I cannot say enough good things about this location, my husband and I visited for dinner and was blown away by how patient and quick the staff were to help us with out order and making sure our food was how we wanted.

I ordered a crispy chicken wrap with a large chicken bacon ranch poutine and my husband ordered double original with cheese and bacon and a large onion ring. Our order made quick and the staff were super accommodating with my allergies to not cross contaminate and made sure everything was correct before we left.

The management and staff made for a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere

Ordered food off of door dash, which should not be complicated. Not only were my drink forgotten, which was confirmed by the driver who was nice enough to offer to go back. But when I called to see if I myself could go pick them up the man said “nope we gave them”. Then upon opening up the actual food the order wasn’t even made properly. Hot peppers on burgers which weren’t supposed to be there, along with a bunch of other ingredients not asked for. The attention to detail was clearly not there as we got a double burger, which was supposed to be a kids burger, which had HOT PEPPERS on it, FOR A CHILD? Anyways just not a great experience all in all and probably will not return again.

Sukh, the store manager, was very kind and the food was great! Definitely recommend this location!

Order 2 chocolate milkshakes last night from the drive thru the staff member at the window made a hole in one of the milkshakes which resulted in the milkshake leaking in my car on the leather seats and carpet and on my clothing I proceeded to walk back into the establishment the staff member that was serving me at the window laughing while cleaning the bench the milkshakes were on before giving them to me very unprofessional very displeased with service and the food I ordered didn’t even taste fresh the poutine fries tasted like the fries had been sitting and the chicken inside of it was rock hard honesty don’t know what happened to this location but clearly they are falling because of horrible customer service and food falling short

Worst experience. Had to go through the drivethru twice because they forget items in my order and when I finally got home it was still wrong.

Jass was super helpful and made sure our order was perfect even though we ordered close to closing!

Deducted one star because priority was given to Uber eats and other food delivery services while our order sat under the heat lamp. They made it right by giving us new fries and 2 free pies.

It was nice to receive such friendly service for a change when visiting a fast food restaurant. Jass especially was a pleasure. She went above and beyond to make our visit great!

The manager Sukh was great. Fixed my order no hassle everything was fresh and the customer service was exellent. This is now my go to location

I ordered via Uber eats but the food was practically chilled and items missing - the $5 credit was a joke. Will never be ordering again from here EVER.

I have never written a review but I felt the need to write it. Their customer service is fantastic especially the person Jass, she is so nice very friendly. This is the best food I've tried in a very long time. Always made fresh and tastes great.

Food is always perfect in taste and quality. Offers, quantity is good too. Services are quite remarkable. Friendly staff.

This is my local Harvey's/ Swiss chalet restaurant and I would like to give special thanks to all staff especially to Sukh (manager), Kass, koman and there is another female manager (don't know her name) for always being professional towards customers.

Always friendly, respectful and most of all the consistency of greeting every customer with a friendly approach. I come to this location not because it's close to home, but because they make the difference. Keep doing the great customer service you do!

The store manager SUKH was amazing. I lost power in Caledon since 4pm and pulled up in the drive in by 9: 30pm to pick up food (for a picky 5 year old who loves spring rolls). I was past the Swiss Chalet dining howevee he was understanding and hook me up with the spring rolls. This momma and im sure my 5 year old will be thankful.

Horrible service, waited over 25mins in a designated spot to get my order. I drove back into the drive thru to follow up and took my refund instead of food since they forgot about me. Extremely dissapointing.

First time at Harveys after my Canadian wife and her family have been talking about it for years. The stories are true.it's delicious! The team was super friendly too.

Good food, beautiful decor and courteous staff. We were there for a lunch meeting and ordered some appetizers andEverything tasted good (not the best you can find but worth the experience) but most importantly, our server - komal was kind and helpful.

I went to drive through last night around 8pm. I met sukh (manager) found that he was so innocent and respectful gentleman. Beside that I ordered CBR poutine. Poutine was super hot and fresh. Really want to come back and will suggest my friends to visit this location. Great job Sukh!
