Ordered online and didn't make it before they closed. Went in the next day and they honored the order and made it fresh right then! Excellent service!

Even though it was almost closing time on Christmas Eve, they were really patient and friendly, served our family great food.

Absolutely brutal, brught my family of 3 and completely let down.
Avoid this place completely! Purched a chicken bacon ranch poutine large size and kid you not less then half the container was filled said and done, barely any fries, 4 pieces of extremely dried out chicken and no ranch sauce! Completely let down and truly passed off. Don't waste your money, walk over to Walmart or zehrs and buy something at least it will meet your expectations.

Waited 5 mins at the drive thru voice box for them to take my order. No one ahead of me. People jumping the curb to leave the line. Ended up driving away as a result.

Just picked up the Swiss Chalet Festive Special half chicken dinner. Was really looking forward to it. Big disappointment. Chicken was dry on the insided, greasy on the outside and did not smell right. Bread roll was covered in grease in the box. The stuffing smelled off and tasted worse. I've seen better looking cat food. Did not receive the chalet dipping sause either. Fries were the only good thing. Hoping I don't get sick from this.

UPDATE. Thank you for looking into this Harvey's; however, i have no interest in your survey. I've filled one out before (for Swiss Chalet) and was a total waste if time. Ive found that Google surveys produce better results in rectifying complants. I should note that the rest of the meal was good.

No one in the restaurant (4: 20pm.looking back.it probably was a clue.) when I came in, yet every table was dirty (Napkins and crumbs/salt clearly visible with the sun shining in). The floor was dirty with burger toppings, fries etc. I could understand this if it was busy, but it was litterally empty. 1st order of fries we got were cold (they did apologize, however, when there is only 2 working, how can you not be aware of when they were cooked) The bun I got with my Chalet meal was like rubber. Not sure I'll be back.

Went in three times for Swiss Chalet. Two times, I had preordered, and the order went through, but no food when I got there.

Ordered online but ate inside. Minor mix up with the order, but the owner made it right. Happy with the service and the quality of the food.

Great Customer Service! Went above and beyond to deliver food. Was unable to go through the drive-thu with the camper, staff made arrangements so we could still order food when the dinning room was closed. Order was correct and Food was hot and fresh when it arrived. Great experience.

Staff are friendly. Twice now given COLD hamburgers. Won't order again. First indication is you are given a very cold bag. Inside were 2 cold burgers. The meat is lukewarm with a cold bun and of course cold condiments. Thought the first time was a one off but twice!

Made a swiss chalet order on the app. Order was ready on time and food was great. The staff member I spoke with there was very friendly and helpful. Great experience.

Went there to get a poutine for fathers day at 5 minutes to 8 informed me they close at 7: 30 even though the website says they are open until 8: 30. Told the employee taking out the trash they need to change the time on the website and he said it wasn't his problem.

Working near this harvey's, i rely on them regularly for my lunch breaks.and they have not disappointed yet! Despite the short staff, they always make sure i have my food in a timely fashion, which means a lot to me. Whenever i walk in to pick up my mobile orders, they're always there to greet me with a warm smile and friendly service. Thank you guys for making my days just that much easier!

I would rate the food the service of staff 5 out 5 because we have place our order over the phone when reached our order was ready to go without having to wait. It was an excellent service and experience. Would definitely come back.

Have tried calling this store 20 times and they never answer. Went there at 8 pm to order a meal on friday night and they advertise on their website they are open till 8: 30 but they were closed. Very disappointed with this store. They have lost my business for good. McDonalds has much better service as well as A &W. Everyone I seem to talk to has had this happen to them at only Harveys.why?

Avoid! Horrible service, food is always messed up, l and terribly slooooooow! What’s it take to get a napkin/fork or a ketchup packet?

Absolutely disgusted by all the way all of our burgers looked. Will be contacting manager as this just looks like it was thrown together with no care.
