Went here for an early lunch. No surprises here when it comes to taste. It was what I expected. The staff was very nice.

I'm not a racist but the staff is rude.
I don't know those 2 ladies name but there are 2 Black Ladies staff members 1 is Old Black Lady another one A Young Black Lady always rude they don't know how to behave with the customers.

Must be send back for training

Staff are not properly trained on AODA Accessibility for Ontarins with Disabilities Act law. AODA non-compliance could cost you as a owner $50,000 per day fine.

Drive 15 minutes to this location arrived half an hour before close to be told they weren't open unless for mobile pickup. I obliged and went through with order just to be told their system is closed? Laziness or they only get paid until 12 so don't wanna work later. Either way change your hours online as this is unprofessional

This is at St. Clair and Bathurst store. There is one server there that has unpleasant attitude. I always wish she's not the one who will serve me whenever I go there. The other two servers are okay but this one has an attitude.

The employees that worked tonight were extremely professional and friendly and prepared the burgers with care

This is how it went down, scene 1/Act 1-drive thru order, “I will have a double Angus with cheese and bacon combo please, frings instead of fries”, - Scene 2/Act 2- Drive Thru Window- “Would you like ketchup in the bag? ”, “Yes please, I quickly responded back, thinking, ‘what a great worker-so attentive and I am sure under valued. ’

Fast forward, 15 minutes distant arriving back at the job site still reminiscing about how awesome she was to even suggest Ketchup in the bag. Yet wait! Removing the contents of the bag revealed a shocking surprise, I searched in the bag, under the bag and all the way around the bag, no dang Ketchup. But wait! There’s more to this true tale of woe and deception as the anger sharks began to emerge from the depths only to swarm in a frenzy even more so as it was next discovered, the burger was far from being a double burger-perhaps some twisted ninja clown snatched it between the cooktop and the bagging part of the operation? Or maybe just maybe the girl has such a short term memory, she perhaps forgot after a few seconds whilst taking the order? Or, me no english well? Who really knows the answers to these questions? My educated guess would be, they don’t really listen to the customer or care-systemic not as rare as you might think.

The good news is, I will never have to return to that location and lesson learned whilst in Canada-home of high standard education-check the contents prior to driving off from a drive thru, in fact-Take your time doing so-Thanks Harvey’s for making my day special and ruining my lunch. I will return to E. U, and tell many in my village this tale and it shall be recited in bedtime stories and many generations will recount till it is folklore.

It’s great when you can select veggies in your burger on mobile app. I added jalapeños and hot pepper. The food is delicious.

It’s the service for me i was served well by a young lady called @catherine omg she did everything just exactly how I wanted it but above all with willingness and a big smile @catherine you have very good customer service and thank you for always sharing your beautiful smile with customers I’m sure everyone would love to have you serve them to me you were the best that day Harvey’s stuff you are the best I’ll come back again and this time with friends so they can experience this good customer service

Have had many problems with this location. And have more everytime I go.

I just waited 15 minutes for a very simple order that should have taken tops 5 minutes. Ordered it to go. Got home and the order was made incorrectly like it was rushed.

Harv sauce isn't hot sauce. This has happened twice now. I wouldn't complain if it happened once. I don't want a spicy burger, but I got one. Twice now. Beware mobile orders. As much as you'd think having it written out in front of you may make it easier, it doesn't here. Oh, I also watched the person behind the counter drop a ketchup packet on the floor and put it back in the bin only to grab from that bin to put packets right on fries in bags.but who's counting faults

Very unprofessional staff lady was sleeping in the store and when i ask for my order she yell on me management need to focus on the staff

Hi, todayI visited harvey’s and i met Harpreet kaur and ordered crispy chicken sandwiche, she was so kind, she took my order, i like her service, food was really good, i will recommend my friends to visit there.

Above average Harvey's location. Service ranges from OK to great. Been here many times and never a wrong order.

Ordered take out meal with bottled apple juice. When I got home, I realized the bottle seal was broken and looks like someone drank it.

Staff were amazing and the food was pretty good for dinner on the rush. I always liked their burgers and the packaging was exceptional for takeout. Easy to carry and food was still warm when I arrived home. It was minus 12 degrees Celsius outside.

They need workers with more respect and more experience in dealing with customers. They are spiteful.
