The quality at this location has been decreasing the past year and I let it slide. However this will be the final time.
I requested to collect my SCENE points after my order (after correcting the cashier who assumed I wanted to redeem at first), once I scanned my SCENE card, I discovered my points were redeemed (almost $40 gone).
I informed the cashier of the error and she didn’t bother to put the point the backs nor apologized.
I talked to someone who works at location and it was apparent to me there was no manager on floor to help regain the points, or provide gift card or help train the employees (I sympathize for the person made the mistake…I do…manager should be there to ensure their employees have the skills and support).
This is my favourite palce to go if I don't have much time to think what should I eat! I like the Classic poutine since I dont eat Bacon and beef however my friends are a big fan of the bacon double cheese poutine ane Angus burger. The vegetarian options are adequate for me.
Serving cold/stale food when ordering through the app. What is the point of ordering in advance if you're going to serve the same cold fries to everyone?
Staff dont know how to talk to the customers and they didn’t even greet us with the smile They were rude and should be taught about customer service and how to deal with the customer
Can you retain or fire the employee who acted like she doesn't know about poutine. She is not the new employee I was told who that is. Today I seen two things that should never done with poutine. First off all they made before finishing my burger and it was done while they took the next two client's orders. This is understandable because it will make it soggy. I know this because I had soggy poutine from another location and it was my fault. Secondly I saw a big cheese curd in it. Even though I like poutine I don't really cheese by itself that much.
So since I've been in Canada, I've been to Harvey's 3x, and honestly, it's in my top 3 for fast food restaurants. I love their chicken burgers, and the beef burgers aren't too bad. The servers are always very attentive and nice. The spaces are usually clean, and the workers are quick to clean up after a customer leaves. The bathrooms are also usually clean (very rare for public restrooms). The fries portions could be more but everything else is pretty great. One time though I ordered the frozen red bull and I'm pretty sure I got a regular slushie instead.
These people don’t listen and don’t care about people’s time. If your in a rush do not go to this places the people are just rude they don’t even talk to you just talk the money and a hand comes out with the chance. What happened to all the good places and good service
This Harvey's is one of the worst Harveys to go to I purchased my double cheese original with combo and the cheeseburger on the side which they messed up my order so I requested a refund and they gave me the wrong amount of money back I had to come back and show them my bank receipt so they would give me my correct bill this place will rob you if you do not check one star I would give him zero if I could
Sorry guys, but I came to this store last week with a relative. I was hyped up about your freshly-made & tasty chicken sandwich, but to my disappointment unfortunately your location dropped the ball.
The chicken sandwich tasted dry & stale. May have tasted better if I had removed the meat. My relative laughed at me because of the hype. I came all the way from Weston / Finch passing many other options on the way through that mess of construction, just to be disappointed.
I still believe this is a location-specific problem. Manager, you need to look into this situation.
I always liked harveys due to its great taste and fresh ingredients, I ordered 2 multigrain veggie burgers yesterday and the buns were not fresh and had some weird smell.
I have tried mostly all major locations of harveys in Toronto but I can say this is the worst location. Hope you guys take this as a serious issue.
I had to change my review due to a recent call with the staff. They were under performing at their jobs of clarifying what I had asked of them and when they couldn't answer me, They cut the call. Just to clarify I had not spoken loudly, rudely or in any offensive way. The customer service was less than what I could've expected. I would like to rate it lower but in the past I did have good interactions with other staff members.
I went to order vegie Burgers the old lady said she can not put much vegie toppings because they can't afford it. Tomatoes they had was very bad shape was infected, Its so sad. Next time I will put the Pictures too.
Drive through service is very slow as well as worst service I ever received. I ordered one veggie burger with everything on it but I received one bun with veggies Patty he didn’t add any catchup or any sauce. Very disappointed with the service
I just tried placing an order here through the drive threw. The lady continued to interrupt me while I was trying to place my order, trying to guess what I was going to say instead of letting me finish. I said I needed a minute, told her one item and she assumed I was finished ordering and gave me the total. Overall I was tired of being interrupted, it seemed like she was in a rush despite the store being empty and my car the only one in line. I took my business elsewhere and drove to A&W instead, even though it was out of my way.
First thing first, the supervisor was so dumb that she didn't know how to manually add the scene card number for a order. Every other harveys know how to do it except this one. She should be on training rather than being a supervisor. Other than that food was good.
How do you guys forget to give the drinks to the Uber driver? Lol mind you every single time I order from this location something is always missing. Managers need to focus on making sure employees are double checking orders. Also y’all go crazy with the sauce. Easy up a bit and Do better.
I have been coming to this place quiet often and right now the place has degraded its quality and customer satisfaction is not at all considered by the owner as well as the employees.when asked to put extra topping (already mentioned) the amount of toping put inside is way too less than they usually do in other harveys when asked for napkins (order for two) they give only one napkin.weird how they want to cut cost.
