My Veggie burger was way over cooked. Much more cooking and it would have been burnt. The onion rings were old and there were a lot of onion ring pieces that were rock hard as they were stragglers left in the deep fryer. All and all the food was terrible.
Used to be way better. Has gone down hill recently. Asked for pickles on both of our burgers, and some extra on the side. Asked again at the window, she said they were in the bag. Got home and found there were no pickles on the side, and no pickles on either burger. Poutine tasted different too, it used to be the best fast food poutine around.
Poutine gravy taste gross when asked with one of staff working there told me there’s sign regarding change in gravy. You can’t put sign anywhere and just tell me that. This should be informed before placing the order. No sorry no apologies only rude staff giving me penny back when I paid by my card
Without a doubt the best fast food restaurant. Been going to Harvey's since I was young.took my Grandson let him try my poutine. I now have a Poutine monster that wants it all the time.he loves Harvey's too
I won’t be visiting the Harvey’s on Upper James anymore. Usually its a fine experience but there have been a couple of staff related issues. Most recently while going through the DT I had asked at the speaker for a fork, salt and pepper to be included in my bag. The woman who presented my order was not friendly at all. After quickly closing the window in my face I had to sit there and wait to ask for the fork and condiments a second time.
Food was good, but only if they actually put it in the drivethru order. They completely forgot to put in my pregnant wife's chicken strips. So if you're ok with paying $50 and getting $40 worth of food, this is your place!
Always serves old food I always ask for it freshly made. Drive-thru serves old garnishes usually rotten tomatoes or pickles.everything’s old bottom line they don’t care making your experience a beautiful thing it’s about them making more $
They are terrible with the details of the order. They gave me a beef burger with totally different toppings when I ordered crispy chicken burger and my friend asked for drink and they didn’t add that to his order.
The manager of location of upper james.she was very rude with my order.she give me wrong order.she didnt wanna listen to me.she didn't give chance to explain.can you take action against the manager becouse you loss a lot of buss.
The manager was an old lady named Heather. Extremely rude to customers. 0 customer service skills. Will make you feel crazy pretend like you've never ordered there despite reciepts and calls to them proven. She should be fired I see other reviews about her.
There is a lot to be said for customer service in these uncertain times. Im sorry I came in the out door. But I did not appreciate your counter staff yelling at me not once but 3 times about it.this franchise is lucky I still ordered food. Won't be back again. Thanks for yelling at me on my first attempt at dining. In 9 months!
