I had an Angus cheese snd bacon burger today and it was to die for! The staff are friendly and efficient and the franchise owner is such a great man! The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is friendly and fun and I look forward to my next meal! Food is AMAZING and fresh!

Busy busy place, but the staff work quickly to get the orders out and out correctly! The staff are very friendly and always smiling! Highly recommend this Harvey's!

Customer service is really good, staffs are friendly. I really enjoy their Angus burgers. This is definitely my go to fast food place.

The food is good but I get peeved by some of the staff who rush through their service even though there isn't a crowd or lineup behind me. What's the rush for people? Wearing masks doesn't help in relaying instructions on toppings but at times it felt like I had to pre-determine my toppings before the food came out just so I can have it included in the 10 seconds some use to wrap it up. Slow down a bit people, 30 more seconds won't hurt.

I visited Harvey's during the lunch-hour rush. The food was sitting at the pass for 2-5 minutes especially the take-out orders, which was unfortunate. The ticketing system needs work as I noticed a couple of orders getting mixed up including mine though the staff worked with a smile and battled hard to get the situation back under control. So I got a lukewarm crispy chicken burger after a bit of confusion but it was tasty and crispy.

Absolutely baffled by how this place runs! I placed a mobile order and sat 10 minutes after the pickup time and watch the store goes empty, full, empty, full! Asked the staff twice about my order he says “I am working on it” 7 minutes later asked a different staff about my order. She looks completely confused that there was even an order for me! This is after watching like 12 people come in and go out. I asked for a refund and was told I have to wait 5-10 business days for a mobile order refund! Such an unpleasant experience I will never spend my money with this place again! Ridiculous! Order# 20220318 2426021 so you don’t say this never happened.
