Harvey's

I usually stick to the drive-through when I visit any Harvey’s, however this time I decided to dine inside at a location I have never been to. The customer service here was outstanding! Amina took lead and really set the tone for my entire experience. It is no surprise that my meal was delicious, but having an environment like I did really put me in a great mood! The restaurant was also spotless. I will definitely be back. Thank you to a wonderful staff!

Just after 7 on Sunday door locked with open sine on employees just looking at me like I'm stupid meanwhile they are no where near close

There are insects and flies on the sauces and toppings. There are no lids on the toppings and the environment is dirty.

We also have a good experience. The staff is very friendly and quick service.
The manager always has a smile on her face and greets us.

Management has cornered the market on inventing new ways to serve food as slowly as possible.the manager was the least trained or qualified of everyone there, and her and her friend excelled in creative incompetence and a total failure to observe reality.while the two junior employees struggled to get the actual work done.these two were abusive to the cook, and had her on the edge of tears, most likely because they refused to follow any protocols of Harvey's and instead invented a new way of placing and modifying orders for each customer.for instance our sandwich artist refused to read the order and wanted to argue that she thought my friends burger was part of a other order, despite what the ticket said, and they both had a yell at the cook because they refused to read ir pay attention to what they were doing.

The long and the short of it was they were taking well over 10 minutes per customer.

The food was of reasonable quality.but look at the video and determine if this is a place you can afford to spend time.competant management or ownership would fire the two useless people immediately.

I have been going to this location for years. The lady at the cashier is so friendly and pleasant. She makes this restaurant feel like it's a home kitchen. A+

Great Harvey's! Very fast and friendly service, especially from Russ the manager. Burger and grilled chicken sandwiches were delicious! Highly recommend.

I love this Harvey's. Easy to order and they are fast. They always deliver exactly what you want. Their food is tasty. In my opinion they have the best Angus burger.
Their beyond meat burger is also delicious as well as their fries and onion rings

Great dine in experience. I was in and out of the line quickly and efficiently. Food tasted amazing and front counter staff were great! Amina (excuse if I spelled wrong) was so lovely:)

Great, fast service. Friendly staff and cleanly space. Great stop for a bite! I personally get their classic poutine, onion rings and a drink. Their Angus burgers are top-notch (critique from my fiancé). This restaurant is located right across from the Alliance Cinema, so it’s perfect for getting a cheaper bite to eat than theatre food.

As always, the burgers and chicken burgers were delicious, and the fries and that distinctive Harvey's gravy were yummy, but the onion rings were a little overcooked - which isn't usually the case

Best Harvey’s in Toronto food is really fresh customer service 100/10 Amina definitely one of the best staff members and should get a promotion very friendly and hard working staff

Gone few times during the day I am not a complainer but each of these times the people have been unfriendly. Today my 2 can dine order was messed up. Came on a Rainy day with young kids to pick up only to find one order of fries instead of 2. I even asked the lady if there were 2 fries and she said yes. Nobody answers the phone very disappointed. How do I get to speak to someone and what is Harvey’s going to do about my missing item?

LOVELY STAFF! So fast and efficient. This is also the cleanest Harvey's I've been in! My only complaint is lack of accessibility! As a mom with a stroller, I think it's important that all stores have accessibility for their customers. It's hard to get into the store without automatic door buttons! Otherwise fantastic experience

The double angus burgers board seem to be very clear and interesting. That’s why I decided to order with my partner even though I haven’t had burgers for a longggggg time. Really great service too. The lady in the cashier is very friendly and has beautiful smile

The original burger and fries were fresh and delicious. The man was super friendly and professional. Will go again and again and again. 10/10
