This is a clean restaurant with friendly staff, and they don't skimp on portions—lots of fries and onion rings!

This location is bunk, the foods sloppily put together in a hurry and they often forget items in my order.

Terrible customer service at drive thru, they act like feeding homeless at the drive thru, the drive thru stuff really need to retrain.

So me and my husband went to Harvey's on Aug, 30.
And we go to order the food we get back home and both of the hamburgers where pink and onion rings where burnt i order a Pepsi and i got a diet Pepsi instead husband called to tell them what happened and the manager didn't call back we ended up going there and manager was rude and called us a liars told him we are never going back his said okay no problem.the staff have no manners

Everything was hot and fresh as expected, served quickly by friendly employees. Possibly one of the best Harvey's experiences we've had so far!

I just went to Harvey’s recently & ordered a meal, when I pulled up to the window I asked to order some dipping sauces and expected there to be a charge, however the lady charged me $2 for 2 dipping sauces which is ridiculous for dipping sauces which are usually just free or maybe 30 cents each. They lady serving me just asked how many I wanted & charged me for them without telling me the price before hand. When I paid, I checked how much it was and realized I payed almost $3 more than my original price which didn’t make sense because I had only order two dipping sauces.

I looked at the receipt and realize she charged me for 2 sauces, which was free on the receipt but then charged me for a side gravy, which was $2. I decided to walk in the store and return the sauces due to this. The lady that charged me was argumentative about my decision to return the sauces and told her colleagues she told me the price before hand which was a blatant lie. After a while longer she handed me two loonies which is less than what I paid, and put her hand out and was like “the sauces? ! ”, which I had already returned to her colleague when I first walked in. I am just APPALLED at this service specifically by this lady. Disgusting.

To make things so much worse, I checked the Harvey’s app and their dipping sauces are priced at 40 CENTS EACH. So how absolutely insane is it that she would randomly decide to charge me for a side gravy that is $2? Like what on earth? This is the most angering experience especially since she had the nerve to LIE & be rude when SHE was the one over charging me for dipping sauces which is theft pretty much.

I will never be back.

Always on point, tastes like the Harv's I grew up on.and the deep fried pickles are always crisp, and the batter crispy AF.love it. I witnessed a new employee being trained the other night, I wish I had hands-on training like that at any of my previous places of employment

Cannot describe the love I have for this location. They are always the fastest, nicest and I always go late night so that’s saying something. I will always go out of my way in this city to go to this location as they are just so much better then any others Harvey’s and I love Harvey’s!

Bon, c'est un Harvey's. On sait à quoi s'attendre niveau bouffe. D'entrée, une cacophonie de langues, même l'anglais semblait être une langue étrangère. La caissière et moi échangèrent dans un anglais approximatif ma commande, répétée et adjugée trois fois avant d'être confirmée.

Par contre, à la station de montage des burgers, la personne au service me servit dans un superbe français. Bravo!

Harvey’s is my absolute favourite fast food burger restaurant ever! I have been to this location 4 times now and every time I’ve had a delicious meal cooked perfectly and made exactly they way I wanted it. The food has always been perfect, especially at the drive-thru. Most places mess up your drive-thru order in some way, shape or form, but this Harvey’s has never done that! So I keep going back for that flame-grilled taste

Bad Service. They need some training on customer service. The people working have no manners.

Paid a visit to my childhood Harvey’s that is right down the street from where I grew up. They’ve renovated it beautifully. The good & service were top notch. Great experience, thanks!

Both of our hamburgers were cold. Buns were cold, meat was cold. Mine was a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger which came with no cheese or bacon. When I asked for it, they looked annoyed and reluctant to give the bacon, even though the receipt clearly showed I had paid for it. The bacon was such a tiny lump in the middle of the bun, not even as big as the end of my thumb. We’ve been going to this Harvey’s (Montreal road in Ottawa) for many many years, but the quality of product and service has been getting worse over the past few years. Today will be our last visit there.

The food came fast and the service is always friendly. Inside the restaurant is also nice and you can watch sports on a big TV.

This place is very decent if you want something that is decent quality for fast food and has pretty good pricing.in my experience, the staff are always attentive and patient.i never had my order messed up here at this location.the food is always fresh and never cold.i was always served my order within decent timing too.the location is almost always clean, and the washroom is sanitary (for the most part, at least the last time i was there). Overall, i would reccomend this place to anyone.

Horrible, 10 minutes for a soggy bun very salty mushroom melt on a veggie patty that resembles *****. Extremely disgusting & will probably get food poisoning tomorrow. I shan’t return to thy location.

The food at Harveys has become depressing and near tasteless. I believe the problem is with the franchise products not the owner/ operators. Previously frozen potatoes taste like frozen fries at home but not as hot. Original beef patty is dry, small and tasteless. Onion rings are good: fresh and hot but not much flavour I guess the onions were frozen too. Service was pleasant.
