I’m a regular costumer I come here at least once a week usually Wednesdays, I came through the drive through I got Parked and it took over 20 mins for my food, there would usually be a white girl with glitter on her face who would provide me great service but she was not there tonight and my service was terrible

What an incredible experience i had at a fast food chain restaurant, not only was the service super friendly and welcoming but the food tasted amazing! Everything i ordered was fresh! From the burger, the poutine and my mini donuts! All of the the staff was inclusive and full of spirit, will most definitely come back repeatedly, they have won me over as a customer and mcdonald’s has officially lost a loyal consumer!

Ordered 4 grilledchicken sandwiches at the drive-thrue, staff took my money and then told me I have to wait in the parking lot. After waiting for 25 minutes in the parking lot I went through the drive thru again the rude staff handed me the bag that was ready and sitting there. After getting home only to find 3 beef and Buffalo sandwiches and 1 poutine. After I called in the manager refused to speak with me, but through another staff told me will give me 5 sandwiches of my choice on the next visit and an email will follow. A day has since passed and no email. I don't want anything to do with Harvey's again.
I want my money back.

Great place to get a meal. Clean and good service. Staff are nice and patient in taking and preparing your order.

Just left here on Sunday 20th, place was filthy. Overflowing garbage, bathrooms with no soap, flies all over the place.

Went here for dinner with the family after a day at Wonderland. I can honestly say this was one of the better Harvey’s locations in the GTA. Each of the staff members were extremely helpful. We really appreciated the gentleman working at the counter who took our order. He made our son feel very special while ordering his meal. In terms of the actual food, it all tasted very delicious. It was hot and made exactly how we ordered it. We would definitely return to this Harvey’s in the near future.

Had the loveliest experience at this Harvey’s - the service was fantastic and Brad, the staff member who helped us, had such a great energy and put us in the best mood. Thanks for making our day!

Pleasantly surprised today by the good experience at this Harvey’s location! We were craving a couple flame-grilled burgers and hit up this spot for a quick lunch bite.

Service was exceptional. We were able to correct our order for two onion ring sides shortly after ordering. The kind staff gave us the opportunity to try the new Ghost Pepper sauce to make sure the spice level was tolerable. And she kindly wrapped it in a different bag from the rest of the order so that it wasn’t mistaken. The Angus burger itself was well-prepared & tasted decent.

I’ve never had an order here that they didn’t get wrong. EVERY SINGLE TIME they screw something up.

The staff is bad, the hygiene is bad, the service is bad, how they treat people and overall the restaurant. I wish I could give this a zero but I can only give it a one. My best advice is to NEVER GO HERE. I will not be coming here again.

It was a wonderful and pleasant experience at this Harvey's location. The manager Tiana was courteous, friendly and professional. My order was taken and given to me in a timely fashion. Keep up the great work!

I’ve been coming to this Harvey’s for the longest time and within the last year the service here has absolutely sucked. The staff are extremely rude and unprofessional, the food isn’t made well and it’s very very dirty inside. If you wanna get the true harvey’s experience go to the one on hwy 7. This one’s trash.

Well this place is something else! The service is terrible at this location. They took my order and was told to pull over and wait for my order. I look around and there is 4 other cars waiting before me. Waited 24 minutes for a hot dog and a mini hamburger. 8pm.at night.

Great Harvey's food, original burger is always good, the poutine is great. Quick service, polite staff. Great job. Use the app to get discounts.

Order was made at 3: 30. Was supposed to be ready at 3: 39. Got food at 3: 55. No point in ordering ahead when they don't prioritize mobile orders. And food was cold because I saw it sitting there for 15mins while they took everyone else's orders that was in store.

I will say it again the Angus burger is the best tasting fast food burger! Service was quick and staff was friendly! My burger was hot and fresh!

Enthusiastic service from the staff, food was incredible as always, even when cold, and the wait time was barely a wait time at all. Whenever I want good fast food I go to Harvey’s.

I can honestly say that this is the best Harvey’s in the GTA. The staff is always welcoming, polite and professional. Overall, the service is great and quick. Our orders are always served hot and fresh. This location hasn’t disappointed me 10/10:)

I’ve been coming to this Harvey’s since I lived in this subdivision for about 20 years and I am disappointed because a few times I would get a reheated burger. I knew something wasn’t right when my angus burger was ready in less than a minute. It was cold, burnt around the ends and hard to chew. This is unacceptable especially when you are paying for something fresh.

Went through the drive-through place an order for a crispy chicken sandwich cheese lettuce tomato ketchup mayonnaise. Waited in the line because another customer ran back to the window because they forgot an item. I waited patiently of course. Got to the window and the lady at the window asked me what my order was and looked at me strange. I said I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich. I got my crispy chicken sandwich no cheese no ketchup no mayonnaise.poor organization. Reviews help you find out the issue and make yourself better that's why I'm leaving this review.

Update.
Went there today to try them again ordered the same meal I originally complained about only to be very happy this time all the toppings were proper it tasted delicious and the staff was very friendly. Now I changed my review back to 5 stars 1

It was bad experience dirty place bad customer service the lady barely speaks English they don’t welcome of customers I will not come her again

Two stars because the food is good but the wait time is ridiculously long even for pre ordered meals they’d park you and wait for at least half an hour again for pre ordered meals through the app. But food is good to be fair, talking about the restaurant at Weston Rd and Rutherford Rd in Vaughan

Usually don’t even bother writing reviews for fast food. But this place is by far the worst Harvey’s. Orders are wrong on multiple occasions. Workers are busy talking instead of ensuring orders are correct or food is properly prepared.

Quality significantly worse than ever before. The last 2 times I've ordered the fries are under cooked, they taste hard and frozen. In both side order and poutine.items missing from order. Quality and freshness is gone.

I wait for like 10 minutes that someone gonna take my order but no. Then i thought maybe there drive thru is busy that why no one take the order but i was wrong not even a SINGLE CAR was at drive thru. I asked one girl excuse me hello can you please take the order? But she was busy talking with a co worker and told me to wait After me black dude walk in he is like AYEEE YOOOO (loud) that busy girl said yes sir what would you like to order?

Waited 25 mins drive through, they gave me half of my order. And the other girl is asking me if I ordered. After I paid. Managements fault. Just got hiring anyone to do the job.
