Harvey's

Tonight me and my brothers went to harvey’s and Paul was working, he was really nice, helpful and didn’t get upset whenever we would ask him questions like other would. He showed us the different sizes for things. Other workers had ear buds in listening to music but he didn’t.

Arrived at 7p.m. For a quick dinner after a very long day at medical appointments. My order was cold. We are patient folks and understand new staff needing to learn, but the 6 folks behind the counter were more than loud. They were arguing and yelling. My husband yelled twice to get them to quiet down. Not a peaceful pleasant experience. This level of noise is unnecessary and this staff was behaving like 6year Olds. No apology was offered.

Mobile ordered. The order was correct but overcooked. Woman at drivethru appeared distracted/inattentive.

They forgot 2 out of the 5 items from my last drive thru order. This seems to be a common occurrence at this location, usually i catch it before leaving. Always check your bag before you leave. Do better harvey's staff.

I ordered 3 meals from here and every single one was made wrong. Wrong side, wrong drink, wrong burgers altogether. Gave me a hard time for having a coupon, Can’t even get ahold of the store either the phone mine in “busy” 24 hours a day. What a joke

The service was really good considering we were there at noon, the wait for food wasn't long. Harvey's makes a a beautiful thing.

Hanover Harvey's, soometimes foodis good, sometimes not so good. Staff must be unhappy with work as they seem uninterested. Even when mistakes are made! But they are the only one near us. And they do make an excellent Hotdog!

It's s nice Harvey's/Swiss Chalet. Nothing special, but a nice restaurant. It's been updated and looks new and clean. Food was fresh and hot. What more could you ask for from a fast food restaurant.

Order a crispy chicken with extra mayo. Ended up with no lettuce, no tomato and an entire bottle of mayo. It is completely inedible!
