude.

My order was scheduled to pick up at 6: 30 pm and I got it at the exact time.

Really great experience. The staff was very friendly and the food was really good. I definitely recommend the ghost pepper sauce, it's a nice change that a restaurant actually offers a good spicy option that has actual spice.

I came yesterday night to place big order for my family, for 15 mins they did nothing but gave a death stare to me, (like i did something wrong walking in), no greeting, no talk, zero response. Atleast let the customer know if u r going to take any order or u just gonna stare from the back end.

Worst experience ever.walk in to order food but no one came to take order. I tried to talk to them but no employee answer just looking at me. If you are busy at least tell plz wait. I just standing there for 20 min and no one acknowledged. Ghen i just have to leave the store.
