Honestly I wouldn’t order from here again, I ordered a regular poutine on Uber and selected priority it got to me within 15 min so it was shocking that it was cold. Half of the fry’s tasted like they weren’t cooked and the whole thing overall tasted like it sat out for an hour before it even got to me, threw it out immediately, save your money

Workers are not sure about what’s happening. One worker told me washrooms would be open by his colleague and the other worker I asked said both washrooms are closed for renovations. Harveys there’s no way you can have your dining room open and no washroom available. All workers were negligent in providing contact information and was ignoring me for at least 10 minutes. Manager was nowhere to be seen or found. I decided to leave and not dine.

The young man who takes orders has perfected the art of customer service. Give the man a raise.

Very bad customer service, my order was supposed to be kids meal and they charged me a way more, and when I complained didn’t care about it!
Paid 21$ total for 2 kids meal
1 jr cheeseburger
1 chicken nuggets

Ordered through SkipTheDishes. My bun was moldy and the larger portions of the order were incorrect… May be better in person? Hope so!
